Verification
The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked its substantive statements against the supplied runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members, applied the reconciliation's identity supersessions, and checked carriage of both supplied verification limits. No refusal or correction answers were supplied. This judgment adds no evidence and makes no source reads or target execution claims.
Evidence boundary and progression. The opening accurately identifies the library plus shipped construction, reader and evaluation drivers, frozen revision, cutoff and excluded external evidence. The boundary and Source register support functional whole-system coverage without exhaustive inspection or observed operation. The public account explains the operational progression without requiring readers to know the member layout.
Construction and retained content. RT-RTE-conversation-admission, MEM-OBJ-original-messages and MEM-OBJ-episode-content support retaining originals alongside derived prose, caller-selected namespaces and the smart-segmentation cap qualification. RT-RTE-semantic-admission and EPI-RTE-comparison-extraction support prediction followed by comparison with originals, summary-based cold start and configurable alternate extraction. The synthesis presents this as evidence-directed candidate generation, not verified correction. Its append-oriented repair qualifications follow MEM-OBJ-semantic-content, EPI-RTE-duplicate-check, EPI-RTE-semantic-disposition and EPI-RTE-semantic-retention. It preserves the distinction between operational insertion and truth acceptance. The possible rejection of similar corrections or coexistence of contradictions is explicitly a source-level possibility, not an observed frequency.
Hierarchy and actual consumers. RT-RTE-hierarchy-admission, MEM-OBJ-theme-summary, MEM-OBJ-theme-topology and MEM-OBJ-memory-graph support the separate roles of prose, membership and numerical structures. The synthesis retains the new-batch summary-refresh counterexample and does not substitute diagnostic graph export for the adaptive reader's live inputs. It uses the canonical memory declarations for superseded epistemic objects and withdrawal; narrower overlapping records are not treated as independent corroboration.
Selection, answering and delivery. RT-RTE-adaptive-reader, RT-CLM-retrieval-purpose, RT-RTE-baseline-search, RT-BAP-memory-reader, the memory annotations and the workflow account support the optional adaptive strategy, baseline default, generated-token NLL surrogate, fixed comparison baseline, negative thresholds, fallback and summary-level expansion test. The public account keeps themes out of the final answer prompt and distinguishes positive-only episode-block limits from token limits and a zero-disable control. It correctly separates code-enforced inclusion from model interpretation. It also preserves both failure outcomes: empty responses can be saved, while escaping worker errors skip normal saving. Offline lexical scoring is not presented as a pre-delivery acceptance or automatic revision gate.
Independent property assessments. The strongest supported contribution is stated first: an automatic trace-fed retained-state chain with later consumers. The internal update-call supply described as push is kept distinct from requested QA pull and unsolicited foreground delivery; the memory annotations support the underlying selection and delivery operations. Neither terminology nor persistence becomes a claim of improved future capacity. The runtime supplies no condition-by-condition theory-builder assessment, so the synthesis does not invent one. Its partial contribution and unresolved criticism/iteration findings follow EPI-RTE-comparison-extraction and the epistemic bounded conclusion. Reflection, autonomous theory building, criticism-caused capacity improvement and self-improvement remain separate unestablished attributions, not bundled absences inferred from missing runs. The statement about subsequent operation is explicitly a requirement for an exercised self-improvement attribution, not a denial of retained-state adaptation.
Guarantees and changes that could alter the assessment. The task-tracking, write-order and deletion qualifications are supported by RT-RTE-hierarchy-admission, RT-RTE-conversation-admission and MEM-RTE-memory-withdrawal. The closing evidence requests address the actual unresolved conclusions: activation, semantic fidelity, mechanism-specific benefit and end-to-end consistency. They are not recommendations or claims that implementation alone would prove benefit.
Carriage of settled limits. The Limitations table preserves both supplied verification limits with their underlying record citations and prevented conclusions. The separate executable judge is acknowledged in the prose as a verifier finding rather than newly characterized by the synthesis. The diagnostic graph unit's granularity is not converted into a representation count or unsupported system-level value. The remaining rows preserve execution, provider, semantic, hierarchy, context and persistence uncertainty. No unresolved reconciliation conflict was supplied. No new material support defect was found; the two local carried limits below remain publishable because the synthesis already states their consequences.

Limits
- Evaluator coverage remains incomplete. RT-RTE-offline-evaluation, EPI-RTE-lexical-evaluation and the workflow account characterize the lexical scoring route, while the synthesis faithfully carries the supplied report-verification finding of a separate executable model judge in SRC-1. The Limitations table correctly withholds complete evaluator comparisons, model-judged correctness criteria and evaluator-model provenance. The narrower lexical-route and no-established-automatic-revision conclusions remain supported; readers must not generalize the commented judge call to absence of a shipped judge.
- Diagnostic graph representation units remain coarse. MEM-OBJ-memory-graph supports symbolic nodes/edges, copied natural-language text and dense embedding payloads as distinct operative parts, but the supplied profile verification reports their grouping into one unit. The Limitations table carries that issue without changing the supported representation findings. Withhold fully normalized part-level coverage and representation counts derived from unit count; the public account's distinction between diagnostic export and live selection remains valid.
