Reconciliation
Evidence boundary
The reports share the run identity and frozen revision in boundary. Its Source register supplies SRC-1, with implementation, doctrine/design and reported-operation layers, but no observed run or causal experiment. Source inspection supports wiring and requested behavior, not installed-host compliance, actual approval, exercised reliance or benefit. Differences in inspected coverage remain local limits: memory reads governance evaluators and export consumers that epistemic leaves unassessed; epistemic reads rendering and validation details that memory does not independently audit. These differences are not disagreements or evidence of absence.
The supplied previous reconciliation identified two filtering/withdrawal conflicts. The current runtime and epistemic members contain explicit branch-local corrections. No analyst correction answers or declined objections were supplied, so their reasoning cannot be assessed as separate answers. The dispositions below follow the current records, not the previous reconciliation's findings.
Duplicate identities and valid containers
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-wiki-page is superseded by MEM-OBJ-wiki-pages. Both identify the source/concept/entity/comparison/exploration Markdown output family, not an authoring route. Identity evidence is SRC-1, LINK.md, and the structured-output lineage in mcp_package/link_core/structured_ingest.py, retained by the cited records. The memory record follows this family across agent authoring, structured rendering and project seeding; the epistemic record likewise identifies shared outputs rather than a separately admitted store. Inventory, rendering, checking, retention and consumption findings on the epistemic ID concern this same family. Supersession changes neither their function-specific assessments nor the differing admission mechanisms. Both IDs stay declared; no universal truth-acceptance status is inferred.
Amendment: EPI-RTE-consolidation-plan is superseded by MEM-RTE-consolidation-plan. Identity evidence is SRC-1, mcp_package/link_core/consolidate.py: both trace the same read-only builder from capture/review payloads and optional merge candidates to counts, groups and suggested mutation commands. Both retain the passage stating that nothing was merged, deleted or saved and actions require user approval. The epistemic assessment of counts and heuristic groups therefore concerns the memory planner, not another checking implementation. The memory record additionally distinguishes CLI and slim-MCP inputs. Supersession supplies neither missing grouping-helper evidence nor an applied semantic merge; no durable successor or improved capacity follows from the plan.
No split supersession is warranted for EPI-OBJ-memory-page. It is a valid page container, while MEM-OBJ-memory-claim, MEM-OBJ-memory-controls and MEM-OBJ-retrieval-context distinguish text, symbolic lifecycle/selection fields and selector-only surrounding text. Evidence is SRC-1, mcp_package/link_core/memory.py and mcp_package/link_core/semantic.py, with separate delivery and selector passages in the memory records. The epistemic ledger separately assesses content and review/lifecycle effects; its container does not become wrong when those parts are separated. None is identical to RT-RTE-memory-admission, the progression that produces the page.
EPI-OBJ-capture-proposal identifies candidate strings and associated proposal metadata. MEM-OBJ-session-capture identifies retained notes, mining input and provenance; MEM-OBJ-dismissed-proposals identifies separate rejection fingerprints and timestamps. These are not interchangeable objects. SRC-1, mcp_package/link_core/memory.py, mcp_package/link_core/capture.py and link.py support the distinctions through the cited records. EPI-RTE-proposal-normalization changes candidate wording, whereas MEM-RTE-capture-cleanup edits/deletes captures and suppresses later proposals. Neither supersedes the valid RT-RTE-session-capture container.
EPI-RTE-memory-update, EPI-RTE-review-marking and EPI-RTE-memory-withdrawal are narrower operations than MEM-RTE-memory-lifecycle, which also covers forget and visibility mutation. SRC-1, mcp_package/link_core/memory.py, supplies append/reset-review, reviewed marking, archive/restore and deletion distinctions. The lifecycle record retains those distinctions and remains valid; none of the narrower records replaces its whole referent. Subsequent lifecycle mutation is not initial admission. Likewise, EPI-RTE-memory-check produces heuristic findings and EPI-RTE-memory-disposition consumes findings and overrides to refuse or permit writing. They are separate parts, not duplicates of each other or the runtime admission container.
EPI-RTE-export-rendering, EPI-RTE-wiki-validation and EPI-RTE-staged-disposition retain different outputs: candidate strings, structural findings and the pre-copy decision. Their SRC-1 passages in mcp_package/link_core/structured_ingest.py and mcp_package/link_core/validation.py leave RT-RTE-structured-ingest valid. No combined-record supersession is needed.
WF-RTE-wiki-validation and EPI-RTE-wiki-validation share validate_wiki, but not the same route scope. The epistemic record describes the reusable checker and its staged or standalone consumers; the workflow record traces the post-authoring invocation through CLI pass/fail to the agent's completion decision within RT-RTE-agent-wiki. SRC-1, mcp_package/link_core/validation.py, link.py and LINK.md, supplies the shared formula, CLI exit and completion instruction. Their implementation overlap does not establish route identity. No supersession is made; neither route is identical to the staged disposition, and post-write completion force cannot replace pre-copy enforcement.
MEM-RTE-wiki-read, EPI-RTE-context-compaction, EPI-RTE-recall-assessment and EPI-RTE-path-staleness respectively identify a generic-page read branch, excerpt transformation, match assessment and path check within RT-RTE-context-recall. Their different inputs, results and consumers are retained in SRC-1, mcp_package/link_core/query.py, mcp_package/link_core/memory.py, mcp_package/link_core/wiki.py, mcp_package/link_core/search.py and mcp_package/link_core/staleness.py. None supersedes another or the valid recall container. MEM-OBJ-wiki-cache and MEM-OBJ-semantic-index are derived search state, not identities of durable articles or provider parameters; the runtime's separately declared embedding and reranker components remain distinct.
MEM-RTE-guard-reminder is a selector/delivery part of RT-RTE-session-delivery. MEM-RTE-usage-feedback consumes accounting across delivery routes, and MEM-OBJ-usage-ledger is shared metadata rather than a context packet or MEM-OBJ-handoff. SRC-1, mcp_package/link_core/guard.py, mcp_package/link_core/usage.py and mcp_package/link_core/handoff.py, supplies cooldown, event and task-relay distinctions. No identity or container replacement follows from their connected consumers.
The remaining nearby comparisons also rule out identity. MEM-RTE-retained-export returns URLs, HTML or audit JSON, unlike Git reconciliation in RT-RTE-workspace-sync. MEM-RTE-memory-evaluation assesses synthetic governance events/attacks, unlike target-rank scoring in RT-RTE-recall-evaluation. EPI-CLM-source-backed, EPI-CLM-confidence-tags, EPI-CLM-review-accuracy and RT-CLM-approved-memory concern provenance, authored claim classification, subsequent accuracy review and initial save approval respectively. Their cited source passages identify different targets and horizons, not duplicate claims merely because they share instructions.
Cross-report disagreement dispositions
Recall filtering conflict no longer present in the pinned records. RT-RTE-context-recall now explicitly assigns lifecycle/project gates to focused-memory recall and the combined packet's memory branch. It separately describes the generic branch's enumeration of all nonhidden Markdown, possible delivery of archived/expired/other-project memories and omitted lifecycle/review provenance. This agrees with MEM-RTE-wiki-read. Evidence is SRC-1, mcp_package/link_core/wiki.py, mcp_package/link_core/search.py and mcp_package/link_core/query.py, with enumeration and branch-construction passages retained in both records. Runtime's ordinary invocation, guarantee table, admission withdrawal limit and RT-BAP-context-packet preserve the same distinction. Memory integration issue 1 and its annotation still request narrowing the baseline; that request describes the earlier overbroad scope, not a contrary current finding. No unresolved conflict is retained on this point. Neither report establishes an actual disclosure or reliance episode.
Archive withdrawal conflict no longer present in the pinned records. EPI-RTE-memory-withdrawal now limits enforcement to default focused-memory selection, including the combined packet's memory branch, and names ordinary generic wiki delivery as an independent exception. Its ledger, coverage, runtime-consumption row and bounded conclusion retain that exception and the absence of memory-specific warnings in generic excerpts. This agrees with MEM-RTE-wiki-read and the corrected runtime recall record. SRC-1, mcp_package/link_core/memory.py, supplies the focused active filter; mcp_package/link_core/wiki.py, mcp_package/link_core/search.py and mcp_package/link_core/query.py supply the alternate consumer. The previous reconciliation's report-wide withdrawal objection does not describe the current members. Archive remains focused withdrawal, not refutation, universal nondelivery or erasure of prior host text.
No other disagreement or required undeclared part was identified among these pinned records. Compatible uncertainty and different evidence layers are not converted into conflicts. The following dispositions retain the remaining integration limits without changing their owners' findings.
Independent convergence and remaining integration limits
Approval and review. Runtime admission, memory's claim/control records and epistemic checks/disposition agree that explicit approval is a shipped protocol, not an independently authenticated per-content credential. Pending active memory can be recalled. Review changes metadata, ranking and due windows without establishing a claim-instance evidence-consuming judgment. Initial save approval and subsequent accuracy review stay distinct. Workflow's statement that personal memories remain proposals until approved is its skill-protocol account, not a conflicting claim that pending pages are mechanically quarantined. These findings rely on the cited admission, disposition and review passages, not actual human judgments or observed host compliance.
Changed body versus delivered summary. Memory integration issue 2 adds the unchanged-TLDR limit in MEM-RTE-memory-lifecycle to the append/reset-review operation in EPI-RTE-memory-update. SRC-1, mcp_package/link_core/memory.py and mcp_package/link_core/query.py, supports different matching and compact-display inputs. The epistemic record's later reload/read-back capacity does not assert that every compact result contains appended detail. No disagreement is established; changed body must not be equated with changed compact claim or reconstructed historical body. Epistemic's update/new-write secret-screen distinction likewise coexists with memory's bounded text/title new-write screening annotation.
Targeting and context budgets. Memory integration issue 3 limits context_path forwarding to focused MCP memory mode and distinguishes CLI temporal options. Runtime names context_path as a focused input rather than an all-mode fence. The records therefore do not disagree. Memory's recall annotation distinguishes richer packet and capsule fields; EPI-RTE-context-compaction independently supplies the qualifier-clipping limit. SRC-1, mcp_package/link_mcp/server.py and mcp_package/link_core/query.py, supports branch forwarding and excerpt/capsule construction. Bounded packets, provenance and follow-up instructions do not establish all-mode targeting, preserved qualifiers, mandatory warning consumption or an enforced host-window cap. Link controls initial supply, not host turn eviction or a separate authoring frame.
Authoring, checking and completion. Runtime agent-wiki, epistemic validation and workflow completion records converge on external-agent authorship and structural checking. The shared validation formula is agreement on the same implementation, not independent experimental confirmation. The workflow adds pre-authoring secret/access guidance and repair responsibility, but not an OS permission gate or automatic rollback. The ordinary completion check occurs after writes; structured apply consumes staged validation before live copying. Epistemic's doctrine-only model-authored transformation and runtime's wired instruction field describe different layers, not competing statuses. Source links, confidence tags and shape checks do not prove source truth, faithful paraphrase or calibrated inference. EPI-RTE-export-rendering adds bracket escaping and count-domain limits where memory explicitly leaves detailed rendering uninspected; this does not negate known rendering/persistence or require selecting a stronger status.
Capture, feedback and independent supply. Runtime's automatic user-turn mining and memory's raw-to-proposal-to-admitted-memory chain coexist with epistemic normalization's manual mixed-speaker and temporal-qualifier counterexamples. The latter bound semantic preservation, not automatic extraction provenance. SRC-1, link.py, mcp_package/link_core/memory.py and mcp_package/link_core/capture.py, supplies those different input paths. Capture retains review context; admission need not copy its full rationale. Startup hooks, first-response autobrief and guard reminders supply retained content independently of an explicit recall request. Server-process flags are not established host-session identities, and handoffs relay task text rather than a worker or hidden reasoning.
Memory integration issue 6 concerns accounting: MEM-RTE-usage-feedback identifies live guard cooldown separately from optional/nonadopted popularity ranking. Epistemic's ranking-only nonadoption finding and explicit avoidance of a system-complete adaptation negative are compatible with that cooldown. SRC-1, mcp_package/link_core/usage.py and mcp_package/link_core/guard.py, supports the distinct consumers. Returned-name events do not establish model reading, reliance or benefit; bounded history cannot establish lifetime never-use. The salience comment remains attributed measurement history, not a reproduced causal comparison.
Planner parity and evaluation scope. Memory integration issue 4 preserves CLI merge-candidate input versus slim-MCP omission; both consolidation records describe a read-only planner, so shared naming does not imply identical plan content or autonomous merging. Integration issue 5 keeps recall target-rank evaluation separate from hygiene/poisoning synthetic governance oracles and simulated supersession. The corresponding evaluation records establish offline capacities, not actual user review, arbitrary-attack resistance or end-to-end answer truth. Epistemic adds the recall evaluator's regression exit consumer without claiming an automatic production update. The boundary's external QA report remains reported operation; no target evaluation was run in this analysis.
Copies, coverage and independent properties. Memory integration issue 7 retains uninspected adapter rendering, presentation, digest, evaluator and validator/test details as local limits. Available unread code is not an access gap; missing host behavior, exact provider weights and external QA judgments remain supplied-evidence gaps. Export, sync, caches and recovery have different persistence/consumer paths, preventing an all-copy erasure conclusion from ordinary archive/forget. Additional memory inspection does not silently fill epistemic's own coverage gaps. Runtime's theory-builder conditions remain separately afforded, claimed or uninspected as declared; no member supplies a candidate episode, criticism-shaped next round or demonstrated benefit that changes them. Learning, reflection, autonomy and self-improvement remain independent limits, not a bundled absence verdict.
All seven memory integration issues are accounted for above as a corrected scope request or compatible route-local limit. The two duplicate supersessions retain both declarations; other valid containers and material parts remain in place. No source file was read in this reconciliation: cited member records supply identity evidence and minimum passages. This member connects the accounts without adjudicating their support or rewriting analyst findings; the report verifier retains judgment and correction routing.
