Verification

I checked all ten axes in the memory profile against the handed records and annotations, including scope, evidence basis, natural units and inventory coverage. Reconciliation supplies no supersessions. The earlier objections and the profile author's answers were assessed against the current text, not treated as established defects or repairs. No frozen-source files were newly read; no evidence or quotations were added.

  • Storage substrate and representational form: file-backed objects and process-local retained parts support the files and in-memory findings. The profile separates model-interpreted language from executable Python and fixed-rule metadata. Its grouped units are coarse but preserve the relevant form and substrate distinctions in RT-OBJ-module-library, MEM-OBJ-finding-record, MEM-OBJ-proposal-record and the memory annotations on RT-RTE-context-handoff and RT-RTE-solver-task. Static provider weights are not classified as accumulated memory merely because inference uses them.
  • Lineage: selected trace-field extraction, model authorship, software-built access/control representations and copying the installed library into the initial live generation are separately supported by EPI-RTE-summary-extraction, MEM-RTE-evidence-brief, MEM-RTE-progress-resume and RT-RTE-generation-change. The known local acquisition path does not resolve the released library's earlier training provenance. Summary generation is distinguished from a guarantee of semantic preservation.
  • Behavioral authority: evidence, prescribed behavioral deltas, symbolic eligibility and ranking state, catalog descriptions, executable strategies and recovery state have named consumers and effects. The knowledge, instruction, learning, ranking, routing, validation and enforcement findings follow the respective paths in MEM-RTE-evidence-brief, MEM-OBJ-proposal-state, EPI-RTE-finding-disposition, RT-BAP-description-selection and RT-BAP-module-execution. The QA continuation unit now retains knowledge and instruction, not learning, at the next inference consumer. Its revised note and rationale consistently distinguish that downstream use from automatic trace-fed production of the handoff. The first earlier blocker is resolved.
  • Write agency: the live model/software admission mechanisms are automatic, independently of operator launch and content authorship. Finding/proposal admission, deterministic maintenance, gated module deployment, continuation replacement and cache writing have identified computational owners in MEM-OBJ-finding-record, MEM-OBJ-proposal-record, MEM-OBJ-proposal-state, RT-RTE-generation-change, RT-RTE-context-handoff and RT-RTE-bundle-selection. Historical initial-content admission remains unresolved rather than inheriting the live route's control classification.
  • Curation operations: reduction, same-intervention support merging, existing-strategy revision, candidate promotion and history-preserving withdrawal have supporting transformations in RT-RTE-context-handoff, EPI-RTE-summary-extraction, EPI-RTE-finding-disposition, RT-RTE-generation-change and MEM-OBJ-archive-entry. The causal-conjecture synthesis finding remains afforded by EPI-OBJ-contrast-finding, not an observation of generated novel content. Unchecked summary fidelity neither negates the reduction mechanism nor establishes an additional synthesis finding.
  • Read-back direction and signal: automatic reflection, catalog, replay and continuation supply are separated from editor-requested file/archive returns. Coarse eligibility and budgets, actual finding/task/cache identity matches and model catalog judgment have distinct triggers, inputs and selected parts in MEM-RTE-evidence-brief, MEM-RTE-history-contrast, MEM-RTE-progress-resume, RT-RTE-bundle-selection and RT-RTE-context-handoff. Requested paths are not counted again as independent identifier pushes. Signal inapplicability is local to assessed pull returns or the bounded absent journal-delivery route.
  • Trace learning: diagnosis-to-code, automatic continuation production and outcome-fed archive revision each have an automatic trace-fed write, retained behavior-shaping result and later consumer in MEM-RTE-evidence-brief, RT-RTE-generation-change, RT-RTE-context-handoff, MEM-OBJ-archive-entry and EPI-RTE-paired-confirmation. Their wired positive classifications require neither observed improvement nor cross-task summary reuse. MEM-ABS-editor-readback warrants the local journal-feedback no, not a system negative. Both positive findings and incomplete coverage prevent a system-wide no.
  • Trace source: the primary diagnosis route's linked execution experience and tool feedback support its trajectory/tool findings; surviving conversational and terminal history support the continuation session/tool findings. These follow MEM-RTE-evidence-brief, MEM-RTE-history-contrast, RT-RTE-solver-task and RT-RTE-context-handoff. Confirmation now has a not-determinable source unit with no findings. Its note and rationale no longer equate task/bundle/reward tuples with linked states, actions and outcomes, or borrow richer diagnosis inputs to classify the confirmation consumer. This faithfully preserves the input granularity in EPI-RTE-paired-confirmation and EPI-OBJ-trial-summary. The second earlier blocker is resolved without withdrawing confirmation's independently established update and later selection path.

All axes retain partial coverage rather than claiming complete inventories. Initial history, uninspected strategy alternatives, provider state and unestablished manifest/cross-module consumers remain explicit at the affected branches. These uncertainties are faithfully scoped, not additional verification limits. Coarse grouping does not turn their known witnesses into classifications of the unresolved alternatives.

The retained journal ambiguity does not justify inferring automatic delivery: MEM-OBJ-editor-memory establishes storage and display capability, while MEM-ABS-editor-readback supplies the bounded caller absence. The profile preserves both and does not transfer confirmation's archive consumer to the journal. Installed versus released fallback differences, snapshot-local retry eligibility and best-effort archive retirement remain qualified in RT-RTE-context-handoff, EPI-RTE-finding-disposition and MEM-OBJ-archive-entry. Static skill catalogs are excluded by the accumulated-memory boundary, not asserted absent. None of these qualifications invalidates the emitted existence findings or warrants complete-value comparisons.
