Verification
The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked its substantive statements and limitation rows against the supplied boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members, applied reconciliation's outcome-feedback supersession, and checked carriage of the report and profile verification findings. No previous synthesis refusal was supplied; the synthesis answers file is empty. No source reads, target execution or additional evidence were needed. This judgment concerns meaning and materiality, not a repetition of deterministic link or quotation checks.
The opening correctly leads with connected trace-to-guidance and trace-to-standing contributions, then separates those contributions from improved future capacity. Its whole-system label describes the shipped functional boundary, not exhaustive inspection or deployment evidence. The repository, revision, cutoff, external dependencies and source-only basis agree with the boundary. CLI, HTTP dispatch and hook initiation are memory-service responsibilities; the external agent retains task execution and can ignore advice (RT-RTE-http-tools, RT-RTE-context-read; SRC-1 src/commands/serve.ts, src/commands/context.ts).
The representative workflow is connected rather than assembled from unrelated capabilities. The workflow account and its annotation support diary persistence, bounded model handoffs, repeated proposals from an unchanged formatted snapshot, conditional admission, ordered persistence, partial progress and retry. The synthesis preserves the distinction between detached initiation, saved guidance and actual later use. It also retains dry-run diary effects and the absence of a cross-file transaction (SRC-1 src/orchestrator.ts, src/diary.ts, src/reflect.ts, src/tracking.ts).
Admission findings neither weaken inspectable architecture because operation is missing nor upgrade every admission to warranted acceptance. EPI-RTE-evidence-check and EPI-RTE-validation-disposition support conditional evidence-consuming acceptance and downstream lineage-linked integration. The synthesis preserves curation survival, gate bypasses, unchecked candidates, textual rather than causal support, and the lack of an independent refinement recheck. Its warning-only contradiction account agrees with RT-RTE-reflection-update and MEM-RTE-rule-curation; contrary directives are not rejected by duplicate matching. Manual/onboarding, portable/starter and trauma-initializer branches remain distinct admission mechanisms, without an invented universal human approval or validation gate (SRC-1 src/validate.ts, src/curate.ts, src/commands/playbook.ts, src/commands/init.ts).
Reuse and authority are faithfully scoped. The projected-bullet budget is approximate and can be exceeded by the first relevant bullet; it is not a host-window guarantee. Returned content omits evidential metadata, and reasoning can be shortened, stale or absent from the next reflector's view. Alternate readers and exported snapshots do not inherit task selection guarantees. External snapshot loading and later read direction remain unresolved (RT-RTE-context-read, MEM-OBJ-reasoning, MEM-RTE-provenance-read; SRC-1 src/commands/context.ts, src/reflect.ts, src/commands/project.ts). Requested agent context is not conflated with automatic supply to CM's update and control consumers.
Feedback adaptation uses the canonical MEM-RTE-outcome-feedback, not the superseded epistemic route. Displayed IDs do not prove use or causal credit. The policy inversion and default-success diary deductions remain distinct from reliable generalization. Withdrawal preserves negative matching state but does not erase every export or independent blocklist. The guard is a conditional denial channel, with Bash-only pre-tool coverage, fail-open cases and external enforcement; the CLI warning is not attributed to the shared HTTP generator (EPI-RTE-curator-inversion, EPI-RTE-diary-inference, MEM-RTE-rule-withdrawal, RT-RTE-trauma-guard; SRC-1 src/outcome.ts, src/curate.ts, src/diary.ts, src/playbook.ts, src/trauma_guard_script.ts).
The assessment preserves the runtime's separate theory-builder conditions and distinguishes implemented reflection from reflective method revision and autonomous theory building. It does not infer criticism-driven improvement from counts or persistence. Its self-improvement claim is explicitly dispositional, at later CM invocations, toward independently describable useful guidance; exercised dependence and successful improvement are withheld. Retained updates can change CM's own selection and proposal inputs without changing code or weights. This bounded claim is supported by RT-RTE-reflection-update and MEM-RTE-outcome-feedback. Unexecuted ranking fixtures and stubbed loop tests are not reported as outcomes (MEM-CLM-evaluation-limits, EPI-RTE-retrieval-benchmark; SRC-1 src/orchestrator.ts, src/commands/context.ts, test/learning-loop.e2e.test.ts, test/context-retrieval-benchmark.test.ts).
The Limitations table carries both unresolved operative-part issues with their prevented conclusions, as well as execution, provenance, criticism, recovery, safety and partial-coverage constraints. The profile verification declares no additional limits; its unresolved merge semantics and later-host direction are nevertheless preserved in the public text. No unsupported complete comparison, observed benefit, system-wide absence or universal safety guarantee survives. The two inventory faults below are publishable limits because the relevant transformations and consumer distinctions remain explicit and the synthesis already withholds complete per-part comparisons. Other faithfully expressed uncertainties are not additional defects.

Limits
- EPI-OBJ-session-diary and MEM-OBJ-diary-entry do not separately declare the symbolic outcome-status part. EPI-RTE-diary-inference still supports the default-success transformation (SRC-1
src/diary.ts). As already carried in synthesis limitations, readers must withhold a complete independently addressable inventory of diary status, checks and authority, and must not treat every diary field as linguistic extraction. The bounded trace-to-guidance and trace-to-standing existence conclusions remain supported. - EPI-OBJ-validation-result combines fixed-consumer counts/verdicts with linguistic reason/refinement without separate operative-part declarations. EPI-RTE-validation-disposition and the workflow annotation preserve boolean progression versus text substitution and the missing independent recheck (SRC-1
src/validate.ts,src/orchestrator.ts). As already carried in synthesis limitations, readers must withhold a complete per-part inventory and equivalence of original-candidate acceptance with refined-text warrant. Conditional checking, admission and downstream integration remain supported.
