nao synthesis verification

Verification
The handed public synthesis supports its bounded architectural conclusions. No material unsupported statement or uncarried verification limit was established. I checked every substantive passage against the handed records, their annotations, reconciliation's identity and issue dispositions, and the report and profile verification judgments. The synthesis answers file is empty; no synthesis refusal or previous synthesis verification was supplied. This is an independent judgment of the current text, not acceptance based on predecessor approval.
The evidence basis remains SRC-1 implementation and doctrine/design at the revision in the boundary. No source reads, target execution or new evidence were needed. This verification does not establish observed operation, causal benefit or correctness of external services. Deterministic agreement and citation form are the content checker’s responsibility, not evidence of semantic support.
Runtime progression and effect boundaries
The opening account correctly distinguishes a whole-system functional scope from exhaustive inspection. Its characterization as an enclosing analytics runtime follows the shipped context-builder, model/tool loop and persistence responsibilities. Web authentication, role, budget and ownership checks remain scoped to that route, not projected onto every caller. Code-owned grants and dispatch remain separate from model-owned tool selection and answer composition. Ordinary chat is not presented as having a reference-answer oracle. Support: RT-RTE-web-chat, RT-OBJ-tool-context and the boundary account.
Default guidance and complete prompt replacement preserve the consequential exception: standard memories/rules can be omitted while user-group restrictions are appended separately. The read-only statement concerns ordinary output editing, not synchronization or deployment. The SQL, Monty and Boxlite discussion preserves configurable grants, differing adapter controls and unresolved deployed enforcement; it makes no universal safety or human-confirmation claim. Support: RT-OBJ-system-prompt, RT-BAP-project-guidance, RT-CLM-context-readonly and the forcing-route account.
Query caching, limited display, paging and stale-output suppression support evidence access and lineage, not business truth. The synthesis retains conditional SQL derivation and the indeterminate semantic relation of generated factual text. Explore's fresh conversation frame shares ToolContext; MCP background chat has durable continuation; direct MCP tools are a separate host-driven alternative. Automation call-presence checks are not answer verification or exactly-once guarantees. Support: EPI-RTE-query-results, RT-RTE-explore-task, RT-RTE-mcp-chat and RT-RTE-automation-run.
Retention, selection and admission
The strongest learning-related contribution is stated positively as wired trace-fed revision of later inputs, without claiming improved capacity. The three described families are supported witnesses, not a complete inventory. Extraction timing, recent text sampling, character caps, structural filtering and automatic admission agree with MEM-RTE-memory-extraction and EPI-RTE-memory-admission. The consumer receives selected category/content rather than evidence or reasons. User-scoped storage, current-chat exclusion, category/order priority, the content-token budget and override/disablement exceptions are preserved in the account of MEM-OBJ-memories and MEM-BAP-user-memory.
Supersession is not physical deletion, and successor deletion is not restoration. The public account carries those distinctions rather than inheriting the extraction prompt's misleading deletion wording. Its compaction account distinguishes the replaced eligible span from the image-stripped, budget-selected input actually supplied to the summarizer. It also distinguishes streamed checkpoint persistence from nonstreaming in-process continuation and withholds summary faithfulness and guaranteed context fit. Explicit file access is not automatic pointer following. Support: MEM-RTE-memory-maintenance, MEM-CLM-memory-replacement, MEM-RTE-chat-compaction and MEM-RTE-saved-files.
Evaluation, proposed corrections and property assessments
The representative reference-SQL workflow is one connected shipped chain, not ordinary-chat verification. The extraction handoff receives expected column names but not expected row values. One execution repair is separate from final comparison, which does not rerun analytics. The public account preserves reference quality, extraction fidelity, non-atomic snapshot uncertainty, tolerances, both-empty behavior and weaker alternative pass branches. Report saving is a delivery mechanism, not by itself a deployment gate or learning consumer. Support: RT-RTE-test-answer, EPI-RTE-test-comparison and the workflow account and annotation.
Recommendation retention, compact later summaries, dismissed-fingerprint selection and optional PR creation remain separate from live delivery and epistemic acceptance. Both producers of status applied are preserved; the status establishes neither a PR nor deployment. The distinction between fast-forward live pull and hard-reset refresh is retained. These findings agree with RT-RTE-context-recommendation, MEM-OBJ-context-recommendation, EPI-RTE-finding-reconciliation and RT-RTE-context-delivery.
The four theory-builder conditions, learning from criticism, reflection, autonomy and self-improvement are assessed separately. Candidate-formulation and resupply capacities are acknowledged without inferring an actual theory, exercised content-dependent criticism or improved capacity. The self-improvement finding distinguishes a proposal/admission affordance from an exercised evidence-responsive change and from successful improvement. These are scoped findings about the inspected recommendation path, not system-complete negatives about every shipped skill or external editing loop. Support: the epistemic bounded conclusion. The closing scenario assessments and proposed resolving evidence follow those route-specific gaps; they add neither a product ranking nor a stronger causal claim.
Carriage of settled limits and reconciliation
The Limitations table faithfully carries all three report-verification limits, with the affected records and prevented comparisons:
- Fork seeding adds new-chat consumers beyond ordinary continuation; the table withholds complete replay and checkpoint-copy comparisons while preserving MEM-RTE-chat-compaction, MEM-OBJ-compaction and RT-RTE-web-chat.
- Feedback postprocessing adds producer and model-role alternatives beyond primary reconciliation; the table withholds a complete population/lineage inventory and universal impact-floor inference for MEM-OBJ-context-recommendation and EPI-RTE-finding-reconciliation.
- Shipped maintenance skills add a doctrine-level editor/test loop; the table withholds all-routes conclusions about reference governance, criticism, saved-report consumption and theory building. It neither treats those instructions as executed nor attributes an external editing harness to nao. The affected findings remain EPI-RTE-test-comparison, EPI-CLM-reliability-visibility and RT-RTE-context-delivery.
Profile verification declares no additional limits. The synthesis accurately states partial axes and unresolved alternatives rather than upgrading its bounded existence findings to complete inventories. Other rows retain execution/causal gaps, source/evaluator fidelity, provider fixity and deployed-enforcement uncertainty. These are faithfully scoped uncertainties, not newly discovered defects.
Reconciliation supersedes only the duplicate extractor component; the synthesis uses MEM-CMP-memory-extractor, not the superseded epistemic declaration. Containers and narrower parts remain distinct. The applied-status and compaction disagreements are resolved in the handed reports, and the deletion wording is a source mismatch rather than a report conflict. No unresolved reconciliation conflict requires an additional public limitation. No further record fault was found that would require a new limit or make the public account misleading.
