Reconciliation
Evidence and identity
This reconciliation connects the supplied records within the frozen boundary and its Source register. It uses the records' evidence passages without additional source reads. All four reports distinguish source inspection from observed operation. The workflow member declares no new records; its annotations concern runtime routes, not duplicate declarations. No analyst correction answers or declined objections were supplied to this attempt.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-read-ledger is superseded by MEM-OBJ-human-read-log. Both identify the retained citation-keyed, timestamped user reading declarations, including scope, locators and rescission, consumed by the human-read attestation resolver. Their evidence converges on the same command/resolver surface and the same latest-event rescission passage. The memory declaration additionally identifies the passport-peer YAML storage and writer. Neither denotes the transient resolver result or the separate run ledger. This is duplicate object identity, not a finding correction: both preserve the distinction between declared coverage and demonstrated reading. The epistemic object inventory and the object reference in its withdrawal ledger row remain references to that retained declaration object; supersession neither changes their findings nor transfers route status.
Valid containers, distinct parts and non-identities
Pipeline guidance, research content and workflow progression. RT-OBJ-pipeline-skill is shipped guidance, whereas EPI-OBJ-synthesis-report is a task deliverable; identity is ruled out. EPI-RTE-source-grading and EPI-RTE-synthesis-content declare separate checking and content-generation parts of RT-RTE-pipeline-stages. The stage container remains valid and is not superseded. RT-CLM-complete-pipeline, EPI-CLM-synthesis-understanding, EPI-CLM-integrity-boundary and EPI-CLM-review-calibration concern different claims: stage coverage, substantive synthesis, check scope and review calibration. Their shared workflow context does not make them duplicates.
Citation evidence, audit judgment and output permission. RT-RTE-final-output remains a valid container. EPI-RTE-citation-lookup, EPI-RTE-claim-judgment, EPI-RTE-audit-disposition and EPI-RTE-read-withdrawal isolate different consequential functions within it; none replaces the entire route. Lookup classifications, source-support judgments, refusal classifications and declaration eligibility are not identical checks. The API's reserved corpus parameter in the claim-judgment record limits retrieval attribution; it does not contradict the runtime's broader prescribed finalization sequence.
RT-OBJ-ref-markers, EPI-OBJ-citation-summary and EPI-OBJ-claim-audit are distinct operative objects: prose carriers, lookup summaries and audit aggregates. MEM-OBJ-verification-cache is a retained resolver-decision store, not any of those complete objects or a retained source paper. MEM-RTE-cache-verification supplies exact-key reuse to verification; it is neither the full final-output route nor the same transformation as lookup reduction. These overlaps require no supersession.
Reading declarations and withdrawal. MEM-RTE-read-attestation spans command-mediated writing and later resolution. EPI-RTE-read-withdrawal isolates current-event resolution and its downstream eligibility consequence, expressly leaving writer internals uninspected. Route identity is ruled out despite the duplicate retained object identified above. The memory route's afforded implementation conclusion and the epistemic route's wired implementation conclusion attach to their own scopes; neither supplies a replacement status for the other. The epistemic statement that no supplied route separately declared this part describes its runtime-only input comparison, not a denial of the memory member's declaration.
Screening, export and later relevance. EPI-RTE-screening-merge, EPI-RTE-pilot-comparison and MEM-RTE-corpus-reuse are distinct parts of RT-RTE-screening-fanout. Merge disposition, pilot evidence production, builder admission and later corpus relevance have different consumers and force. EPI-OBJ-screening-decisions retains labels and reasons; MEM-OBJ-literature-corpus is the exported/imported citation material later screened by literature roles. Transformation from decisions to corpus does not establish identical objects. The corpus also admits non-screening imports. No container supersession follows. The local human-label oracle described by runtime and epistemic applies to the pilot comparison, not to later open-research relevance selection or scientific truth.
Recovery and other retained histories. RT-OBJ-run-ledger and RT-RTE-checkpoint-recovery, with the memory annotations on those records, concern retained checkpoint words, receipts, counters and passport-selected resume. MEM-OBJ-inquiry-ledger and MEM-RTE-inquiry-summary instead concern author-owned alternatives and selected checkpoint display. MEM-OBJ-review-criteria-binding binds review context and receipts rather than storing the full criterion content or proving semantic use. MEM-OBJ-process-record is a human-facing process narrative. MEM-OBJ-activity-store and MEM-RTE-activity-history concern post-terminal history explicitly excluded from model and checkpoint inputs. Identity among these histories, or with the run ledger, is ruled out. Activity history is also distinct from the measurements consumed by RT-RTE-evaluation-admission.
Independent convergence and integration dispositions
Host-dependent enforcement. RT-RTE-command-dispatch, RT-RTE-tool-scope, RT-CLM-pi-scope, RT-BAP-role-guidance and RT-BAP-tool-denial separate model instructions from conditional Claude permission denial. Memory's dispatch annotation and workflow's account retain that distinction. The epistemic comparison preserves Pi's lack of this wrapper-installed hook without excluding independent host protections. No report supports collapsing these into universal write mediation.
Revision and delivery. RT-RTE-revision-review remains the shared route used by workflow and memory annotations. Workflow adds recovery ownership, phase exposure order and author decisions; memory adds retained artifact lineage and limits of inline context isolation. Neither introduces a competing referent. The epistemic account describes bounded editorial permission, not acceptance of scientific truth. Workflow's Stage-5 acceptance checkpoint and Stage-6 acknowledgement concern delivery completion, not evidence-consuming acceptance of a substantive scientific claim; they therefore do not contradict the epistemic account's unestablished lifecycle integration. Workflow's package/final-output annotation also preserves freshness and current verdict as separate conditions under RT-RTE-final-output.
Status differences retain their units. The epistemic ledger's implemented architectural status for helper append, pilot admission, secondary-request validation and numeric comparison refers to particular functions within RT-RTE-checkpoint-recovery, RT-RTE-screening-fanout, RT-RTE-cross-verification and RT-RTE-evaluation-admission. It does not revise the runtime containers' conclusion-status fields. Conversely, its doctrine-only assessment of formatter behavior does not erase the executable input checks in the final-output container. No strongest-status selection is warranted, and no supplied report claims observed operation for these routes.
Memory integration issues. The memory integration list asserts no supplied-fact correction and no duplicate among its runtime comparisons. Its cache payload detail complements the runtime's broad cache statement rather than contradicting it. Corpus, cache and read-attestation overlaps are disposed above as distinct objects or routes/parts. Inquiry, criteria-binding, adapter, audit, package and revision-helper inspection gaps remain local limits; this reconciliation does not treat the reports as collectively completing those audits. Import invocation is not per-entry approval, generic cache caller provenance remains unresolved, and deletion tokens do not authenticate a human identity. These are bounded uncertainties, not disagreements.
Learning and own-system change. RT-RTE-screening-fanout retains separately qualified theory-builder conditions for eligibility guidance. EPI-RTE-pilot-comparison adds a comparison mechanism without strengthening those conditions. RT-RTE-evaluation-admission describes selected change-admission capacity without establishing installation or later causal use. Memory's activity and process records do not supply the missing automatic lesson-consumption path. RT-CMP-session-model and RT-CMP-cross-model preserve external parameter and version uncertainties independently. Persistence, manuscript revision, reflection, learning and exercised self-improvement are not interchangeable conclusions.
No unresolved cross-report conflict is identified in these supplied members. No required undeclared part is established by their findings as needing a split of an otherwise misleading container. Their explicitly unassessed mechanisms and lack of execution evidence remain limitations, not evidenced absences. The object supersession above is the only identity amendment; all other overlaps identified here are valid containment, annotations, input/output relations or distinct claims. Analytical support and acceptance of those findings remain for report verification.
