Verification
Checked all ten axes, their positive findings and evidence bases, unit assessments, unresolved alternatives and comparison rationale in the profile. The profile supports bounded existence comparisons, not complete-value statistics. No unsupported emitted value or materially misleading coverage claim was established.
Scope, identity and coverage
The inventory concerns accumulated or changed content and its later consumers. It does not classify initial pretrained weights, unchanged shipped instructions or transient credentials as memory. Opaque provider adaptation remains unresolved rather than supplying a parametric-memory positive. This agrees with MEM-CMP-memory-extractor, RT-CMP-agent-model and RT-CMP-compaction-model.
Applied reconciliation's extractor-component supersession: the profile cites the canonical memory component, not the superseded epistemic component. Other container/part overlaps remain distinct. The records agree on budget-selected compaction input, soft memory supersession and the two producers of recommendation status applied. Neither an old integration objection nor that status establishes an unresolved conflict, physical deletion, PR creation or live deployment. See MEM-RTE-chat-compaction, MEM-CLM-memory-replacement, RT-RTE-context-recommendation and EPI-RTE-finding-reconciliation.
Every axis remains partial. Initial memory provenance/control, forks, channels, dynamic skills, story/app-state lifecycle, other file producers, context providers, diagnostic feedback filtering and provider internals remain explicit unknown alternatives. Their inclusion is not converted into absence. Saved report retention is not converted into a later learning consumer. These are faithfully scoped uncertainties, not additional verification findings.
Object and derivation axes
Storage substrate. Checked retained user rows, transcript/checkpoint storage, working summaries, recommendation rows, files/provider alternatives, Git proposals, changed context, query caches and saved reports. The profile separates working-array retention from streamed DB persistence, and local/S3 affordances from inspected admission routes. It does not infer the direct-MCP cache substrate or opaque payload storage from a display. The application-DB classifications do not assert a separately established engine for every object. Support: MEM-OBJ-memories, MEM-OBJ-compaction, MEM-OBJ-context-recommendation, MEM-OBJ-user-files, EPI-OBJ-query-results, RT-RTE-context-delivery and the workflow annotation on RT-RTE-test-answer.
Representational form. Checked interpreted memory prose, summary text, symbolic access/marker fields, recommendation prose and administrative controls, query tables, mixed reports, saved readable text and project guidance. Combined units identify their distinct consumed parts rather than treating serialization as meaning. Patch payloads and binary alternatives remain unresolved; readable conversion is not used to classify every original payload. Support: MEM-OBJ-memories, MEM-OBJ-compaction, MEM-OBJ-context-recommendation, MEM-RTE-saved-files, EPI-OBJ-query-results and RT-BAP-project-guidance.
Lineage. Checked derivation paths separately from initial provenance: trace extraction and compaction; authored edits, turns and file text; imported uploads, warehouse rows and delivered context; and compiled report assembly. The known subsequent paths do not close initial-row or upstream-provider provenance. Diagnostic findings retain mixed-input uncertainty. Support: MEM-RTE-memory-extraction, MEM-RTE-memory-maintenance, MEM-RTE-chat-compaction, MEM-RTE-saved-files, EPI-RTE-query-results, RT-RTE-context-delivery and RT-RTE-test-answer.
Consumer, admission and transformation axes
Behavioral authority. Checked personal facts as knowledge and global rules as instruction, experience at update consumers as learning, category/time priority as ranking, and retained identity/status controls as routing, validation or enforcement at their named gates. The profile keeps these apart from downstream model compliance. Recommendation summaries supply diagnostic context; dismissed fingerprints supply criteria and a veto; proposed edits reach PR production without thereby becoming live instructions. Saved report authority remains undetermined. Support: MEM-BAP-user-memory, MEM-RTE-memory-extraction, MEM-RTE-chat-compaction, MEM-OBJ-context-recommendation, EPI-RTE-finding-reconciliation and RT-RTE-context-recommendation.
Write agency. Checked admission rather than authorship or physical I/O. Extraction, compaction, callback/cache persistence, reconciliation, configured PR creation, model file writes, refresh and report assembly have software admission. Human-selected uploads and afforded edit/dismissal surfaces retain their own warrants. Starting chat, sync or diagnosis is not per-content approval. Initial rows and remote review governance remain undetermined. Support: MEM-RTE-memory-extraction, MEM-RTE-memory-maintenance, MEM-RTE-chat-compaction, MEM-RTE-saved-files, RT-RTE-context-recommendation, RT-RTE-context-delivery and RT-RTE-test-answer.
Curation operations. Checked reduced standing memories and summaries as consolidation; explicit revisions, replacements and reruns as evolution; soft supersession/disablement and administrative withdrawal as invalidation; explicit deletion as forgetting; and fingerprint/story duplicate suppression as deduplication. These findings identify transformations, not presumed benefits. The profile does not infer synthesis from rootCause fields or unproven summary faithfulness, nor promotion from an impact score alone. Support: MEM-RTE-memory-extraction, MEM-RTE-memory-maintenance, MEM-RTE-chat-compaction, EPI-RTE-finding-reconciliation, RT-RTE-web-chat and EPI-RTE-query-results.
Read-back and trace axes
Read-back direction. Checked requested chat/file/query access separately from automatic memory supply, checkpoint/story replacement, prior-diagnostic-state supply and project-guidance assembly. Within continuation, the automatic checkpoint/current-story selector is a distinct operation, not an extra push attributed merely to fulfilling the chat request. Support: RT-RTE-web-chat, RT-RTE-mcp-chat, MEM-RTE-chat-compaction, MEM-BAP-user-memory, MEM-RTE-saved-files, EPI-RTE-query-results and RT-RTE-context-recommendation.
Read-back signal. Checked actual selector inputs and selected parts: user/source-chat matching, active/category/order/budget filters, latest-valid-marker selection, identity-linked current-story lookup, prior-finding availability and fingerprint-state matching. Project guidance retains partial selector coverage. Requested file/query identifiers do not become push signals; their local inapplicability does not close the axis. No inferred relevance mechanism is asserted without support. See MEM-BAP-user-memory, MEM-OBJ-memories, MEM-RTE-chat-compaction, RT-RTE-web-chat, EPI-RTE-finding-reconciliation and RT-BAP-project-guidance.
Trace learning. Checked the automatic trace-fed write and later-consumer chain for extracted user guidance, streamed summaries, nonstreaming in-process summaries and retained diagnostic findings. Nonstreaming summaries qualify through retention between model invocations; cross-session persistence is not asserted. Diagnostic memory qualifies through later diagnostic consumption without requiring PR merge or analytics improvement. These findings do not establish improved capacity, parametric updates or exercised self-improvement. Support: MEM-RTE-memory-extraction, MEM-BAP-user-memory, MEM-RTE-chat-compaction, MEM-OBJ-compaction, MEM-OBJ-context-recommendation and RT-RTE-context-recommendation.
Trace source. Checked original source content for each qualifying write. Extraction consumes recorded user/assistant text. Both summary forms consume conversational turns and prepared tool-call/result pairs. Diagnostic updates use chat corrections/feedback and tool-error experience while retaining partial fallback coverage. Neither imported context nor mere sequencing adds event-streams or trajectories. Unknown other writes do not become inapplicable because the known routes are positive. Support: MEM-RTE-memory-extraction, MEM-RTE-chat-compaction, RT-RTE-web-chat, RT-RTE-context-recommendation and EPI-RTE-finding-reconciliation.
No source reads were needed. This judgment uses only the handed members and contracts; it adds no record, quotation or replacement classification. No observed or causal basis is established by the supplied evidence. The selective test workflow's report-saving finding was used only for retention/assembly, not later learning or deployment admission; see the workflow account.
