Verification

I checked every axis, its local findings and assessments, the included inventory and unresolved alternatives in the memory profile against the handed analyst records. I applied the supplied reconciliation: the canonical Vocabulary object is MEM-OBJ-vocabulary, while its distinct codec route remains EPI-RTE-vocabulary-codec. No source reads, replacement records or new quotations were needed. The empty profile answers supply no correction argument.

The comparison boundary is accumulated numerical memory, its access structures, helper caches, replay input and checkpoint alternatives, not the entire monorepo or static compiled policy. Local known findings do not erase the included helper-state, caller-provenance and consumer alternatives. Their unresolved status prevents complete-value comparisons. No emitted finding claims observed operation or causal benefit.

I also checked the consequential cross-report qualifications: population/index ambiguity and stale pending indices do not withdraw the separate context/target write; conditional coherence gates do not imply universal rejection; promoted carriers are not established primary-prediction inputs; checkpoint reconstruction resets transient state; and the bounded example neither saves nor reloads. These qualifications remain compatible with the emitted comparison findings. See RT-RTE-prediction-feedback, MEM-RTE-memory-consolidation, MEM-RTE-genome-reconstruction and WF-RTE-regime-comparison.

Some units group related objects or mechanisms, but their findings retain the supported effects and local evidence strengths. The grouping does not establish unsupported values or complete system coverage. The declared uncertainties are faithful bounds, not additional verification defects. No material classification defect was established.
