Verification

I checked all ten axes in the memory profile against their cited accepted records, including each finding's basis, unit scope and coverage assessment. Reconciliation supplies no supersessions or unresolved cross-report conflicts. Containers and their declared parts therefore remain distinct canonical referents. No refusal or substantive profile answers were supplied. This judgment does not repeat deterministic citation, identity or quotation checks.

Storage and form. The known file-substrate inventory covers notes and the host journal, including checkpoints and reminders. Git-root resolution locates files; it does not establish repository memory. Host-owned persistence does not invalidate the recorded extension-side file contract or upgrade it to observed persistence. The partial form inventory separates model-interpreted prose, fixed-rule access metadata, arbitrary note content and full stored images. The image payload is not classified from its display summary. Reminder prose and fingerprints share a coverage unit, but their findings name distinct consumers and forms; this grouping does not assert that the prose is symbolic or that metadata is natural language. See MEM-OBJ-notes, MEM-OBJ-session-journal, MEM-OBJ-recovery-record, MEM-RTE-history-recall and RT-RTE-request-guidance.

Lineage and admission. Subsequent note authorship, explicit handoff formulation, automatic trace extraction and compiled reminder generation have local implementation warrants. They do not settle initial notes, external replacements or native checkpoint production. The partial write-agency inventory correctly distinguishes model/software content admission from generic caller identity and physical publication. Automatic recovery and note relocation are grouped, but each automatic finding retains its own mechanism and records. Optional human authorship and task initiation do not establish manual admission. External editors and host capture/checkpoint controls remain unresolved rather than being classified by the known model path. See RT-RTE-note-admission, RT-RTE-explicit-reset, MEM-OBJ-explicit-handoff, MEM-RTE-notes-migration and MEM-OBJ-notes.

Authority. The profile identifies retained parts, actual consumers and effects rather than treating every delivered object as an instruction. Note/history content supplies knowledge at the model. The explicit fallback and recovery warnings support instruction findings. At the recovery builder, trace content feeds a durable behavior-shaping update, while ancestry and projection/linkage metadata separately supply routing, validation and enforced exclusion. Fixed recall ordering supports ranking; reminder fingerprints support eligibility routing and suppression. These forces do not establish content truth, model compliance or improved capacity. Arbitrary-content effects remain unresolved in the partial axis. Some consumer families share units, but the individual findings retain the consequential distinctions needed for comparison. See MEM-BAP-recalled-content, MEM-OBJ-recovery-record, EPI-RTE-recovery-provenance, MEM-RTE-notes-recall, MEM-RTE-history-recall and RT-RTE-request-guidance.

Curation. Consolidation is supported by selection and compression of retained inputs/receipts, not merely by the route's name. Note replacement supports evolution without claiming semantic improvement. Projection withdrawal and stale-reminder filtering support invalidation while historical originals remain accessible. The partial inventory does not turn requested editorial behavior or external native summarization into inspected transformations. Truncation's possible loss of qualifiers does not establish synthesis. See EPI-RTE-recovery-reshape, MEM-OBJ-notes, MEM-OBJ-session-journal and RT-RTE-request-guidance.

Read-back direction and signal. Requested note/history pages are pull, including when code automatically selects and delivers the requested page. Next-window checkpoint projection and automatic reminder-metadata lookup support push. Known direction and signal coverage is bounded to these recorded extension consumers; unknown checkpoint generation does not obscure its inspected reuse route. Recovery selection supports coarse role/recency/budget findings and identifier findings for actual projected-version and provenance matches. Ancestry reuse is coarse. The explicit callback ID authenticates admission of new content rather than targeted retrieval of old memory. Reminder fingerprint matching selects retained metadata for eligibility decisions. Pull targeting is locally inapplicable to the push-signal axis, not a system-wide absence claim. See MEM-RTE-notes-recall, MEM-RTE-history-recall, RT-RTE-explicit-reset, RT-RTE-automatic-recovery, EPI-RTE-recovery-provenance and RT-RTE-request-guidance.

Trace learning and source. Automatic custom recovery meets the profile definition: automatic trace-fed production, retained continuation artifact and later behavior-shaping model consumption. Its wired yes does not require novelty, parameter updates or measured improvement. Current-window conversational inputs and tool receipts support session-logs and tool-traces respectively. Hook activation alone does not supply event-stream content, and no state/action/outcome trajectory is established. Native/legacy checkpoint origins and possible trace inputs to other writes remain unresolved. The partial axes preserve the positive custom route without asserting a local or system-wide no, or making unresolved sources inapplicable. See MEM-OBJ-recovery-record, RT-RTE-automatic-recovery, EPI-RTE-recovery-reshape and MEM-BAP-recalled-content.

All emitted positive findings are supported at wired strength. The shipped evaluator and workflow establish source-supported scenarios, not execution or causal benefit; neither upgrades the profile. The profile already expresses the consequential uncertainty about initial notes, images, external editors and native production. Those faithful qualifications do not create additional verification limits. See EPI-RTE-reset-evaluator and RT-CLM-context-continuation.

Source-read log: none. No ambiguity required reading frozen source beyond the handed records. No material unsupported value, evidence-strength upgrade, false absence or unjustified complete inventory was found.
