Verification
The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded source-level account. I checked its substantive statements against the supplied boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members, applying the supplied reconciliation's identity supersessions. I also checked carriage of the supplied report and profile verification limits. No source reread, new evidence or correction was needed. The evidence remains SRC-1's implementation, doctrine/design and attributed retained content, not observed operation or a causal experiment; see the Source register.
Dispatch, research and retained context
The opening account correctly identifies the shipped workflow and external executor. Its distinction between runnable updates and an internal scheduler is supported by RT-CLM-living-document and RT-RTE-document-update. Freshness, force, path-first prompting, requested tools and budget are not presented as proof of external enforcement. Ordinary enrichment and sentinel restraint are accurately distinguished as requested agent behavior, not deterministic event-detection code or observed compliance. MEM-OBJ-contract, EPI-RTE-sentinel-check and EPI-RTE-sentinel-selection support the conditional reporting account. The AGI declaration qualification prevents readers from confusing a declaration check with demonstrated capability. The retention account leads with the supported cross-invocation handoff, then separates available material, requested delivery, actual influence and benefit. MEM-BAP-cache-reuse, MEM-OBJ-facts and EPI-RTE-cache-reuse support that distinction. The stated lack of a local token quota is not extended to the opaque host. Manifest controls, varying source representations and unauthenticated summaries are supported by MEM-OBJ-manifest, MEM-OBJ-source-cache and MEM-OBJ-changelog. The synthesis uses the canonical memory objects rather than treating superseded epistemic declarations as competing findings. Requested source-validity checks and image checks retain their limited targets and consequences. EPI-RTE-source-check, EPI-RTE-source-selection, EPI-RTE-image-check and EPI-RTE-image-selection do not establish accepted article claims. EPI-RTE-web-research supports indeterminate synthesis rather than an unsupported inference of ampliative production. Direct mutation, best-effort section preservation and missing automatic restore are bounded to the shipped route through RT-RTE-document-update, RT-BAP-update-prompt and EPI-RTE-document-retention. Workflow, delivery and assessment
The delivery account preserves the connected sequence established by the workflow account and RT-RTE-batch-create: sequential child dispatch, no combined research prompt, no forwarded parent model override, and conditional rebuilding. The threshold discrepancy and interruption consequences remain explicit. Browser opening is a separate reader action, not demonstrated delivery acknowledgment. Date-ranked cards, citation stripping, truncation and basename-link limitations agree with RT-RTE-library-read, MEM-OBJ-index-content and EPI-RTE-index-excerpt. The scenario-relative assessment distinguishes supported selection/delegation/persistence from unestablished factual acceptance, context guarantees, edit confinement and transactional recovery. Operator maintenance is not strengthened into autonomous improvement: RT-RTE-contract-edit, RT-RTE-code-sync and the epistemic bounded conclusion support the stated distinctions. The runtime supplies no condition-by-condition theory-builder assessment, so the synthesis appropriately makes no such determination. Delegated discretion, reflection, improved future capacity and exercised self-improvement are not bundled into one negative. Limitations and materiality
The Limitations table carries the report verification's positional-guidance limit with its record citations and prevented conclusion; profile verification supplied no additional limit. The supplied reconciliation contains no unresolved cross-report conflict. The remaining table rows preserve the records' scoped uncertainties about operation, external controls, context delivery, warrant, schema/history, media, admission, projection and improvement. None upgrades unknown behavior into evidenced absence or claims complete factual coverage.
The contract-location defect remains local: the public account explicitly withholds reliable positional identification and complete delivery while retaining supported block identity and dispatch. Its consequences are stated without undermining the bounded workflow account. No additional record fault, unsupported comparison value or material strengthening was found. Structural acceptance was not used as evidence of semantic support.
