Verification

The handed synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked every substantive passage against the supplied records, annotations, reconciliation and settled verification judgments. Reconciliation supplies no supersessions or unresolved inter-report conflicts. The synthesis answers file is empty, and no refusal or earlier synthesis-verification judgment was supplied. I added no evidence and made no source reads.

Boundary, progression and delivery

The public account states SRC-1's frozen revision, cutoff, implementation/design evidence and partial operational coverage. It does not turn available repository contents into exhaustive inspection or implementation into observed success. The platform characterization and distinction from an external agent's enclosing runtime agree with the boundary.

Task creation, worker progression, decision prompts, result fetch and optional landing agree with RT-RTE-document-formalize and the workflow account. The synthesis preserves ignored terminal writes, the non-cancelling deadline, immediate optional Load without mandatory human review, and SDK rejection propagation. Generation, delivery and admission remain distinct; no successful recovery or automatic revision is inferred.

The candidate-presentation and emission qualifications follow RT-RTE-reading-selection and the formalization record. Twelve structure groups are not described as a token bound; full-document context, omitted alternatives, membership rather than semantic fidelity, and strict versus partial emission retain their consequences.

Retained state and admission

The replay account correctly distinguishes stored decisions from passive audit logs and states their real later parser consumer. Contextual selection keys and sentence/gloss kind keys remain separate. Returned or reviewable rationales are not upgraded to content-directed criticism: MEM-OBJ-selection-record, MEM-OBJ-kind-record and MEM-BAP-recorded-decision.

The learning-related positive is bounded to automatic production of behavior-shaping replay inputs, not improved capacity. The branch-reset/live-only-recording countercase, inline alternative and limited evaluator are faithfully carried from MEM-RTE-draw-retention. The origin statement withholds controlled trace categories rather than denying the identified decision exchanges.

Requested query results, executable program bodies, completion prompts, reopened notebook source and declaration-derived dispatch retain distinct consumers and authority. The account does not collapse internal automatic selectors into an unsolicited enclosing-agent evidence feed: MEM-RTE-query-resources, RT-BAP-retained-program, RT-BAP-completion-prompt, MEM-RTE-notebook-reopen and MEM-BAP-institution-refresh.

Consolidation, tombstones, GC and asynchronous vector derivation preserve the restricted meanings in MEM-RTE-state-maintenance and MEM-RTE-index-refresh. They establish neither semantic summarization nor complete recall or erasure. The admission comparison preserves Load's distinct pipeline, program/INTO alternatives, direct persistence, trusted follow-up and later-batch institution scope: RT-RTE-resource-admission, RT-RTE-program-execution and EPI-RTE-fiber-retention.

Warrant and independent properties

The formal-proof contribution is substantive but conditional. The synthesis preserves claim correspondence, Lean-version gating, the name-only countercase, possible trace production, disposition and later witness-dependent use. Dependency rebinding can withdraw credit. Checker/externalizer trust, self-reported identity, attribution-only categories and ProgramTrace's lack of witness credit remain explicit: EPI-RTE-lean-check, EPI-RTE-verdict-disposition, EPI-RTE-witness-consumption and EPI-OBJ-verification-trace. The README discrepancy is not presented as the current implementation or an analyst conflict.

The statistical gate/effect distinction, direction guard and conditional proposition are preserved. Byte identity and sampled/deferred layout checking do not inherit proof authority: EPI-RTE-statistical-decision, EPI-RTE-file-verification and EPI-RTE-layout-validation.

The scenario assessments do not rank products or assign a system-wide epistemic grade. Local formal content and semantic consumption are distinguished from a fully established explanatory-theory route. Conditions 3–4, improved capacity from criticism, reflection, autonomous theory building and self-improvement remain separate unresolved findings, not system-wide absences. The self-improvement passage identifies missing objective-bearing update evidence and later causal exercise rather than treating retention alone as sufficient. Its requested future evidence would address those specific gaps.

Carried limitations

The Limitations table carries the report verifier's Reflect trace-ingestion omission, its WithRetroactive/no-AutoOnLoad distinction and its consequence for exhaustive acquisition/admission comparisons. It does not infer reflective theory building from the handler name or reopen reconciliation. The affected corpus, admission and witness records remain cited. Profile verification declares no limits to carry. The other rows preserve the records' operational, fidelity, replay-horizon, durability, formal-trust and scientific-acceptance boundaries. No material unsupported strengthening, missing settled limit or new record fault was identified. Existing faithfully scoped uncertainty requires no additional finding.
