Closure-SDK reconciliation

Reconciliation
This reconciliation connects the supplied runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members within the subsystem boundary. The Source register supplies implementation and doctrine/design evidence only. The reports' implemented routes, unobserved operation and unestablished benefit remain separate findings. No analyst correction answers were supplied. No source reads were needed for this reconciliation; cited records supply the supporting passages.
Duplicate supersession and distinct identities
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-vocabulary is superseded by MEM-OBJ-vocabulary. Both identify the same source-native Vocabulary in SRC-1, closure_ea/src/embed.rs: forward token-to-carrier map, reverse bit-key map, numerical carriers, symbolic strings and JSON persistence of the forward map only. Different analytical labels do not distinguish their referents. The supersession connects the epistemic inventory and EPI-RTE-vocabulary-codec to the memory object's storage and lineage account. Both declarations remain, and neither report's findings are replaced: the epistemic declaration retains its component-fixity observations, while memory retains its capability and consumer limits.
Other apparent overlaps are not identities requiring supersession:
- RT-CMP-three-cell remains a valid container alongside its separately operative buffer, DNA, Epigenetic, Response, statistics and closure-history parts: MEM-OBJ-buffer, MEM-OBJ-dna, MEM-OBJ-epigenetic, MEM-OBJ-response, MEM-OBJ-genome-statistics and MEM-OBJ-closure-histories. Their differing admission, consumers and invalidation rules distinguish the parts without invalidating the container.
- MEM-OBJ-brain-state is a checkpoint payload, not the live component or its contained RT-OBJ-pending-prediction. EPI-OBJ-prediction-feedback is the returned comparison result, not the staged input. EPI-OBJ-promotion-candidate is an intermediate eligibility packet, not retained genome content.
- MEM-RTE-memory-consolidation is a maintenance subroute of RT-RTE-direct-maintenance. EPI-RTE-category-check and EPI-RTE-category-disposition distinguish candidate checking from operational disposition within that maintenance. Neither is identical to the whole consolidation pass or its caller-directed container.
- MEM-RTE-hierarchy-retention and EPI-RTE-verify-check are distinct parts of RT-RTE-carrier-ingest. Higher-level retention is not the verification check or the whole ingestion route.
- EPI-RTE-feedback-check and EPI-RTE-response-write separate checking and adaptation within RT-RTE-prediction-feedback; they do not supersede that valid container.
- MEM-RTE-genome-reconstruction is an alternative to RT-RTE-state-restoration, not its duplicate. It installs one genome into fresh runtime state, whereas BrainState reconstructs selected operational state.
- MEM-OBJ-music-encoder and MEM-OBJ-curriculum-trace have no matching declared object. A role cache and a replay input are not Vocabulary or learned genome state.
- EPI-RTE-vocabulary-codec, EPI-RTE-accuracy-report, EPI-RTE-slot-solver and EPI-RTE-factor-output add different transformation, scoring and mathematical-output functions. They are not duplicates of ingestion or RT-RTE-readonly-consumption.
- WF-RTE-regime-comparison spans ingestion, feedback and maintenance but owns two-brain scheduling and terminal tone assertions, not those constituent methods. Its comparison is distinct from accuracy scoring. EPI-CLM-closure-convergence is broader than RT-CLM-teaching-convergence; EPI-CLM-semantic-type and EPI-CLM-prime-zeros concern different source assertions. No claim supersession follows from their shared numerical substrate.
Integration-issue dispositions and convergence
Admission and hierarchy. Memory's integration issues add the direct higher-level write traced by MEM-RTE-hierarchy-retention. The supplied runtime does not trace that branch, but its ingestion record already rejects global expiry-only admission through a direct structural-write passage. This is additional coverage, not conflicting admission findings. Epistemic verification likewise remains only one permissive tagging path, not a global truth gate.
LOAD objection. Memory describes the runtime as claiming a nearest-to-hit lookup. The supplied runtime account instead says LOAD obtains a genome-only comparison value; its ingestion record does not prescribe nearest lookup for every hit. Memory's ingestion annotation gives exact-index loading for genome hits and nearest-address fallback for buffer hits, with the branch passage. The objection's characterization does not match the supplied runtime finding. The annotation supplies specificity without requiring a competing LOAD conclusion or a change of record identity.
Statistics and promotion gates. MEM-OBJ-genome-statistics separates same-channel coupling recording from above-cutoff selected-value participation. No supplied runtime or epistemic finding requires that all recorded entries contributed values to ZREAD. Conditional coherence gating agrees between MEM-RTE-memory-consolidation and EPI-RTE-category-check, which retain the same conditional-gate passage. These qualifications prevent universal participant-only statistics and unconditional negative-coherence exclusion; they are not cross-report disagreements.
Feedback lineage. Runtime, memory and workflow converge on the teaching callers' Buffer-hit-to-GenomeSlot ambiguity. Memory adds that consolidation remaps genome references but not pending indices, and that eligibility need not identify the actual producer of an arbitrary committed carrier. These qualifications connect RT-OBJ-pending-prediction, RT-RTE-prediction-feedback and MEM-RTE-memory-consolidation. They prevent stable credit/edge-attribution guarantees without withdrawing the separate context/target write. Epistemic and workflow findings independently distinguish the correct flag's limited force from target authentication or a veto on association writing.
Consumer horizons. Memory separates later primary reads of surviving level-0 state from explicit higher-level read capabilities for promoted carriers. EPI-RTE-category-disposition describes later field and hierarchy calls collectively and retains an incomplete hierarchy-consumer audit; it does not identify a promoted carrier feeding primary prediction. These accounts do not establish automatic promoted-category influence on level-0 recall. Their differently bounded consumer statements are not evidence of disagreement or a basis for strengthening either finding.
Vocabulary and checkpoints. Memory and epistemic codec findings converge on stale reverse aliases after register replacement and rebuilding on load. Their comparison concerns display/lineage risk, not an observed wrong answer. BrainState, genome-only and Vocabulary persistence retain distinct payloads and horizons; none establishes coupled checkpointing or uninterrupted-state equivalence. The genome-only route's afforded status remains distinct from the full-state route's wired implementation. WF-RTE-regime-comparison invokes neither save nor reload, so persistence capabilities cannot extend that example's workflow.
Callback scope. EPI-RTE-slot-solver identifies local execution of a caller expression. Runtime's no-callback statement is scoped to its selected loops, whose readonly route traces evaluate/generate/orbit consumption rather than solve. Memory's readonly annotation adds solver selection. This exposes an additional callable operation, not evidence that the runtime's traced loops invoke a callback. A subsystem-wide no-callback conclusion is unavailable, but no conflicting selected-loop finding requires settlement.
Delivery and evaluation. Workflow adds that episode tuples combine pre-final-maintenance tones with an including-final-maintenance promotion count, and that directional tone assertions govern reachability of the final verification message. These findings qualify the outer comparison without contradicting numerical feedback or maintenance. The assertions are neither prediction-accuracy tests nor rollback of earlier writes. Accuracy-report code, geometric checking, printed success text and design convergence claims retain different targets and authorities; none supplies observed operation or causal benefit for another route.
Cross-report disagreements
No unresolved conflict between the supplied reports' findings was established. The stale LOAD objection, added hierarchy and callback coverage, and faithful consumer/lineage uncertainties are disposed above without judging source support or rewriting analyst findings. The duplicated Vocabulary declaration is handled by the explicit supersession, not by choosing a stronger status. No valid combined record was found to require supersession by its parts, and no missing required part was established from these pinned inputs.
