Verification
The reports support a bounded account of a host-model task-design builder with executable deterministic supports, not an observed autonomous compiler or trained prediction service. I checked the supplied runtime, memory, epistemic, workflow and reconciliation members afresh. The four correction-answer inputs are empty. The supplied structural report says none; there is no structural failure requiring routing. The two reconciliation conflicts are real inventory-granularity defects, but neither changes the supported route conclusions. Their consequences are retained in Limits rather than treated as universal authority findings.
Independent source tracing and record judgments
The checkout HEAD equals the boundary revision and its working tree is clean. Inspection of the frozen tracked tree supports the boundary: the Skill, tools, generated consumers, numerical library, recipe and checkpoint verifier are shipped responsibilities. No excluded material loop or different target classification was discovered. Every record's cited source paths was checked against this source tree; source-anchor occurrence is not itself semantic support. All additional inspection uses SRC-1 implementation or doctrine/design at this same revision. No target program, test, example, model provider or experiment was executed.
- Host compilation and guidance. Reading the Skill, agent metadata and all three reference documents supports RT-CMP-host-model, RT-OBJ-design-protocol, RT-RTE-task-compilation, RT-BAP-skill-guidance and EPI-CLM-world-model-compiler. The host proposes defaults, asks only causal blockers, repairs declared errors, generates, tests and reports. The source specifies this sequence; it does not implement or demonstrate host compliance. The runtime's separate theory-builder conditions do not promote method delivery into observed consumption, criticism, iteration, learning, reflection or self-improvement. The distinction between a proposed external product and changes to the compiler's own organization is preserved. SRC-1:

Independent tracing of validator dispatch/report/loading/CLI, planned-claim predicates and output checks, and the complete generator supports RT-OBJ-design-config, RT-OBJ-scaffold-manifest, RT-RTE-scaffold-admission, RT-CLM-validation-scope, EPI-RTE-design-diagnostics and EPI-RTE-template-specialization. Root
[]takes the reported early failure path. The CLI consumes a newly computed validity bit before rendering; direct rendering does not. Template selection transfers declarations into literals and saves the whole configuration, supplied report and file-list manifest. Destination refusal and temporary cleanup do not imply sandboxing, concurrent-writer safety or version rollback. Exhaustive schema correctness remains unclaimed. SRC-1:jepa-anything-skill/scripts/validate_design.py,jepa-anything-skill/scripts/generate_scaffold.py,jepa-anything-skill/assets/scaffold/src/jepa_task/contracts.py.tmpl. - Generated checks versus actual use. Reading complete adapter, model, activity, capacity, evaluation, usage and generated-test templates supports RT-RTE-state-consumption, RT-BAP-generated-contract, EPI-OBJ-claims, EPI-OBJ-evidence-envelope, EPI-OBJ-audit-measurements, EPI-RTE-evidence-envelope and EPI-RTE-measurement-checks. Local checks reject specified mismatches, but their inputs can be copied or fabricated. The tests themselves copy claim metadata and supply invented measurement values. The dispatcher calls callbacks without requiring these checks; previous callback effects survive later failure. Selected horizon values are not copied snapshots. Metadata matching, numerical-envelope compliance and statistical acceptance remain distinct. SRC-1:

Projection construction, decomposition/synthesis and explicit QR hooks support RT-CMP-orthogonal-factor-projection and RT-RTE-core-projection. Baseline initialization, EMA validation/mutation and subsequent encoding support MEM-CMP-target-encoder. Tracker initialization, Welford update, combined variance, reset and wrapper defaults support MEM-OBJ-online-variance-tracker, MEM-RTE-streaming-monitor and their epistemic duplicates, EPI-OBJ-variance-tracker and EPI-RTE-variance-history. Detached historical statistics enter later differentiable penalties; no optimizer is invoked. Inspection of basis, factor, reconstruction and aggregate audit functions supports EPI-OBJ-audit-reports and EPI-RTE-numerical-audits: computed tensor properties are stronger than checking supplied metadata, but not evidence of prediction quality. Skill authorship instructions and whole-config serialization support MEM-OBJ-compiler-assumptions; the executable-field selector does not consume their meaning. The manifest, checkpoint guide and complete verifier support MEM-OBJ-checkpoint-manifest. Seeded activity generation, recipe report/CLI and Make/CI dispatch support RT-RTE-structural-checks. The unpublished entry contains no weights; the published alternative hashes local files without fetching or loading them. Synthetic activity is calculated from oracle coordinates, not learned encoders. SRC-1:

All route implementation/instruction statuses remain distinct from operation statuses. None of the inspected implementation or instruction evidence establishes observed activation, reliable completion, empirical benefit or causal attribution. The epistemic ledger correctly separates diagnostic checking, CLI disposition, retention and later operational use. It does not infer scientific acceptance or lifecycle integration from those functions.
The workflow account follows a source-supported rollout conversion, not a composite of unrelated capabilities. Independently inspected Skill instructions, conversion mapping, generator branches and generated tests support its handoffs, fabricated callback test and final reporting requirement. Renderer completion is intermediate; the source supplies no implemented delivery gate tied to test success. Host delegation, retry scheduling and recovery are not silently attributed to the target.
Relations, reconciliation and omission search
I checked all three explicit Part of: relations. Compiler assumptions and planned claims are distinct contained parts of the design configuration; template specialization is a contained stage of scaffold admission. None is a replacement candidate misclassified as a part. The reconciliation correctly supersedes the epistemic variance object and route by the memory declarations: the same buffers and streaming functions establish identity, and both reports retain wired implementation with uninspected operation. The remaining overlap comparisons preserve distinct components, caller inputs, evaluators and containers rather than selecting a stronger status. The two unresolved conflicts include combined records, both reports' findings, evidence and prevented conclusions; they are not malformed conflicts requiring reconciliation correction.
Selected omission questions came from the frozen tree and producer/consumer dependencies, not just report anchors:
- Could an alternate entry bypass design admission or consume state before validation? Complete generator and generated-consumer inspection confirms the already disclosed direct-render and callback alternatives. This preserves the CLI-only guarantee and defeats a universal gate interpretation.
- Could numerical history or a shipped checkpoint loader overturn the host-owned-memory account? Searches across Python, templates and Markdown for save/load, state-dictionary, renderer, evidence-helper and monitor calls identified the documented state mapping, tracker tests, wrappers and generated tests. Reading the implicated monitor tests confirms source-defined historical use, not evidence of a successful run. Complete manifest verification establishes local integrity checking, not weight deserialization. The existing numerical-history positives hold; deployed durable reload remains unestablished, not absent. SRC-1:
jepa-anything-core/tests/test_losses.py,jepa-anything-core/src/jepa_anything_core/losses.py,checkpoints/verify_manifest.py; retained support is MEM-RTE-streaming-monitor and MEM-OBJ-checkpoint-manifest. - Could another evaluator grant scientific authority rather than merely check declarations? Tracing generated helpers, complete numerical-audit functions, recipe activity/report generation and repository status consumers found bounded numeric/structural checks. This supports the reports' distinctions, not a system-complete absence claim about remaining validator/recipe branches or opaque host/backend behavior. Such a negative is already withheld by the epistemic boundary.
Further optional omission expansion stopped because these consequential alternatives have supported dispositions and no identified material challenge remains unresolved. More numerical tests or ancillary packaging files would not support the withheld execution or scientific conclusions. The object-granularity issues below constrain inventory and per-part comparisons, but the reports already state the differing consumers and authority. No emitted system-level comparison value or complete-inventory assertion depends on assigning their mixed containers one authority.

Limits
- The diagnostic report is not separately declared as an operative-object part of RT-OBJ-design-config, as identified in the reconciliation conflicts. The memory annotation and EPI-RTE-design-diagnostics establish different consumers and persistence, including reports written for rejected configurations. Withhold a complete per-part object inventory and any single authority or invalidation assessment for the combined object. This is a local granularity defect, not an unsupported admission finding: the reports already distinguish candidate data from derived criticism and correctly identify the CLI validity consumer. The runtime analyst owns any later declaration repair; no replacement record is created here.
- The package in RT-OBJ-scaffold-manifest lacks separately declared generated executable-contract and file-list-manifest parts, as identified in the reconciliation conflicts. The memory annotation, RT-BAP-generated-contract and EPI-RTE-template-specialization preserve their different consumers: executable constants shape invoked branches, while the report/file list are inspectable retained outputs. Withhold complete part-level retention, authority and invalidation comparisons; do not transfer executable authority to the whole package or its metadata. The bounded account remains supported because those differences are explicit and no universal package certification is asserted. The runtime analyst owns any later declaration repair.
