Phantom profile verification

Verification

I checked all ten axes, their findings and evidence bases, unit boundaries, unresolved alternatives and inventory assessments against the handed reports. The comparison rationale agrees with the emitted classifications. No unsupported comparison value or materially misleading coverage assertion was found. All axis assessments remain partial; local known units describe bounded mechanisms rather than complete deployed contents.

Canonical identity follows the supplied reconciliation: the memory episode, fact and procedure objects and vector-extraction route replace their duplicate epistemic declarations. The separate epistemic retention, conflict-selection and validity-change stages remain distinct. Current runtime and memory findings agree on changed-ok compaction refresh and fixed-loader consumption. Memory's stale attribution of earlier runtime claims does not supply a contrary mechanism or invalidate the profile's current classification of RT-RTE-reflection-admission, MEM-OBJ-evolved-files and MEM-OBJ-reflection-context.

  • Storage substrate: The retained-object inventory supports vector, files and SQLite findings. The dynamic registry's operative Map and separately mutable script files justify its additional substrates; these are not inferred from encoding. Host SDK-ID rows are separated from the uninspected dependency-owned history. See MEM-OBJ-retrieval-indexes, RT-OBJ-dynamic-tools and RT-OBJ-session-store.
  • Representational form: The profile separates model-interpreted prose, fixed-rule control fields, dense representations and sparse token features. Its parametric finding concerns dense retrieval encodings, not Phantom weight training. Attachment descriptors and host checkpoint counters do not classify opaque payloads. The unresolved attachment and SDK units preserve that distinction. See MEM-OBJ-retrieval-indexes, MEM-OBJ-chat-transcript and RT-RTE-chat-context.
  • Lineage: Known subsequent derivation paths do not resolve initial payload admission or historical embeddings. Trace extraction, imported content, authored text and compiled access structures remain locally warranted. Foreground note authorship is afforded, not observed. See MEM-RTE-vector-extraction, MEM-RTE-foreground-notes, MEM-OBJ-retrieval-indexes and MEM-OBJ-chat-timelines.
  • Behavioral authority: Findings follow retained parts to their actual consumers: prose supplies context or standing guidance; vectors and salience fields rank; validity, session, queue and job fields constrain or route consumption. Queued experience at the reflection updater is distinct from instruction authority of its output. Arbitrary executable force is not mislabeled enforcement, and unresolved settings/history effects remain unresolved. See MEM-RTE-vector-context, EPI-RTE-validity-change, RT-RTE-reflection-admission, RT-BAP-handler-execution and WF-OBJ-scheduled-job.
  • Write agency: Software/model admissions support automatic findings independently of source authorship and workflow initiation. Authenticated dashboard or external callers do not establish the human content decision required for manual classification. Initial and SDK admissions remain unresolved. See MEM-RTE-operator-memory, RT-RTE-dynamic-tools, RT-RTE-operator-config and WF-RTE-job-creation.
  • Curation operations: Heuristic reduction, validity withdrawal, age-based selection, timeline reduction, sweep and caller replacement/deletion support the respective wired findings. Model-requested compaction, duplicate merging, revision and promotion remain afforded. Neither a principle label nor a possible extraction faithfulness error warrants synthesis. SDK compaction remains uninspected. See MEM-RTE-vector-extraction, MEM-OBJ-semantic-facts, MEM-OBJ-chat-timelines, MEM-OBJ-chat-events and RT-RTE-reflection-admission.
  • Read-back direction and signal: Automatic vector, fixed-file, continuity, batch and dispatch supply support push; requested lookup, transcript search and file reading support pull. Requested delivery is not counted again as push. Dense/sparse relevance, coarse availability/budget filters, actual session/tool identity matching and the upstream gate judgment are distinguished. Fixed filenames alone do not become identifier targeting. Host resume-handle selection does not resolve internal SDK delivery. See MEM-RTE-vector-context, MEM-RTE-memory-tools, MEM-RTE-transcript-recovery, RT-RTE-chat-context, MEM-OBJ-evolution-queue and RT-OBJ-session-store.
  • Trace learning and source: Automatic channel extraction, reflection writes and durable event-derived timelines have recorded later consumers. Foreground note writing remains afforded. Raw retention alone is not the warrant. The local procedure no and corresponding source inapplicability stay within the bounded shipped-producer search, without overriding unknown initial/external producers. Conversational inputs support session logs; actual runtime and tool activity supports event streams and tool traces in timeline construction. Mixed foreground origins and opaque SDK inputs remain unresolved. See MEM-RTE-vector-extraction, RT-RTE-reflection-admission, MEM-OBJ-chat-events, MEM-OBJ-chat-timelines, MEM-RTE-foreground-notes and MEM-ABS-procedure-learning.

Some units group several named objects or operations. Their findings retain the supporting parts and evidence bases; materially different forms, consumers, initial provenance and opaque alternatives are separately assessed. This grouping does not assert complete coverage of an unresolved branch or upgrade an afforded alternative to wired. The inventory therefore supports bounded existence comparisons, not a complete-value census or claims of exercised learning, successful recovery or improvement.

No frozen-source reads were needed. This judgment uses only the supplied contracts, boundary, accepted reports, reconciliation, profile and empty profile answers. The profile's explicit uncertainties are faithfully scoped, not additional verification limits.
