Verification

I checked all ten axes, their findings, evidence bases, natural units and coverage assessments against the handed records. The supplied reconciliation contains no supersessions or unresolved cross-report conflicts. The profile rationale preserves the partial operational loop and does not claim observed operation or causal benefit. This verification adds no records or quotations. Source reads: none.

Storage and representation distinguish the layered resource graph, keyed result metadata, vector segments, optional HNSW graph and rebuilt process-resident dispatch state. Symbolic fields, linguistic text and distributed numerical vectors have separate classifications. The recorded substrate and consumer distinctions support those values; external provider weights are not platform memory accumulated through use. Unresolved payload interpretation and storage alternatives remain included rather than being inferred from readable displays.

Lineage separates the live recorder's trace-extracted path, external recording/resource import, computed artifacts and editable notebook source. A known derivation path does not settle initial content or embedding provenance. Write agency similarly separates concrete automatic admission from afforded operator editing/publication and unresolved generic-caller control. Starting a computation is not treated as human approval of each output. Behavioral authority follows consumed parts and effects: replay fields select, rank or withhold decisions; retrieved material supplies reference content and ranking inputs; completion strings guide a model; executable bodies and declarations select operations; retained proof evidence and dependency state govern witness admissibility. The learning finding concerns recorded experience at durable replay-artifact production, separately from downstream routing/ranking and without asserting improved capacity. Curation findings are bounded to actual transformations: layer-range reduction supports consolidate, tombstones and dependency-credit withdrawal support invalidate, and eligible unreachable-layer deletion supports decay as storage forgetting. The previous objection to vector replacement has been repaired. The curation unit now has an inapplicable assessment and no positive findings, and the axis note and maintenance rationale no longer emit evolve. This is supported by MEM-RTE-index-refresh: the bounded mechanism is access-index rebuilding under changed model declarations, which alone establishes no curation operation. The correction does not remove unrelated supported curation findings or convert broader unresolved transformations into inapplicability.

Read-back distinguishes requested resource returns from automatic retained-part selectors within later computations. Requested query, notebook, result and program returns are pull. Keyed replay, declaration-derived dispatch refresh and witness lookup supply selected retained state internally; they are not counted as additional pushes of requested query results. Exact question-key and target/proposition matches support identifier signals, while commit-triggered installation of available dispatch declarations supports coarse selection. Query similarity is not borrowed into the push-signal inventory. Trace learning has a local wired witness in automatic decision-exchange recording into durable replay inputs with an actual later parser/resolver consumer. The branch-reset and live-only-recording countercase limits its horizon, not the existence of the later-consumer route. Raw program traces and numerical indexing retain unresolved qualifying-write assessments rather than unsupported negatives. The trace-source axis withholds controlled origin categories: the records identify document context and model decision exchanges but do not establish conversational-session, tool-execution, environmental-event or linked-trajectory origin. Some units group objects or mechanisms, but the supported findings retain their local consumers and warrants. These groupings do not make a materially false complete-value assertion. Partial axes keep included uninspected alternatives, and trace_source remains not-determinable without a positive origin finding. These are faithfully scoped uncertainties, not additional publication limits. No remaining unsupported emitted value, false absence or materially misleading complete-coverage assessment was identified.
