The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded source-inspection account. I checked its substantive statements against the supplied records and annotations, the reconciliation's identity amendment, and the settled report and profile verification limits. The supplied synthesis answers are empty and no synthesis refusal or previous synthesis verification was supplied. This judgment adds no evidence or corrected text. Source-read log: none.

Boundary and operational progression

The opening identifies SRC-1, the frozen revision, cutoff, whole-package workflow boundary and external dependencies consistently with the boundary account. It distinguishes executable implementation from model-role doctrine and withholds execution and causal conclusions. The account is intelligible without reading the supporting reports: it explains command entry, role dispatch, author decisions, retained artifacts, verification and delivery before drawing property conclusions.

Command expansion and activation restoration are supported by RT-RTE-command-dispatch; host-supplied inference and mutable declared routing by RT-CMP-session-model. The representative research-to-manuscript progression follows RT-RTE-pipeline-stages and the workflow account. It does not fabricate a completed session or insert separately requested screening into that progression.

The research paragraph preserves the distinction between substantive synthesis instructions and established scientific production. Its positive cache account is supported by MEM-OBJ-verification-cache and MEM-RTE-cache-verification: automatic resolver-decision retention and exact-key later reuse establish the stated write-route contribution, not improved capacity. The distinct claimed ledger route and unresolved host summaries remain qualified.

Author authorization, patch rejection, criteria/evidence/response ordering, deferral and abort are presented as orchestration obligations under RT-RTE-revision-review, not audited patch semantics or demonstrated isolation. The workflow annotations support the separation of artifact production from final acceptance and acknowledgement.

The finalization bullets preserve separate domains for EPI-RTE-citation-lookup, EPI-RTE-claim-judgment, EPI-RTE-audit-disposition, MEM-RTE-read-attestation and EPI-RTE-read-withdrawal. Citation metadata does not become source support; injected judging does not become a complete retrieval driver; non-refusal and reading declarations do not become scientific acceptance. Independent properties and carried limitations

The task-relative assessment draws no product ranking or system-wide epistemic grade. Its authenticity and calibration boundaries follow EPI-CLM-integrity-boundary and EPI-CLM-review-calibration. Unassessed quantitative and integrity routes remain grounds to withhold a system-complete negative, consistent with epistemic coverage.

The theory account retains condition 1 as afforded and conditions 2–4 separately as claimed, at the screening-criteria scope of RT-RTE-screening-fanout. It does not infer learning, reflection or autonomous theory building from those statuses. Its own-system-change conclusion independently follows RT-RTE-evaluation-admission: selected comparison and admission do not establish successor installation or subsequent causal use. Manuscript improvement is not substituted for ARS self-improvement. The proposed evidence that would change each assessment names the missing operational, semantic, criticism or own-system-update links rather than merely requesting more agents or artifacts.

I checked the Limitations table against all three settled upstream limits. It carries the two omitted passport authority selectors with their doctrine-only scope and prevented complete-selection comparisons, alongside MEM-RTE-corpus-reuse, RT-RTE-pipeline-stages and RT-RTE-checkpoint-recovery. It also carries coarse profile-unit boundaries and the consequent prohibition on independent mechanism counts, with MEM-OBJ-review-criteria-binding, MEM-OBJ-activity-store, EPI-OBJ-screening-decisions and RT-RTE-evaluation-admission. Finally, it retains the unclassified optional audit-cache route and incomplete audit-cache versus resolver-cache comparison under EPI-RTE-claim-judgment. These limitations preserve the supported existence findings without implying exhaustive coverage. The reconciliation supplies no unresolved conflict requiring another row.

No additional material defect or local unresolved issue was established by this review. The already explicit evidence boundaries and faithfully scoped uncertainties are not new verifier findings.
