Verification

I checked all ten axes in the memory profile against the handed records and their annotations, resolving the overlay supersession through the supplied reconciliation. I read no source files and added no evidence. The comparison boundary excludes static instructions, adapter/core replacement and external host/provider state; it does not mistake the enclosing model's parameters for the local memory substrate.

  • Storage and form. File storage is supported across the named local inventory by MEM-OBJ-source-evidence, MEM-OBJ-reader-index, MEM-OBJ-native-ledger, RT-OBJ-canonical-turn and RT-RTE-operator-eval. JSON graph edges and localized scores do not establish graph storage or parametric form. The form units distinguish linguistic content from fixed-rule fields and retain uninspected renders/parser representations. The separate answer artifact remains EPI-OBJ-answer, not linguistic content inside the turn's symbolic binding.
  • Lineage. Imported evidence, deterministic compilation, requested host authorship and trace extraction have distinct local warrants in MEM-OBJ-knowledge-text, MEM-OBJ-interaction-entry, MEM-OBJ-benchmark-candidates and RT-RTE-hybrid-refresh. Claimed host authoring is not upgraded by wired publication. Unresolved initial document/evaluator provenance and provider/attachment paths remain explicit.
  • Authority. The units attach reference/context, ranking, routing, validation, enforcement, instruction and learning to identified consumers and effects. In particular, EPI-RTE-memory-selection supports retained ranking inputs and participation exclusions; RT-CLM-commit-gate supports bounded invoked admission; and the annotations on RT-RTE-host-hooks support advisory continuation guidance. Update-consumer learning and downstream knowledge remain separate paths. No host-compliance, factual-truth or universal-mediation guarantee is inferred.
  • Write agency. Operator corpus placement and explicit user gate decisions are distinguished from software transformations and requested model enrichment. MEM-RTE-native-capture and MEM-RTE-interaction-promotion support automatic derived admission, not human approval of each remembered assertion. The unresolved request control in RT-RTE-operator-eval is not converted to manual agency merely because the route is called operator evaluation.
  • Curation. The positive operations follow the recorded transformations: upsert, duplicate repair, compression, publication-tier change, suppression, missing-lineage deletion, coverage withdrawal and projection cleanup. EPI-RTE-conservative-output supports both snippet consolidation and a distinct new staged-inclusion proposition; the latter's synthesis classification does not assert ampliative business knowledge. MEM-OBJ-semantic-overlay and EPI-RTE-overlay-coverage support withdrawal of coverage reliance, not universal stale-text exclusion. A local inventory omission is retained below.
  • Read-back direction and signal. Requested evidence, explicit continuation, review and replay are pull operations. Optional prompt-hook supply is independently push. The annotation on RT-RTE-host-hooks establishes bound-state targeting and latest-linked-turn selection, supporting identifier and coarse findings without turning requested trace IDs or pull lexical ranking into push signals. Untraced consumer alternatives prevent complete direction/signal coverage.
  • Trace learning and source. EPI-RTE-pending-overlay, MEM-RTE-interaction-promotion and MEM-RTE-review-projection establish automatic trace-fed durable artifacts with later consumers. Session-log and tool-trace origins are locally supported; hook delivery alone does not add event-stream origin. These wired findings require neither parameter change nor observed improvement. Unresolved qualifying writes and mixed inputs remain local, and no bounded absence is manufactured from them.

The profile preserves the consequential qualifications shared by the reports: pending evidence can precede publication, promotion is not truth acceptance, suppression does not universally withdraw promoted content, and coverage freshness is not all-reader quarantine. No supplied execution or causal evidence supports stronger bases. The broader units remain interpretable through their named parts, paths and effects; they do not transfer a known witness's strength to opaque alternatives. Apart from the local omission below, unresolved assessments are faithfully scoped uncertainty rather than defects.

Limits

  • The profile's partial curation inventory leaves provider-tail maintenance unclassified even though MEM-OBJ-native-ledger records transcript-tail compaction that keeps only the records needed to resume the last native turn. This supports a bounded forgetting operation over retained parser-recovery records, distinct from host-window summarization. See the curation qualification in the profile rationale. Withhold a complete inventory or route-level comparison of capture-recovery curation. The omission does not invalidate the emitted decay findings or their wired bases, and the curation axis already expresses partial coverage; it changes neither the supported system union nor the trace-learning conclusions.
