Verification

The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked every substantive paragraph and limitation against the handed records, their reconciliation supersessions and the report/profile verification limits. No previous synthesis verification or refusal was supplied. The empty synthesis answers assert no repair. This judgment uses the accepted records without new source reads or evidence; it does not infer support from structural acceptance.

Evidence boundary and admission

The opening characterization and evidence statement agree with boundary and evidence and the Source register: SRC-1 supplies pinned implementation and doctrine/design, not observed operation or causal experiments. Whole-system source scope is not presented as exhaustive inspection. External providers, engines, hosts and proprietary Zep remain outside the frozen evidence.

The admission account preserves the coroutine's ownership, processing order, optional post-write work and alternate admission routes in RT-RTE-episode-ingestion and RT-RTE-maintenance-writes. It does not turn schema checks, model proposals or graph writes into factual acceptance. Its single/bulk raw-retention distinction follows MEM-OBJ-episodic-node, including unchanged content at both bulk writes. Staged persistence and transaction qualifications follow RT-RTE-bulk-ingestion and RT-CLM-write-envelope. Process-local queue acceptance, differing exception handling and the delayed MCP worker flag remain scoped as in RT-RTE-service-admission and RT-CLM-queue-completion.

The retained-state distinctions are supported by MEM-OBJ-entity-edge, MEM-OBJ-graph-metadata and MEM-OBJ-graph-embeddings. Stored numerical vectors are not equated with provider weights. Content and associations are not promoted to retained model reasons. The synthesis uses the surviving memory episode/community containers after reconciliation; separately assessed epistemic parts and routes remain usable.

Semantic reconciliation and withdrawal

The reconciliation and maintenance account preserves the indeterminate semantics of model extraction, the normalized-text/ordered-endpoint shortcut, selected rather than exhaustive comparisons, and the separate enforcing disposition of indices and dates. EPI-RTE-fact-extraction, EPI-RTE-fact-comparison and EPI-RTE-fact-disposition support those distinctions. No independent truth oracle is inferred from contradiction checking or temporal invalidation.

Literal summary appending is kept apart from model synthesis, and node overlay is kept apart from applicable edge replacement, as supported by EPI-RTE-entity-summary and EPI-RTE-attribute-extraction. Community reduction and saga folding retain their distinct consumers and budgets in MEM-OBJ-community-node, MEM-RTE-saga-summary and MEM-CLM-saga-losslessness. The omitted conditional attribute-clearing branch is expressly carried into Limitations, including its shortcut qualification and the withheld complete schema-transition comparison. That local inventory fault does not invalidate the positive overlay/replacement account.

The withdrawal paragraph correctly distinguishes MCP/core first-reference edge cleanup from REST direct episode-node deletion. It rejects the documented shared-support guarantee without implying that all references or all derived state are repaired. MEM-CLM-withdrawal-scope, EPI-RTE-episode-removal and EPI-CLM-cleanup-contract support the account. Temporal fields, lossless summary claims and global forgetting are not substituted for their actual implementations.

Consumer, workflow and assessment

The consumer account distinguishes requested retrieval from automatic downstream context supply within the same chain. RT-RTE-context-retrieval, RT-RTE-episode-ingestion and MEM-RTE-saga-summary support the selectors and consumers. Groups are not claimed to authenticate principals. The selected notebook workflow agrees with RT-RTE-conversation-loop and the workflow account: five user-centered facts, ten product-centered tool facts, scheduler-owned tool return, no-tool termination, streamed display and separate unawaited memory admission. Lack of notebook-owned review/retry is scoped to that notebook, not generalized to external framework behavior.

Mixed human/model/tool origins, intermediate tool-call admission, fact recirculation and the unauthenticated user-name prefix are preserved. MEM-OBJ-memory-saver remains separate from graph state. The differing notebook and MCP evidence channels follow RT-BAP-facts-context, MEM-CLM-display-lineage and EPI-RTE-provenance-read. Requested procedural influence is not mistaken for host compliance in RT-BAP-memory-instructions.

The assessment leads with the supported automatic trace-fed update and later model-context channel. Its durable-description and influence language describes the implemented pathway, not observed persistence or activation; the adjacent pathway qualification and availability limits make that distinction explicit. Improved capacity, criticism-driven improvement, reflection, autonomous theory building and exercised self-improvement are independently unestablished, not declared absent. The runtime supplies no formulated-theory route requiring a condition-by-condition theory verdict; the synthesis does not invent one from fact reconciliation or scores. Its unobserved subsequent-operation link is consistent with RT-RTE-conversation-loop, RT-BAP-facts-context and the epistemic bounded conclusion.

The evaluator's model-built reference, export/reload, character-sliced context, pairing/default-score qualifications and missing production-installation link follow RT-RTE-evaluation-comparison, MEM-OBJ-graph-results and the epistemic bounded conclusion. Scenario-relative contrasts do not become product rankings or a system-wide epistemic grade. The proposed resolving evidence and architectural changes address the actual withheld conclusions, including source fidelity, later capacity and support-aware retraction.

Carriage of settled limits

All nine limitation rows preserve their affected boundary and prevented conclusion. The report verification's conditional edge-clearing omission is carried with EPI-RTE-attribute-extraction, and the profile verification's bundled form/coverage issue is carried with MEM-OBJ-episodic-node, EPI-OBJ-entity-attributes, MEM-OBJ-memory-saver and MEM-OBJ-graph-results. The public text withholds complete transition and part-level comparisons without retracting supported positives. Reconciliation contains no current unresolved cross-report conflict. The corrected mixed-origin and raw-retention accounts agree rather than requiring competing positions to be published. No additional material defect or unresolved local finding was identified; faithfully scoped uncertainty already in the synthesis is not a new verification limit.
