Verification

I checked all ten axes, their findings, evidence bases, unit scopes and coverage assessments against the handed records and annotations. The supplied reconciliation makes no supersession and identifies no unresolved report disagreement. No frozen-source file was read, no evidence was added, and report verification was not reopened. The earlier objection and the author's correction answer were assessed afresh rather than treated as settled judgments.

Storage findings distinguish operative graph organization, configured local KV backing, checkpoint SQLite metadata, filesystem payloads/evidence and invocation-retained summaries. Remote physical backing and mutable-directory alternatives remain unresolved. Form separates interpreted prose from fixed-rule metadata and references; arbitrary tool/checkpoint payloads and image scene content remain uncertain rather than being classified from locator summaries or byte encoding. The supported findings do not imply complete physical-storage or payload-form coverage. See MEM-OBJ-context-memory, MEM-OBJ-filesystem-memory, MEM-OBJ-workspace-store, MEM-OBJ-task-history, EPI-OBJ-output-summary, and EPI-OBJ-rendered-evidence.

Lineage keeps known subsequent derivations apart from unknown initialization: guidance and receipts derive from activity; locator descriptions can be caller-authored; application instructions and database records are imported; assembled delivery artifacts and image previews are compiled. The standalone database import remains afforded, not observed. Known subsequent writes do not settle initial preference, instruction or payload provenance. See RT-RTE-guidance-review, its memory annotation, MEM-RTE-project-locator, MEM-RTE-memory-migration, MEM-OBJ-instruction-memory, and RT-RTE-application-publish.

The prior blocker on learning authority at guidance review is repaired. The profile now explicitly leaves retained decision-observation input authority not determinable. EPI-OBJ-candidate-entry describes transient staged candidates, and EPI-RTE-guidance-check receives candidates and stored guidance, not separately retained observations. Neither the replacement unit nor the rationale asserts the former retained-input path or infers learning force for stored guidance merely from its presence.

The new learning finding has a different, supported consumer: graph-backed tool outcomes feed the summarizer that produces the completion/retry summary. MEM-OBJ-task-history establishes retained outcomes; MEM-RTE-history-summary establishes their rendering, automatic reduction and later summary consumer. Under the supplied within-request summary rule, this is a qualifying behavior-shaping update without requiring cross-session summary storage. The input's learning authority and the output's downstream knowledge authority remain separate. The changed axis note and rationale preserve that distinction and do not claim improved capacity.

Other authority findings follow actual consumers: standing decision guidance and linked instructions; remembered evidence and visual context; candidate text influencing relevance selection; identity/dependency routing; saved grants permitting covered operations; and expected-content criteria vetoing stale replacement. These do not establish reliable prose compliance or a universal effect monitor. See MEM-RTE-context-reload, MEM-RTE-graph-selection, MEM-BAP-linked-instructions, MEM-RTE-node-curation, RT-RTE-saved-store, and RT-OBJ-tool-attempt.

Write agency distinguishes computational guidance/message/evidence admissions from exact-content human browser decisions. Generic API/script callers and initial-content control remain unresolved; starting a workflow does not settle per-content agency. Curation positives follow implemented action-history consolidation, existing-entry revision and graph forgetting. Review instructions requesting distinct lessons establish neither duplicate merging nor synthesis. Native cleanup uncertainty is retained. See RT-RTE-guidance-review, MEM-RTE-history-summary, MEM-RTE-node-curation, and MEM-RTE-memory-migration.

Read-back direction separates requested graph/history retrieval from automatic collection supply, downstream relevance selection, linked-input materialization, summary supply and image attachment. Signals identify the actual push selector: collection availability, session/reference identity matching, relevance judgment, or stage/recency filtering. Lexical hints on a requested retrieval do not independently establish inferred-lexical push. Result-file and arbitrary payload alternatives remain unresolved rather than becoming pull-only inapplicability. See MEM-RTE-graph-selection, MEM-RTE-context-reload, MEM-BAP-linked-instructions, RT-RTE-saved-store, and EPI-RTE-panel-evidence.

Trace-learning positives are supported for reviewed observation-fed guidance and the retained summary supplied to a later completion/retry invocation. The former's original trace category remains unresolved; a qualifying write does not identify whether its original observations were conversational turns, discrete events, tools or trajectories. The latter has recorded tool activity as its original source, supporting tool-traces. Neither positive requires novel accepted knowledge or observed improvement. Unresolved other writes warrant neither local negatives nor trace-source inapplicability. See RT-RTE-guidance-review, its memory annotation, MEM-RTE-history-summary, MEM-OBJ-task-history, and EPI-RTE-guidance-check.

All axis-level partial assessments retain positive witnesses and unresolved included alternatives. Missing operation, causal evidence and initialization facts remain beside the affected conclusions. The coarse grouping issue below limits inventory comparisons, not the scoped positive mechanisms. No unsupported comparison value or coverage claim requiring correction remains established.

Limits

  • The profile's partial inventories use some coarse units rather than a complete one-part/one-consumer mapping: tool history and summary under form; context across relevance, composition and summary under authority; and linked instructions, files, recovery and startup under direction. MEM-OBJ-task-history, MEM-RTE-history-summary, MEM-RTE-graph-selection, MEM-BAP-linked-instructions, and RT-RTE-saved-store support the stated mechanisms, and finding notes identify the parts establishing the positive values. The issue is incomplete route-level enumeration, not an unsupported value within those named mechanisms. Withhold complete part-by-consumer inventory comparisons and do not distribute every grouped finding to every part: tool-history summarization, for example, does not establish that every receipt participates in relevance ranking. The axis-level partial assessments preserve this inventory uncertainty.
