Reconciliation
Evidence boundary and status agreement
The reports share the boundary and its Source register. Their evidence is static implementation and attributed doctrine/design, not inspected execution or causal experiments. The workflow selects the standard Python scenario path without narrowing the whole-system boundary. The memory and epistemic coverage tables retain included but uninspected mechanisms. No source reads were needed for this reconciliation. No correction-answer files or declined objections were supplied; the current memory report's integration section describes its correction-round changes.
The runtime routes' implementation wired and operation uninspected fields are compatible with the epistemic ledger's architectural implemented status. These fields answer different questions. No stronger operation finding follows from the ledger's vocabulary.
Duplicate supersessions and distinct identities
Amendment: EPI-RTE-lesson-curation is superseded by MEM-RTE-lesson-lifecycle. Both identify the caller-action, normalized-text-ID lifecycle functions in SRC-1, autocontext/src/autocontext/knowledge/lifecycle.py: rewriting playbook/SKILL bullets, moving dead ends and returning status. The epistemic record traces HTTP exposure and reader-specific consequences; memory traces the same maintenance operation and active-bundle precedence. Their passages and endpoints establish one mechanism, not two independently operating routes. The epistemic ledger's withdrawal and non-empirical approval findings still concern this mechanism. Both records retain wired implementation and uninspected operation; supersession replaces neither record's fields nor its evidence.
Amendment: EPI-RTE-package-import is superseded by MEM-RTE-package-import. Both identify import_strategy_package in SRC-1, autocontext/src/autocontext/knowledge/package.py, with package/conflict-policy inputs, mutable artifact and SKILL writes and optional synthetic SQLite history. The current epistemic record explicitly identifies the peer fragment as the same import mechanism. Memory also describes file restoration; that additional coverage does not establish a distinct importer. The epistemic payload-specific acquisition, source-warrant and historical-status assessments concern the same import route. Both records preserve active-bundle precedence and distinguish available imported content from immediate serving activation. The supersession leaves these findings and both declarations intact.
EPI-RTE-report-consolidation and MEM-RTE-consolidation-preview overlap but are not identical. The former describes the TypeScript threshold/prefix extractor; the latter covers Python and TypeScript extraction, including Python hints and notebook updates. The TypeScript operation is contained in the wider account, whose findings remain valid when the branch is distinguished. No supersession is needed. Both describe candidate returns without an established durable consumer. The epistemic prefix-loss deduction qualifies the TypeScript branch's semantic preservation, not its operation status. EPI-OBJ-consolidation-result is the return object, not another declaration of the route.
MEM-RTE-component-compaction is a declared part of RT-RTE-context-assembly, not its duplicate. Memory adds deterministic component selection and audit persistence where runtime left details uninspected. MEM-OBJ-compaction-entry is the durable ledger entry/display summary, not the complete transient prompt or an opaque host checkpoint. These distinct referents require no supersession.
EPI-RTE-role-proposals and EPI-RTE-judge-evaluation are declared parts of RT-RTE-scenario-generation and RT-RTE-task-revision. They separate candidate production and judgment from their parents' later selection and persistence. Neither replaces its parent. The workflow annotates the existing scenario route rather than declaring a second identity.
EPI-OBJ-coach-lessons, MEM-OBJ-skill-lessons and EPI-OBJ-derived-lesson identify requested/generated guidance, durable operational bullets and a reconstructed lifecycle view. Text can pass between these stages without making the objects identical. MEM-OBJ-generation-artifacts includes reports and results beyond RT-OBJ-strategy's execution mapping. EPI-OBJ-judge-result is an evaluation output, not its producing role model. No object supersession follows from these connections.
Disposition of the earlier missing-part conflicts
Bundle parts are now declared. MEM-OBJ-context-bundle remains a valid immutable container. Its current declarations distinguish MEM-OBJ-bundle-advice, MEM-OBJ-routing-config, MEM-OBJ-prompt-fragment, MEM-OBJ-context-policy, MEM-OBJ-completion-check, MEM-OBJ-tool-instruction, MEM-OBJ-tool-spec and MEM-OBJ-harness-validator. They carry separate form, lineage, admission and consumer findings. The prior missing-declaration conflict no longer describes this input. The container's findings do not become wrong when these parts are separated, so it is not superseded.
The memory parts refine rather than contradict RT-RTE-context-promotion and RT-RTE-context-assembly. Routing deterministically updates supported model/settings fields. Prompt fragments, context policies, completion-check strings and tool instructions remain interpreted guidance on their inspected consumers. TOOL_SPEC is rendered as noncallable reference source. The validator record now traces digest-specific materialization, enabled loader selection and validate_strategy consumption by the validity gate and retry path. Its SRC-1 passages in autocontext/src/autocontext/loop/stage_helpers/context_loaders.py and autocontext/src/autocontext/harness/pipeline/validity_gate.py establish a conditional executable veto path, not observed execution or an audited security guarantee. The runtime baseline's uninspected optional details do not assert that this path is absent.
Package payloads are now declared. EPI-OBJ-strategy-package remains a transport container with distinct EPI-OBJ-package-playbook, EPI-OBJ-package-hints, EPI-OBJ-package-lessons, EPI-OBJ-package-history and EPI-OBJ-package-harness declarations. The prior missing-payload conflict no longer applies. The parts preserve different replacement, append, deduplication, historical-metadata and source-installation branches. There is no common warrant or consumer to assign to the whole package, and no reason to supersede its valid container.
Package advice and bundle advice are not duplicate objects: the former is external payload installed into mutable surfaces; the latter is retained component content selected through immutable active state. Package history is attributed strategy/results/provenance, not the execution mapping in RT-OBJ-strategy. Package lessons can become SKILL bullets without making their transport payload identical to the whole live lesson store. Package harness source and bundle validator source can be connected through capture/materialization, but they are not identical records: the importer installs mutable source, whereas the bundle part has digest-scoped storage and conditional serving consumers. The memory validator trace does not supply the still-untraced complete import-to-execution chain. That uncertainty is compatible with both reports, not an unresolved disagreement.
Independent convergence and integration-issue dispositions
Admission scope. Memory integration issue 1 supports RT-RTE-context-promotion as a scoped matched-admission protocol. MEM-RTE-lesson-maintenance separately changes SKILL guidance; RT-RTE-npm-generation has a guard/optional curator/optional approval path rather than established matched-context evaluation. The epistemic ledger preserves those different targets and criteria. Tournament advance, bundle admission, lesson writing and npm publication are not one universal gate, and run initiation is not per-content human approval.
Serving precedence and withdrawal. Memory integration issues 2 and 4 connect lifecycle/import file writes to the active-serving-state limit. The current import records both preserve existing active-bundle playbook/hint precedence. Lifecycle stale marking filters SKILL lines; the raw playbook reader returns its body, while active bundle selection can supersede mutable playbook content. These are different readers and stores, not competing findings. No report establishes that a successful file write immediately activates corresponding bundle content, or that deletion revokes existing prompt copies, snapshots and bundles. Full administrative refresh/rebase remains unresolved.
Consolidation, freshness and reload. Memory integration issues 3–5 refine the runtime's bounded coverage without contradicting it. The session consolidators return extracted candidates, not established durable promotion. Skill freshness filters explicit stale markers rather than implementing general age expiry; hints/notebook filters have different conditions. Compaction delivers selected component text and retains shorter audit summaries. Requested Pi inspection of ledger entries does not establish automatic prompt restoration or complete host checkpoint recovery. The epistemic TypeScript deduction adds a concrete scope-loss possibility, not a new durability claim.
Timing and trace-fed advice. The workflow annotation on RT-RTE-scenario-generation places standard support roles before the current tournament. Coach consumes analyst text; ordinary retries rerun competitor/translator rather than the whole support-role sequence. EPI-RTE-role-proposals describes scenario/prior-context input, not retrospective review of the completed current tournament. MEM-RTE-lesson-maintenance follows evaluation at persistence: advance selects coach lessons; nonadvance can construct a warning from current attempt data. Its trace-fed retained-advice chain therefore does not require the coach to have seen a tournament that had not yet occurred. A completed generation can retain a rollback result without accepting every proposal.
Design claims and mutable storage. Memory integration issue 6 preserves MEM-CLM-file-consumption's afforded host file-consumer role while contrasting its append-only lesson description with mutable SKILL sections. This is a source doctrine/implementation distinction, not an analyst disagreement. EPI-CLM-lessons-derived concerns requested prescriptive rules; RT-CLM-agent-improvement concerns wider product intent. They are not duplicate claims. Retained avoidance warnings qualify product discard language without erasing implemented rejection paths.
Included limits and independent properties. Memory integration issue 7 and epistemic coverage leave notebook/report writers, hint internals, evidence redaction, TypeScript maintenance, dataset/trace provenance, session branching and serving reload incompletely assessed. Positive loader and runtime findings coexist with those limits; no whole-system negative or complete provenance guarantee follows. RT-RTE-training-experiments, RT-RTE-ambient-promotion and RT-RTE-kernel-evolution retain different proposal, acceptance, feedback and activation policies. Their executable or model-selection authority is not the advisory force of RT-BAP-context-delivery. The reports independently leave actual generated theory content, theory-builder conditions, learning benefit and exercised successful self-improvement unestablished; storage and implemented delivery do not close the causal links.
Remaining disagreements
No unresolved cross-report disagreement is established by the current supplied findings. The two earlier missing-part conflicts have the declarations described above; remaining uninspected execution, alternative consumers and administrative synchronization are stated limits, not evidence of absent behavior. The two supersessions identify duplicate routes without selecting either report's strongest-sounding status, changing a field or settling a support judgment.
