Reconciliation
This account connects the four supplied analyst members within the boundary and Source register. SRC-1 supplies implementation and doctrine/design, not observed runs or causal experiments. No additional source reads were performed. No analyst correction answers or declines were supplied. Corrections are assessed from the current reports, not inferred from the previous reconciliation's descriptions of them.
Duplicate supersessions
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-semantic-facts is superseded by MEM-OBJ-semantic-facts. Both declare the same Qdrant semantic-fact payload with assertion text, subject/predicate/object, confidence, validity and source episode IDs. Identity evidence is SRC-1 src/memory/semantic.ts and src/memory/consolidation.ts, with supporting passages retained in the records. The epistemic inventory, extraction, retention, similarity, validity and delivery assessments concern this same object. This connects identities without replacing either analyst's findings. Dense retrieval representations remain separately described by MEM-OBJ-retrieval-indexes, not an alternative identity for the assertion payload.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-episodes is superseded by MEM-OBJ-episodes. Both identify the episode produced from the first user-message summary plus caller-supplied outcome and metadata, retained through the episodic store. Identity evidence is SRC-1 src/memory/consolidation.ts and src/memory/system.ts; both retain the summary-construction passage. Epistemic inventory and delivery findings concern this same retained object, not SDK session rows or a complete transcript. The outcome-prefix limitation is preserved.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-procedures is superseded by MEM-OBJ-procedures. Both identify Qdrant procedure payloads containing natural-language triggers/actions and symbolic confidence/counters, projected as advice to a model. Identity evidence is SRC-1 src/memory/procedural.ts and src/memory/context-builder.ts, supported by the retained passages. Epistemic inventory and delivery assessments refer to the same object. Neither declaration establishes an automatic producer or valid feedback loop; MEM-ABS-procedure-learning separately records the bounded caller search.
Amendment: EPI-RTE-fact-extraction is superseded by MEM-RTE-vector-extraction. Both identify channel-callback consolidation after response delivery: constructing an episode, pattern-extracting preference/correction candidates and invoking stores. Identity evidence is SRC-1 src/index.ts and src/memory/consolidation.ts, with extractor passages retained by the records. The epistemic negation/truncation counterexamples remain findings about this route. This does not equate candidate construction with downstream checking, retention or validity withdrawal.
Connected records without identity
EPI-RTE-fact-retention, EPI-RTE-similarity-check and EPI-RTE-validity-change distinguish embedding/upsert, candidate-conflict selection and confidence-driven expiry. They are not identities with each other or with extraction. Memory discusses these stages in MEM-OBJ-semantic-facts and the broader extraction route, without competing stage declarations. The broader route remains a valid account of the chain; no split supersession is warranted. A transient candidate list, a validity change and a stored new fact have different consequences.
EPI-RTE-memory-delivery spans automatic prompt delivery and requested reflective-tool retrieval. MEM-RTE-vector-context identifies automatic selection; MEM-RTE-memory-tools identifies requested lookup, including external tools/resources beyond the epistemic route's detailed coverage. These are overlapping scopes, not identical referents. The combined epistemic route remains valid alongside the distinctions; neither memory route alone supersedes it. Selector, budget, projection and temporal-validity findings stay attached to their actual paths.
EPI-RTE-memory-delete identifies the vector-deletion operation within MEM-RTE-operator-memory, which also covers Markdown inspection and mutation. It is not identical to that broader route or RT-RTE-operator-config, which covers YAML and extensions. The broader route remains valid, so no supersession is asserted. Authentication is not treated as proof of per-content human approval in either account.
MEM-OBJ-chat-transcript, MEM-OBJ-chat-events and MEM-OBJ-chat-timelines explicitly declare different retained parts of RT-RTE-durable-chat. Their cross-kind containment does not replace the execution route. None is identical to RT-OBJ-chat-context, the transient selected supplement, or RT-OBJ-session-store, the SDK-history selector. MEM-RTE-transcript-recovery supplies requested snippets, unlike automatic artifact/checkpoint delivery in RT-RTE-chat-context. No supersession is asserted.
MEM-OBJ-evolved-files, MEM-OBJ-reflection-context, MEM-OBJ-working-memory and MEM-OBJ-agent-notes differ by selection and consumer. They are neither duplicate objects nor identities with RT-RTE-reflection-admission, an admission/transformation route, or RT-BAP-prompt-guidance, an authority path. MEM-OBJ-evolution-queue and MEM-OBJ-evolution-log separately retain inputs and metadata, not instruction outputs. MEM-OBJ-user-memory identifies dashboard-accessible Markdown rather than the reserved extension surfaces. No supersession is asserted.
WF-RTE-job-creation precedes scheduler execution in RT-RTE-direct-work, rather than redeclaring it. WF-OBJ-scheduled-job retains instructions and dispatch policy, not the SDK session mapping or executable handlers in RT-OBJ-dynamic-tools. RT-ABS-task-executor concerns the separate MCP tasks table, not scheduled jobs. EPI-RTE-review-request explicitly declares a review subroute within direct work. That container remains valid alongside these specializations; no supersession is asserted.
RT-CLM-autonomous-worker, MEM-CLM-universal-memory and EPI-CLM-session-learning record different source assertions: persistent compounding capability, cross-channel/vector-maintenance equivalence, and every-session reflection with future benefit. Thematic overlap does not establish claim identity. Likewise MEM-ABS-procedure-learning and the runtime task-executor absence have different searched targets. No supersession is asserted.
Correction and integration dispositions
The former compaction disagreement is no longer a disagreement about the current route mechanism. RT-RTE-reflection-admission now explicitly states that compact is a change action/type, accepted statuses are ok/skip/escalate, and changed ok compactions take the live-config callback. Its parser and callback passages support that account. The epistemic ledger and boundary discussion now use the same corrected finding. Memory's annotation on the runtime route also gives this mechanism. The previous reconciliation's compact-without-refresh conflict therefore cannot be carried forward as a current mechanism conflict. The skip and snapshot-exclusion limits remain in all relevant accounts.
The former file-consumption disagreement is likewise no longer a disagreement about current delivery. The runtime route now names the fixed loader, the formatter's content-line condition and the promotion required for corrections/principles and nonselected strategies. This agrees with MEM-OBJ-evolved-files and MEM-OBJ-reflection-context. The epistemic account retains those loader/formatter limits. Admission, later reflection reading and automatic foreground delivery are not collapsed into one event.
Unresolved conflict: the memory annotation on RT-RTE-reflection-admission and memory's Integration issues, items 1–2, still attribute compact-without-refresh and overbroad file-consumption findings to the supplied RT-RTE-reflection-admission. The current runtime record explicitly rejects the former interpretation and states the latter's fixed-loader/promotion qualifications. For the file issue the affected memory findings are MEM-OBJ-reflection-context and MEM-OBJ-evolved-files. Evidence is the opposing current report passages and their retained SRC-1 src/evolution/reflection-subprocess.ts, src/evolution/engine.ts and src/agent/prompt-blocks/evolved.ts passages. This discrepancy concerns memory's description of the supplied runtime, not competing current accounts of compaction or loading. It prevents presenting memory's two requested runtime corrections as still outstanding. The reconciler does not rewrite the stale attributions or judge which report must change.
Independent convergence and retained limits
Runtime's channel/direct-ingress distinction, MEM-RTE-vector-extraction and MEM-CLM-universal-memory, and the epistemic comparison of EPI-CLM-session-learning converge on caller-specific write wiring. Shared read access does not establish equivalent learning submissions. Conflicting target doctrine remains attributed in the claim records; it is not a disagreement between analysts. Procedure storage and retrieval coexist with the bounded absence of a shipped automatic learning chain.
Memory's chat horizons qualify runtime continuity rather than contradicting it: recent events expire after 24 hours, timeline page artifacts have a different horizon, and committed transcript supports separate bounded reload. Compact-boundary metadata is not the opaque provider summary. The epistemic member's uninspected transcript-search implementation is a local coverage limit, not a finding against memory's direct inspection. No report claims demonstrated complete restoration.
The workflow annotation on RT-RTE-direct-work separates creation acknowledgment, run classification and delivery. Delivery failure does not trigger execution retry; a busy empty return can be labelled completed by the timer callback while leaving the row unchanged. This qualifies, rather than contradicts, runtime's busy-session/no-advance account. Neither supplies a task-correctness oracle or observed delivery success.
Memory and epistemic independently describe similarity-based conflict selection, confidence-driven expiry and temporal retrieval of expired facts. This convergence does not strengthen the mechanism into logical contradiction checking or evidence-consuming truth acceptance. Reflection post-state invariants, prompt guidance, executable handlers and caller configuration retain distinct targets, checks and authority paths.
Memory's remaining integration unknowns stay local: initial vector/procedure admission, deployed embedding versions, SDK history/compaction/subagents, arbitrary user-Markdown loading, optional session-log population, exercised note curation and Qdrant counter semantics. No supplied contrary finding resolves them. They limit provenance, recovery, reinforcement and benefit claims without negating known write/read wiring. The epistemic member also retains its unassessed operations rather than asserting a system-complete negative.
Finally, epistemic preserves runtime's independent theory-builder, learning, reflection, autonomy and dispositional self-change findings. No aggregate status is substituted for their separate evidence. Missing operation and comparison evidence prevents promotion from wired or afforded paths to exercised or beneficial improvement. Apart from the residual attribution conflict above, the integration issues concern distinct parts, convergent qualifications or bounded unknowns; no further identity or split supersession is asserted.
