Atomic profile verification

Verification

I checked all ten axes of the memory profile: unit scopes, controlled findings, evidence bases, coverage assessments and notes against the handed records and annotations. Reconciliation makes no supersessions and leaves no unresolved inter-report conflict. Valid containers remain alongside their distinct parts. I assessed the previous objection and the profile author's correction afresh; neither determines the present judgment. No source reads or new evidence were needed.

  • Storage substrate: MEM-OBJ-atoms supports the atom unit's SQLite and PostgreSQL/rdbms findings. Chunk, tag, chat, wiki live/candidate/archive, finding and vector units now retain SQLite witnesses with partial object-wide coverage and explicit unresolved backend alternatives. The previous false local complete-coverage inference is removed, including dependent archive/vector units. MEM-OBJ-wiki-proposals, MEM-OBJ-wiki-versions and MEM-OBJ-report-findings distinguish these parts and their backend limits. Vector, graph and key/value witnesses are supported by MEM-OBJ-chunk-embeddings, RT-RTE-state-maintenance and RT-RTE-settings-change. Provider weights and ephemeral registries are correctly excluded; missing transaction guarantees are not substituted for missing substrate coverage.
  • Representational form: prose and localized metadata support natural-language and symbolic findings; dense chunk representations support parametric form without implying model weights. MEM-OBJ-chat-history separates rich storage from role/content replay, and MEM-OBJ-wiki-proposals separates review content from acceptance metadata. The retained coarse-unit limit below concerns part/path comparison, not unsupported positive forms.
  • Lineage: capture/import, model authorship, chunk segmentation, vector derivation, archive copying and answer conversion support the emitted imported, authored, other-compiled and trace-extracted findings. Warrants include RT-RTE-capture-write, RT-RTE-atom-mutation, MEM-OBJ-atom-chunks, MEM-OBJ-chunk-embeddings, MEM-OBJ-wiki-versions and MEM-RTE-answer-save. Report final prose combines authorship with research-transcript derivation under RT-RTE-report-finding and its workflow annotation. Initial provenance and alternative derivations remain unresolved rather than absent.
  • Behavioral authority: MEM-BAP-corpus-evidence and MEM-RTE-corpus-retrieval support knowledge and text/vector ranking. MEM-OBJ-tags supports scope routing and eligibility enforcement; MEM-OBJ-wiki-proposals supports base validation and stale-acceptance enforcement. Chat-prefix and tagging-prompt instruction paths now have separate consumers, supported by RT-BAP-chat-prompt, the memory annotation on RT-RTE-settings-change, and MEM-RTE-atom-enrichment. The earlier tagging omission is resolved. Report research-update learning authority remains distinct from downstream finding knowledge authority.
  • Write agency: automatic model mutation, enrichment, ordinary tag merging, candidate persistence, archive snapshotting, immediate publication, report admission and scheduled refresh have mechanism-specific support in RT-RTE-atom-mutation, MEM-RTE-atom-enrichment, MEM-RTE-tag-compaction, MEM-OBJ-wiki-proposals, MEM-OBJ-wiki-versions, RT-RTE-wiki-admission, RT-RTE-report-finding and RT-RTE-state-maintenance. Generic caller identity does not establish manual admission; reviewed promotion, explicit pairs and saved-answer invocation correctly retain unresolved control.
  • Curation operations: existing atom revision supports evolve; MEM-RTE-tag-compaction supports dedup and consolidate through category reduction and transferred associations. Live replacement with retained historical prose supports evolve and invalidate under RT-RTE-wiki-admission and MEM-OBJ-wiki-versions. Semantic generation remains indeterminate under EPI-OBJ-generated-prose; a request or command name does not establish synthesize, decay or promote.
  • Read-back direction: requested corpus/product and candidate/version readers support pull under MEM-RTE-corpus-retrieval, EPI-RTE-generated-delivery, MEM-OBJ-wiki-proposals and MEM-OBJ-wiki-versions. Automatically supplied history, report seeds, prompts/taxonomy and research-selected synthesis chunks support push at those delivery operations under RT-RTE-chat-turn, RT-RTE-report-finding, RT-RTE-wiki-admission and MEM-RTE-atom-enrichment. A request for a new answer does not constitute a request for each automatically supplied retained part.
  • Read-back signal: conversation identity, source-scope identities, effective settings/target trees and selected chunk indices support identifier findings on the named push operations. Availability/order/budget filters support coarse findings; wiki research choice supports inferred-judgment. The same chat, report, wiki and enrichment records identify triggers, inputs and delivered parts. Requested keyword/vector search is not relabeled lexical/embedding push, and unknown selectors remain included.
  • Trace learning: RT-RTE-report-finding, its workflow annotation and MEM-OBJ-report-findings establish research messages/tool results feeding an automatic final writer, durable finding admission and later product readers. That local chain supports wired yes without requiring benefit, novelty or weight updates. Saved-answer control remains unresolved under MEM-RTE-answer-save. Raw replay and diagnostic scores do not independently establish a qualifying derived write.
  • Trace source: the same report chain supports session-logs and tool-traces for recorded research conversation and tool actions/results. The partial source unit preserves mixed corpus provenance and unresolved alternatives. Static snippets do not become traces merely through message serialization; scheduler activity alone does not establish an event-stream source.

All axis assessments remain partial; no finding claims observed activation or causal benefit. The profile preserves the semantic qualification in EPI-RTE-generated-delivery: numeric deletion can remove assertion content, and product knowledge authority does not warrant faithful semantics or transitive source truth. The corrected storage assessments and added tagging instruction path preserve supported comparison findings without asserting complete inventory coverage.

Limits

  • The profile retains mixed representational_form units, notably conversation text/tool metadata and wiki candidate prose/base metadata. MEM-OBJ-chat-history establishes separate storage-reader and provider-replay paths; MEM-OBJ-wiki-proposals establishes separate review and freshness-check consumers. Both emitted forms remain supported, and the axis is partial. The profile rationale now explicitly retains the consequence: withhold part-level and consumption-path comparisons assuming every field in these coarse units reaches one consumer or receives one interpretation. This local granularity issue does not invalidate the form existence findings or require withdrawal of a controlled value.
