Verification

The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded source account. I checked every substantive passage against the supplied records, the reconciliation's five identity supersessions, and the report and profile verifications' retained limits. No refusal or prior synthesis-verification objection was supplied; the synthesis answers file is empty. This judgment used the handed members only. No source reads, target execution or new evidence were needed.

Boundary, runtime and delivery

The opening establishes SRC-1's frozen revision, cutoff, implementation/doctrine evidence and excluded host responsibilities through the boundary and Source register. It does not turn whole-system functional scope into complete behavioral inspection. Registration, resource installation and model-interpreted execution remain distinct under RT-RTE-host-loading, RT-RTE-resource-install and RT-BAP-skill-instructions. The account correctly distinguishes those instructions from retained decision evidence and executable controller state.

The request-to-work account preserves the selected, prescribed native LFG workflow rather than asserting observed success. Its blocked-plan gate, bounded worker handoff, foreground verification/commit ownership and inability to reconstruct pre-edit observations are supported by RT-RTE-native-work and the workflow account. Isolation and shared-workspace ownership are expressly policy-level, not filesystem guarantees.

The external alternative preserves the executable authorization and integration checks in RT-RTE-external-unit and the distinct control state in RT-OBJ-run-manifest. It does not infer test adequacy, canonical acceptance from worker exit, hostile-worker confinement or complete recovery coverage. The one evidence-reconciliation retry and caller-level require mismatch veto match the workflow account. Native fallback at the child and shipping rejection at the caller are different admission points, not a contradictory fallback guarantee.

Review mechanics and semantic judgments remain separate under EPI-RTE-review-findings. The synthesis correctly withholds quotation authentication and confidence calibration from the helper, and apply authority from mere confirmation. WF-RTE-review-admission supports LFG's narrower mechanical-fix permission. Delivery preserves completed CI-feedback handling, separately authorized merge, local-only completion, needs-human residuals and potentially already-pushed state under RT-RTE-lfg-shipping and the workflow account. Read publicly, these passages do not make DONE, a PR, a green poll or a worker exit interchangeable success evidence.

Retention, warrant and later consumption

The learning account leads with supported reason retention and consumer routes, not an unsupported benefit claim. MEM-OBJ-solutions, MEM-OBJ-concepts and RT-RTE-learning-admission support eligibility, requested rationale and distinct model/human admission roles. The synthesis does not imply that every reason reaches the later planner or that all writes receive human approval.

EPI-RTE-capture-grounding supports the postwrite ordering, narrow mechanical checks, Full semantic adjudication, contradiction handling and Lightweight exception. The public account preserves the existence of evidence-consuming criteria without treating persisted text as accepted or the attributed EPI-CLM-trusted-knowledge as a universal semantic guarantee.

Planning delivery, count rather than token bounds, present-evidence conflict handling and pack trust follow MEM-RTE-learning-retrieval, MEM-RTE-pack-resolution and MEM-RTE-review-retrieval. These are the canonical identities after reconciliation; the superseded epistemic records do not become additional stores or routes. The synthesis preserves imported-warrant and mutable-cache uncertainty and treats EPI-CLM-pack-enforcement as a bounded source claim rather than an unconditional release barrier.

The three experience-to-artifact-to-consumer chains are supported as prescribed routes by MEM-RTE-session-capture, MEM-RTE-handoff-resume and MEM-RTE-experiment-digest. Lossy session reduction, orientation-only handoff consumption, current-user confirmation, temporary storage and local gitignored experiment persistence remain explicit. Their trace-learning characterization is scoped to the write-route sense and does not claim improved future capacity. Requested delivery is not recast as independent push, and unresolved host/ancillary alternatives prevent a pull-only system negative. EPI-RTE-refresh-curation supports the separate treatment of withdrawal, stale marking and independently supported guidance despite implementation conflict.

Improvement and carried limitations

The authoring account and its four separately stated theory-builder conditions match RT-RTE-skill-authoring: localized editing is afforded; consumption, content-directed criticism and iteration are claimed rather than observed. Reflection, reflective theory building, autonomy and learning retain their independent statuses. The hands-off LFG grant does not establish autonomous theory building. EPI-RTE-eval-grading supports bounded evidence production, not automatic revision admission or deployment.

The marked dispositional self-improvement pathway retains its own-system boundary, objective and future installed-session horizon. Missing update/distribution/dependent-operation evidence prevents exercised attribution, while missing outcome comparison separately prevents successful improvement. Generic optimization remains independently scoped under MEM-RTE-experiment-digest; it is not automatically own-method reflection or plugin self-improvement. The closing scenario assessments and proposed resolving evidence remain at the same attribution level as their supporting records, including EPI-CLM-compound-loop.

The synthesis limitations faithfully carry both report-verification limits: partial retained-state/consumer coverage and selective own-method improvement coverage. They name the ancillary routes and retuning uncertainty, cite the underlying records, and withhold exhaustive inventory and feedback-route comparisons without withdrawing the supported principal mechanisms. The profile-verification limit on grouped classification units is also carried with its underlying object/route citations and its consequences for counts, one-to-one comparisons and shared findings. The remaining rows preserve unobserved operation and benefit, opaque hosts/providers, pack/session lineage, mode-specific semantic warrant, and selected recovery/evaluation coverage. The supplied reconciliation identified no unresolved conflict; none is concealed by these rows.

These already stated uncertainties constrain the public conclusions faithfully. They create no additional synthesis defect or unresolved local issue requiring a new limit. No substantive statement requires strengthening a record, importing verifier-only evidence into a new central claim, or treating incomplete inspection as evidenced absence.
