MemWiki report verification

Verification

The reports support a bounded account of deterministic file installation and model-interpreted memory maintenance. I independently read both executable sources, the installed protocol, all three host hooks, README, all seven retained wiki pages, package and lock metadata, compiler configuration, packaging exclusions and the empty API declaration. HEAD matched the reviewed revision; the source checkout had no changes. The frozen tracked tree supplied the omission-search basis. These reads use SRC-1 and the layers already declared in the Source register; no source, boundary or execution evidence was added. No target code, tests, build or model was executed. Structural report-check findings were none; all four supplied correction-answer files were empty.

Installation, alternate paths and authority

RT-RTE-cli-init, RT-RTE-protocol-update and RT-RTE-legacy-init match the inspected dispatch and write branches. Invalid commands terminate before directory creation. Current init skips existing files; update overwrites four protocol paths and creates other missing destinations. The generated executable accepts only init and installs an older protocol. The declared bin is built output, not that tracked generated file. Their wired implementation and uninspected operation assessments are supported. Recovery is missing-file completion, not rollback or content repair. SRC-1, src/index.ts, src/index.js, package.json, tsconfig.json.

RT-CLM-safe-update correctly qualifies the README's stronger untouched-wiki wording: existing non-protocol files are skipped under the stated filesystem assumptions, but missing wiki pages are seeded. RT-OBJ-protocol-files identifies installed interpreted instructions, and RT-BAP-host-protocol identifies their requested consumer priority, not enforcement. RT-CMP-host-agent appropriately leaves host parameters, version and endpoint behavior unresolved. The package dependency contradicts dependency-free installation language without proving that the CLI imports that dependency. SRC-1, README.md, src/index.ts, CLAUDE.md, package.json, package-lock.json.

Memory and continuing work

RT-RTE-agent-session and RT-RTE-agent-commands accurately trace requested foreground-agent reading, synthesis and persistence. No executable invokes a model or dispatches the chat commands. The session and command annotations in memory and workflow preserve that distinction. The selected workflow joins ingestion to the same protocol's session obligations, rather than inventing an automatic lint gate, delegated reviewer or delivery acknowledgment. SRC-1, AGENTS.md, src/index.ts, src/index.js.

The operative-object findings are supported: MEM-OBJ-hot is first-read task context; MEM-OBJ-index is routing metadata; MEM-OBJ-domain-pages contains stack and pattern assertions plus a bug placeholder; MEM-OBJ-decisions retains explicit rationale; MEM-OBJ-log is already summarized reported history; MEM-OBJ-raw is an afforded input directory with no tracked payload. Raw preservation and knowledge preservation are instructions, not permissions or semantic checks. The frozen hot tasks do not establish freshness, and the log's missing-page report does not establish production history. SRC-1, AGENTS.md, .memory/wiki/hot.md, .memory/wiki/index.md, .memory/wiki/stack.md, .memory/wiki/patterns.md, .memory/wiki/bugs.md, .memory/wiki/decisions.md, .memory/wiki/log.md, src/index.ts.

Each Part of: relation is supported: MEM-RTE-repository-ingest, MEM-RTE-wiki-lint, MEM-RTE-log-fold, EPI-RTE-wiki-lint and EPI-RTE-log-fold are branches of the runtime maintenance container. Ingest's operation status claimed is warranted only by the attributed log, not an observed scan. Lint requests proposals; README promises fixes. Fold requests condensation, not guaranteed semantic preservation or host-window eviction. Implementation status claimed and unobserved lint/fold operation remain appropriate. SRC-1, AGENTS.md, README.md, .memory/wiki/log.md.

Epistemic findings and reconciliation

The authority-route ledger separates transformation, retention, consumption and health checking. Indeterminate synthesis and fold relations avoid inferring either entailment or ampliation from unavailable input/output pairs. EPI-CLM-project-memory, EPI-CLM-primary-truth and EPI-CLM-health-fixes accurately identify declared claims, not demonstrated benefits or warrant. EPI-ABS-acceptance-gate survives inspection of both executables, protocol, hooks and README: no required evidence-consuming acceptance record or withdrawal gate is supplied. Lint is the substantive checking counterexample, but does not supply that missing decision. The absence is bounded to these shipped paths, not external host evaluation. SRC-1, src/index.ts, src/index.js, AGENTS.md, README.md, CLAUDE.md, .cursorrules, .github/copilot-instructions.md.

All five reconciliation amendments preserve referents and findings. EPI-OBJ-hot, EPI-OBJ-index and EPI-OBJ-log denote their corresponding memory objects. The two epistemic maintenance records denote the corresponding memory branches, with compatible statuses and authority. EPI-OBJ-domain-pages remains a valid four-page container alongside memory's separate domain and decisions records; no missing required part or wrong container finding requires split supersession. Integration dispositions correctly distinguish source inconsistencies from analyst disagreements. The one explicit unresolved conflict, about the workflow's index count, is real but local; its disposition is in Limits. SRC-1, .memory/wiki/index.md, .memory/wiki/log.md, .memory/wiki/decisions.md, AGENTS.md.

Omission search and stopping decision

I selected three questions capable of changing the central conclusions. Could another shipped executable or caller automate synthesis or acceptance? Full tree enumeration, both executables, hooks and the empty declaration found no such additional path. Could packaging change which protocol is installed? Package/build/ignore inspection confirmed a declared TypeScript-to-dist route but did not supply registry bytes; installed-byte equivalence remains withheld. Could retained artifacts substantiate complete ingestion or accepted knowledge? All wiki pages were inspected against their producer and consumer instructions; the dependency contradiction and missing reported links support the reports' cautious treatment, not acceptance or run authentication. SRC-1, src/index.ts, src/index.js, src/index.d.ts, package.json, package-lock.json, tsconfig.json, .npmignore, .gitignore, AGENTS.md, .memory/wiki/index.md, .memory/wiki/log.md, .memory/wiki/stack.md.

Further omission expansion stopped because all material shipped producer, maintenance and consumer paths had supported dispositions, and no identified material challenge remained. Ancillary maps cannot resolve these behavior questions. External host implementations, raw input instances, npm artifacts and run comparisons are unavailable within this frozen source set. The source account remains supported; deployment compliance, concrete transformation fidelity, actual later dependence and comparative benefit cannot be inferred.

Blockers

none

Limits

  • Workflow's delivery account says the frozen index lists seven standard wiki pages, whereas MEM-OBJ-index identifies six other pages and EPI-OBJ-index retains the six actual links. The reconciliation conflict correctly preserves both findings. SRC-1, .memory/wiki/index.md; the epistemic record's quotation supplies the evidence. Withhold the workflow's exact outgoing-link count: the seven-file wiki inventory includes the index itself. This local count error changes neither conditional navigation nor the supported finding that landscape/competitor links are missing; it does not undermine the selected workflow or assert complete ingestion, so publication does not require a material blocker.
