Verification
The five reports support publication of a bounded source-level account. They establish a shell-orchestrated document workflow, direct edit admission, file-based research retention and distinct later consumers. They do not establish successful research, actual reuse, factual acceptance or improvement. I independently traced the source before comparing these conclusions with the reports. No target code, examples, tests or providers were executed.
Evidence and record checks
The checkout HEAD equals the reviewed commit and its status is clean. I inspected the frozen tracked tree, complete README, complete shared shell implementation and browser JavaScript in SRC-1 example/index.o-o.html, and the ordinary and both sentinel contracts and retained research blocks. Source scope and evidence layers remain those of the Source register. I also compared marked shell, JavaScript and CSS blocks across all nine shipped files: each respective block is identical. Reading the first state blocks across the article instances confirmed ordinary-procedure equality outside the two sentinels and the ordinary-versus-wrapped changelog distinction. These are source-text checks, not observed operation. Newly inspected instance structures remain within SRC-1's registered repository, not new sources.
- Runtime declarations and controls. RT-CMP-claude, RT-OBJ-shared-shell, RT-RTE-document-update and RT-BAP-update-prompt agree with argument parsing, freshness, budget extraction, prompt construction and dispatch. The code passes a path, requested tools and budget; it does not implement the external tool loop or section-aware write enforcement. The model/version and permissions uncertainties are appropriately local. RT-RTE-batch-create correctly separates template creation and sequential child invocation, including the missing parent model/agent forwarding and the direct-versus-batch threshold difference. RT-RTE-contract-edit correctly identifies operator admission and whole-file line removal. RT-RTE-code-sync correctly identifies sibling block replacement and custom-style withdrawal without behavioral validation or rollback. RT-RTE-library-read correctly describes recursive discovery, basename links and browser consumption. RT-CLM-living-document preserves the README claim without promoting it to observed success. Evidence: SRC-1
README.md,example/index.o-o.html; the cited records retain the supporting passages. - Every memory declaration. MEM-OBJ-source-cache and MEM-OBJ-facts correctly distinguish source descriptions from flat factual assertions. The ordinary source strings and richer sentinel objects support variation, not a uniform schema. MEM-OBJ-manifest and MEM-OBJ-contract correctly separate control inputs from interpreted guidance. MEM-OBJ-article, MEM-OBJ-images and MEM-OBJ-changelog distinguish prose/reference structure, encoded media and attributed summaries rather than authenticated traces. MEM-OBJ-index-content, MEM-OBJ-oo-theme and MEM-BAP-cache-reuse correctly identify different retained parts and consumers. I checked all five memory annotations against the shell producer and later consumer, including requested rather than automatic whole-file delivery, the eight-card budget and localStorage reload. Evidence: SRC-1
example/index.o-o.html,example/anthropic-leadership.o-o.html,example/agi-declared.o-o.html,example/trump-incarceration.o-o.html. - Epistemic objects and routes. All six object declarations in the epistemic inventory and shared records have source-native referents supported by those same files. The combined cache is a valid container; the image declaration spans staging and embedding rather than only persistent bytes. EPI-RTE-web-research, EPI-RTE-source-check, EPI-RTE-source-selection and EPI-RTE-cache-reuse correctly separate acquisition, uncertain synthesis, requested validity judgment, membership disposition and later reliance. EPI-RTE-sentinel-check and EPI-RTE-sentinel-selection separate event assessment from writing-policy selection; their different event domains remain explicit. EPI-RTE-image-check and EPI-RTE-image-selection license format/size decisions, not caption truth. These doctrine-only statuses concern requested external work, not the implemented delivery of instructions. EPI-RTE-document-retention explicitly limits its implemented status to direct file-target dispatch. This is consistent with the parent runtime route, not proof of successful external writes.
- Projection and claims. I traced the actual awk extraction and subsequent ellipsis, date sorting and HTML persistence for EPI-RTE-index-excerpt. Citation stripping and arbitrary truncation support indeterminate semantic preservation, not a guaranteed non-ampliative transformation. EPI-CLM-research-reuse is supported as an instruction to reuse and preserve valid sources, not demonstrated benefit. The ledger, claim comparison and bounded conclusion preserve these distinctions. The inspected shell has no post-edit evidence-consuming claim acceptance step; conditional model evaluation is nevertheless requested. No inference from retention to accepted knowledge, trace learning or exercised self-improvement is made.
- Workflow and recovery. The workflow account and all three annotations trace a connected shipped path: update-all selection, child dispatch, direct editing, successful child return, count increment and conditional index rebuild. Strict-mode interruption can leave earlier file edits without the final projection refresh. The absence of a shipped retry/restore in this selected path is supported by the complete shell read, not inferred from missing execution evidence. Delivery remains local availability followed by a separate reader action. Evidence: SRC-1
example/index.o-o.html.
All declared route statuses and source anchors were assessed for meaning and scope, not merely quotation occurrence. There are no evidenced-absence declarations to treat as system-wide negatives. Empty workflow declarations are appropriate because its account and annotations reuse runtime identities.
Relations, conflicts and structural findings
I checked every Part of: relation: the nine epistemic research, check, disposition, retention and reuse routes are stages of the runtime document update; index excerpt extraction is a stage of library consumption. None is a replacement candidate mislabeled as a part. The reconciliation correctly supersedes the four duplicate article, manifest, changelog and contract objects by their memory counterparts. Its identity evidence preserves the affected findings and their qualifications. Keeping the combined cache alongside its parts and the broader image lifecycle alongside persistent media is justified; neither requires a false identity amendment.
Reconciliation also preserves initial-prompt versus later-cache authority, claim scope, and implementation-versus-doctrine distinctions. No unsettled opposing analyst findings were found, so an unresolved-conflict paragraph is not required. The memory integration issues each have a disposition: prompt-position discrepancy, schema/template ambiguity, nonduplicate retained parts and missing activation evidence. The supplied correction-answer files are empty, and report-check states none; there is no structural failure requiring a routed blocker. I did not treat either the analysts' validations or the empty check as semantic acceptance.
Consequential omission questions and stopping decision
The frozen tree and producer/consumer dependencies guided three omission questions. First, could shipped drivers bypass the described update/admission path or add review, retry or scheduling? I read the complete shell router, creation branches, batch loop, configuration and synchronization functions, plus README roadmap. These establish the alternate operator paths already retained in the reports, not a hidden acceptance gate or shipped scheduler. Second, could other document contracts invalidate the reuse or checking conclusions? Comparing ordinary procedures and reading both sentinels confirmed requested reuse plus conditional evaluation; richer sentinel caches prevent a universal weak-provenance-schema claim, which the reports already avoid. Third, could later consumers receive stronger evidence than the account admits? I traced index extraction and browser JS through their actual delivered fields. They provide projection, navigation, contract display and theme state, not independent research validation. Sources: SRC-1 README.md, example/index.o-o.html and the ordinary/sentinel article paths above.
Further omission expansion stopped because each selected question has a source-supported disposition, all material shipped driver code is common across instances, and no identified challenge remains capable of changing the retained central conclusions. Full topic prose, decoded images, external web pages and Claude internals cannot be compared for factual quality or actual operation from this inspection. Those unassessed semantics do not imply absence, and the reports do not emit corresponding complete-coverage or success claims.

Limits
- The dispatch prompt and embedded procedures misdescribe the contract as below
window.stop(), whereas the operative ordinary and sentinel contracts precede it. See MEM-OBJ-contract, RT-BAP-update-prompt and the integration disposition. SRC-1example/index.o-o.html,example/anthropic-leadership.o-o.html,example/agi-declared.o-o.htmlandexample/trump-incarceration.o-o.htmlsupport the discrepancy; the memory record and integration issues retain it. Readers should withhold a guarantee that positional guidance correctly identifies the operative contract or ensures its delivery. Block identity, actual contract presence and the implemented dispatch remain supported, so this does not undermine the bounded workflow account.
