Reconciliation

Evidence boundary

The supplied reports concern the same shipped memory product and revision in boundary. The Source register supplies implementation, doctrine/design and bounded reported-operation evidence, not observed runs or causal experiments. This reconciliation connects the current pinned members; no target source was reread. The supplied previous reconciliation is not current evidence. No analyst answers or refusal were supplied, so no correction rationale or declined objection is inferred.

Duplicate supersessions and distinct identities

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-source-ref is superseded by MEM-OBJ-source-ref. Both identify SourceRef, the event ID, role and evidence part retained in entity YAML. The epistemic construction passage and memory schema passage establish the same referent. The memory record additionally traces direct-change construction and omission of evidence from later delivery. The epistemic inventory and ledger's lineage assessments still concern this part; the amendment does not replace their unknown-source-warrant finding with verified support.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-fact is superseded by MEM-OBJ-fact. Both identify the published Fact with a natural-language statement and symbolic identity, kind and eligibility fields in entity YAML/Markdown. Their construction passages identify the same statement, ExplicitAssertion kind and Active status. The epistemic construction scope does not establish a distinct stored object. Its inventory and ledger continue to assess this retained content; the memory record's wider lineage and consumers do not turn operational admission into truth acceptance.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-index-rebuild is superseded by MEM-RTE-index-rebuild. Both trace caller mem index through current-entity rendering to validated publication, returning the old head if the generated body is unchanged. The shared unchanged-body passage, Active-count predicate and 60,000-byte budget identify one route. The epistemic assessment of entailed metadata within the stored-status domain and the memory account of afforded display consumption remain separate findings about that route, not competing statuses.

EPI-OBJ-proposal is not the retained fact or source reference: its transient Proposal/LlmFact values precede publication. EPI-RTE-rules-extraction, EPI-RTE-llm-proposal and EPI-RTE-candidate-gate are declared parts of RT-RTE-journal-consolidation. Candidate generation and checking differ from the encompassing batch loop. No finding makes that container invalid once these parts are separated, so no split supersession is required.

MEM-RTE-adapter-ingestion precedes consolidation and is not identical to it or to RT-RTE-host-hooks. Hooks can initiate acquisition, but also deliver context and launch consolidation. The epistemic acquisition ledger row uses the consolidation citation to discuss upstream input; this overlap does not equate the full routes. MEM-OBJ-journal-event is their retained input, not an operation.

MEM-OBJ-checkpoint, MEM-OBJ-dispositions and MEM-OBJ-controls distinguish progress, extraction outcomes and withdrawal policy state. None duplicates the fact, journal event or RT-OBJ-tasks. MEM-OBJ-entity-display groups entity-body and index renderings; index rebuilding produces display data rather than sharing its identity. These renderings remain distinct from parsed facts consumed by search. Their grouping does not establish an invalid combined record requiring supersession.

EPI-RTE-search-benchmark measures elapsed search duration, whereas RT-RTE-search-evaluation checks expected hits and text. Shared search calls do not make their targets, results or routes identical. EPI-CLM-sourced-facts, EPI-CLM-lasting-facts and RT-CLM-validated-publication respectively concern sourced content, usefulness/evidence admission and publication controls. They are related claims, not duplicates. The workflow declares no additional records and annotates the existing tidy route. No further cross-member record identity is established.

Disagreement reassessment

The previous reconciliation's fragment-matching conflict is no longer present in the current records. RT-RTE-journal-consolidation now explicitly states that normalization discards fragments shorter than eight characters, rejects an empty qualifying set and checks the remaining fragments in source order. Its retained filter passage and unmatched-short-fragment deduction agree with EPI-RTE-candidate-gate. Both distinguish qualifying normalized occurrence from exact bytes, every submitted fragment, entailment and lasting usefulness. The runtime also identifies the every-fragment comment as an overstatement rather than adopting it as the guarantee. There is therefore no current conflicting fragment-presence finding to mark unresolved; neither the gate nor its valid container is superseded to achieve this agreement.

No other disagreement between the supplied reports is established below. Their local unknowns and different analytical scopes are retained rather than converted into conflicts or a strongest-sounding system status.

Integration dispositions and convergence

Note framing and provenance. The memory annotation on RT-RTE-journal-consolidation, supported by MEM-OBJ-journal-event, identifies Calendar, Voice and generic Markdown Note producers entering the same memory_file framing. EPI-RTE-llm-proposal retains the prompt's curated-project-instruction premise while describing Note selection. The runtime also names Note-role eligibility rather than restricting it to authenticated project instructions. The memory integration issue qualifies the prompt premise and the runtime's file examples; it does not contradict the known selector. Imported authorship and source truth remain unknown.

Read contracts and eligibility. The memory annotations on RT-RTE-memory-retrieval, RT-RTE-host-hooks and RT-RTE-instruction-writeback distinguish lexical temporal/control eligibility from ID/entity reads, Start context and writeback. MEM-OBJ-entity-display adds status-active display semantics. Current-head memory_history is not Git commit traversal. The runtime's broad read/history description promises neither traversal nor uniform eligibility, so these integration issues are refinements, not opposed findings. The epistemic freshness row's removal from active consumption is bounded by its separate retention/read-channel findings, not removal from every ID/history channel. No universal temporal validity or control-only suppression guarantee follows.

Acquisition and completion. MEM-RTE-adapter-ingestion distinguishes bulk deduplication/locking from public append's pre-lock sequence assignment and lack of bulk deduplication. The runtime account describes shipped bulk drivers, not a universal library-writer invariant. It further distinguishes explicit final flush in ingest/directory/all-host backfill from local backfill's best-effort drop flush, which logs rather than propagates failure. The memory route's generic flush/recovery account does not expressly guarantee an explicit successful flush on every local path. Together these findings require path-specific completion limits; they establish neither an observed race nor observed data loss. The detached local-backfill child of RT-RTE-host-hooks inherits that completion limit in addition to ignored subprocess status.

Disposition is not added knowledge. MEM-OBJ-dispositions retains the placement/accepted-sequence passage, and MEM-OBJ-checkpoint retains clearing of checkpoint outcome collections. The epistemic consolidation ledger independently notes that an accepted event can coexist with a dropped proposal. These findings refine RT-RTE-journal-consolidation without contradicting its snapshot publication. Acceptance counts establish neither added facts nor verified truths; retained quarantine explanations do not establish their later use to revise criteria.

Publication and content warrant. RT-CLM-validated-publication and RT-RTE-immediate-change locate structural validation, CAS, custom-validator alternatives and the shared-operation receipt shortcut. Memory separates caller assertions from extraction evidence gates; epistemic analysis separates operational admission from truth acceptance. These compatible findings concern different functions. Superseding duplicate fact and lineage declarations does not settle or strengthen their warrant assessments.

Cleanup review and delivery. The workflow account and its annotation converge with RT-RTE-tidy-maintenance, the memory annotation and the epistemic ledger. The skill requires showing findings; keep IDs veto named removals; apply reloads and recomputes instead of consuming an approved preview. The workflow adds conditional readiness/sync steps and host ownership of review, failure communication, retries and user-facing completion. Structural validation/CAS does not bind removals to the preview or verify semantic classifications. No report establishes immutable per-content approval, durable-intent cleanup recovery, host compliance or beneficial removal.

Withdrawal and evidence loss. MEM-OBJ-controls and MEM-OBJ-source-ref connect ID-based withdrawal to retained lineage. Memory adds that whole-event redaction can remove source context supporting surviving facts. RT-RTE-erasure-maintenance and the epistemic ledger retain sequential effects and a Completed marker preceding later stages. The workflow bounds soft cleanup to curated eligibility, not raw journal, prior instruction blocks or already delivered context. These findings converge without establishing semantic prohibition of reformulation, all-copy deletion or successful recovery from partial erasure.

Later consumers and evaluation. RT-BAP-host-context and RT-BAP-instruction-file identify conditional host channels. Memory adds consumption of retained statements by later extraction and instruction-writeback-to-backfill feedback. Epistemic analysis distinguishes these usable candidates and trace-fed updates from established acceptance/integration of produced ampliative claims or improved capacity. RT-RTE-search-evaluation and EPI-RTE-search-benchmark return bounded reports without automatic promotion. Their implemented checks and measurement are compatible with unobserved effectiveness, unknown rubric independence and absent supplied causal evidence.

All superseded IDs remain declared, and no dependent finding loses its referent through these amendments. No analyst values are rewritten. Remaining provenance, provider, host-activation, semantic-quality, recovery and execution uncertainties remain local limits on the conclusions named by the reports.
