Instinctual Memory profile verification

Verification
I checked every axis, its findings and evidence bases, its coverage assessment, and its classification units in the memory profile against the handed records and annotations. No source files were read. The supplied reconciliation resolves the duplicate fact, source-reference and index-route declarations to the memory declarations; the profile uses those canonical records. No current inter-report conflict supplies a competing classification.
The scope is accumulated target memory and its later consumers, not all runtime storage. Excluding static skill text, transient proposals and reports, deployment configuration and external inference weights is consistent with that scope. The model components establish inference machinery, not target parameter updates through use. Their opacity does not make the inspected journal, facts or controls opaque.
| Axis | Judgment and consequential distinctions |
|---|---|
| Storage substrate | Files and repository findings are supported by MEM-OBJ-journal-event, the published objects, RT-RTE-immediate-change, RT-OBJ-tasks and RT-RTE-instruction-writeback. Grouped published parts share Git storage. Encodings are not counted as additional substrates; recovery intents and published receipts retain separate findings. Known coverage is supported within the target-retained inventory. |
| Representational form | Text and localized metadata findings follow the consumed parts in MEM-OBJ-fact, MEM-OBJ-source-ref, MEM-OBJ-controls, MEM-OBJ-checkpoint, MEM-OBJ-dispositions and MEM-OBJ-entity-display. Mixed task and instruction-block units name their text and symbolic parts separately. The grouped units do not classify an opaque payload from its display. Known encoding does not imply known authority or provenance. |
| Lineage | Imported acquisition, trace-derived facts and compiled static-file facts have recorded paths through MEM-RTE-adapter-ingestion and RT-RTE-journal-consolidation. Generated displays and protocol state have distinct derivation paths. Partial coverage correctly preserves initial file provenance and generic caller/title origin rather than asserting human authorship. |
| Behavioral authority | The profile separates experience at the updater, fact statements at hosts, text at rankers, controls at vetoes, checkpoint at window selection and task versions at append. MEM-OBJ-fact, MEM-OBJ-controls, MEM-OBJ-checkpoint, RT-RTE-task-update and RT-RTE-immediate-change support the emitted forces. Validation and enforcement can coexist; ranking does not require learned ranking policy. Host delivery is not asserted to establish compliance. The partial inventory has the local omission identified under Limits. |
| Write agency | Software acquisition, extraction, publication, recomputed cleanup and rendering support automatic findings. The profile retains unresolved human content-supplying decisions separately. RT-RTE-tidy-maintenance and the workflow account establish that preview and keep choices do not bind application to an immutable approved candidate. This supports partial agency coverage without a manual finding inferred merely from command initiation. |
| Curation operations | Consolidate is supported by standing-fact extraction; dedup by placement and cleanup; evolve and invalidate by correction; invalidate by retirement/suppression; decay by destructive forgetting. EPI-RTE-rules-extraction, EPI-RTE-llm-proposal, RT-RTE-immediate-change, RT-RTE-tidy-maintenance and RT-RTE-erasure-maintenance support these mechanisms. Semantic fidelity defects do not establish synthesis. Partial semantic-novelty coverage is appropriately retained. |
| Read-back direction | Requested search/read, state reload and writeback are distinguished from independent hook supply and extractor context selection. RT-RTE-memory-retrieval, RT-RTE-host-hooks and RT-RTE-journal-consolidation support wired pull and push. RT-BAP-instruction-file supports only afforded later host loading. Known direction does not assert observed loading or knowledge of the external selector. |
| Read-back signal | SessionStart actually selects pref_user by identity; prompt delivery uses lexical matching; caps and sequence/role windows supply coarse selection. Scope matching selects retained events, rather than merely naming a requested output file. These findings follow RT-RTE-host-hooks and RT-RTE-journal-consolidation, including the memory annotations. Partial coverage correctly leaves the external instruction-file selector unresolved. |
| Trace learning | Recorded sessions and calendar/voice input feed automatic durable facts and later extraction/host consumers through MEM-OBJ-journal-event, MEM-OBJ-fact and RT-RTE-journal-consolidation. Wired yes requires neither parameter training nor measured improvement. Partial coverage preserves unknown generic origins and the mixed writeback feedback branch; no unsupported no is emitted. |
| Trace source | Session-logs and event-streams describe the original qualifying inputs, not their journal serialization. MEM-OBJ-journal-event and the memory annotation on RT-RTE-journal-consolidation establish the session and Calendar/Voice paths. Raw tool retention alone does not establish a qualifying tool-fed update. Partial coverage preserves unknown generic and feedback origins rather than inventing additional values. |
The evidence bases remain bounded: implementation establishes wired mechanisms, while external snapshot inspection and later instruction-file loading retain afforded bases. No finding claims observed operation or causal support. The fragment gate's limitations, differing read eligibility, cleanup recomputation and sequential erasure failures qualify warrant or operation; they do not negate the supported storage, selection, withdrawal or trace-fed-write classifications. The profile preserves those distinctions without turning structural acceptance into truth acceptance.

Limits
- The partial behavioral-authority inventory omits a supported external-inspection path for source evidence: MEM-OBJ-source-ref affords full entity-YAML inspection, while the profile rationale and its evidence/reasons unit address the unresolved later automatic guidance path. An external inspector can use the retained quote as reference or evidence, independently of whether automatic host delivery includes it. Consumers should withhold a complete per-part authority inventory and comparisons of evidence visibility across automatic delivery versus external inspection. The emitted knowledge finding remains supported on other paths, and the axis already says partial; the omission neither changes the system-level positive union nor licenses a claim that evidence has no possible later consumer.
