Verification

Checked all ten axes in the memory profile against the handed records and their annotations. The comparison concerns changed guidance, retained maintenance evidence and later document consumers, not all package files or enclosing-host state. Its unresolved host-artifact, AXIS, reply-consumer and domain-leaf alternatives remain included. No source reads, new records or replacement classifications were needed. The supplied profile answers file is empty; no predecessor objection was treated as an established defect.

  • Storage substrate. Files and repository retention are supported for revised guidance and maintenance material by RT-OBJ-skill-md, RT-RTE-skill-revision, MEM-OBJ-sources and MEM-OBJ-spec. Prescribed example and project-guidance destinations retain claimed rather than exercised support. The Notion summary has a separate service-object unit through MEM-OBJ-work-summary. The draft's file witness does not resolve its host-artifact alternative; MEM-OBJ-document-draft supports that partial assessment. Opaque evaluation retention is not classified from configuration alone.
  • Representational form. Human/model interpretation of guidance, evidence and documents supports natural-language findings. Host-parsed frontmatter has a separate symbolic consumption path in RT-OBJ-skill-md. The profile does not mistake origin tags for fixed-rule state or scores for parametric memory. RT-RTE-maintainer-eval leaves operative result payloads unresolved.
  • Lineage. Authored rules and findings, imported source contributions and the prescribed experience-extraction path remain distinct derivation units. MEM-OBJ-working-set, MEM-OBJ-findings-log and EPI-RTE-example-retention support the local claimed extraction finding without authenticating every initial example. The partial unit preserves synthetic/mixed alternatives. Generated document organization can be authored while its source material is imported; neither finding asserts entailment or source truth.
  • Behavioral authority. The profile separates standing directions at later task agents from evidence at revision agents. RT-BAP-skill-consumption supports instruction authority; retained experience feeding guidance revision supports claimed learning authority, not demonstrated improvement. MEM-OBJ-sources supplies maintenance context, and MEM-OBJ-spec supplies interpreted conformity criteria. Changed metadata has a distinct routing consumer. MEM-RTE-sred-handoff and MEM-RTE-reader-testing support document knowledge paths, not package instruction updates. These consumer/effect distinctions preserve the natural units despite some grouped presentation.
  • Write agency. Model admission without per-content approval is correctly automatic at claimed basis in RT-RTE-skill-revision and MEM-RTE-project-guidance. Explicit holdout reassignment, maintainer adoption/baseline refresh and human document curation remain separate manual mechanisms. Task initiation and physical publication are not mistaken for human admission. MEM-RTE-thread-reply leaves generic caller control unresolved.
  • Curation operations. The revision record and annotations support claimed evolution, redundant-rule removal, promotion and experience summarization. The profile retains their requested-behavior basis rather than upgrading them to wired transformations. EPI-RTE-example-retention supports consolidation; MEM-RTE-reader-testing supports prescribed draft evolution. Suspected causes and a synthesis route name do not establish a particular novel claim, so the unresolved synthesis assessment is justified.
  • Read-back direction. Declared relevance activation through RT-BAP-skill-consumption supports claimed push of changed guidance. MEM-RTE-project-guidance affords later standing-guidance loading. Requested maintenance intake, summary retrieval and draft testing remain pull operations. The manual fresh-chat alternative is retained. AXIS requested review does not resolve other harness delivery paths; reply persistence does not prove later agent receipt.
  • Read-back signal. The cited host-loading records do not establish an actual matching selector sufficient for a controlled signal. The not-determinable axis preserves that uncertainty. Inapplicability is confined to specifically requested pull operations, not generalized from those witnesses to unresolved alternatives.
  • Trace learning and trace source. RT-RTE-skill-revision, EPI-RTE-example-retention and RT-BAP-skill-consumption jointly support a claimed model-admitted experience-to-durable-guidance-to-later-consumer route. Its partial local yes does not claim automatic ingestion, exercised learning or improvement. The records do not identify original inputs as any particular controlled trace-source class. Unknown provenance and other write chains therefore remain unresolved rather than becoming a system-wide no or an inapplicable trace-source axis.

Applied the supplied reconciliation's reply and reader supersessions: the profile uses MEM-RTE-thread-reply and MEM-RTE-reader-testing, preserving the fuller reader account and reply projection limits. The evidence container remains valid alongside its separately classified working-set and findings parts. No unresolved report disagreement changes an emitted value.

Known units describe bounded classification of named paths, not observed operation or a complete package inventory. The partial axes retain positive witnesses and unresolved alternatives; the two axes without controlled positives remain not-determinable. No unsupported system-level absence, complete coverage or upgraded evidence strength was found. Coarse grouping does not conceal a supported conflicting value or change the comparison unions. The recorded uncertainty already states the prevented conclusions and needs no additional publication limit.
