Verification
The five supplied members support a bounded implementation/doctrine account. No material defect requiring correction was found. I read all reports, reconciliation, types and the record contract; the four correction-answer inputs are empty and the supplied structural report says none. There is therefore no structural finding requiring routing. I independently inspected the frozen source rather than adopting the analysts' validation results. Checkout HEAD matches the reviewed boundary and its working tree is clean. Source reads below are SRC-1 implementation or explicitly identified doctrine/design from the Source register. No target, test, example, service or model was executed.
Runtime and effect boundaries
I checked RT-CMP-beads-rust, RT-OBJ-agent-blurb, all nine runtime routes and their consequential guarantees against the dispatcher, storage consumers and alternate driver. SRC-1 anchors include src/main.rs, Cargo.toml, src/storage/sqlite.rs, src/cli/commands/create.rs, src/cli/commands/update.rs, src/cli/commands/ready.rs, src/cli/commands/close.rs, src/mcp/mod.rs, src/mcp/tools.rs, src/mcp/prompts.rs, src/cli/commands/agents.rs and src/cli/commands/upgrade.rs.
- RT-RTE-create-issue: storage validates entry and capacity inside mutation; ordinary structured output loads the stored issue before the later auto-flush attempt. The report correctly avoids extending that ordering to every no-db or batch branch.
- RT-RTE-ready-query and RT-RTE-claim-issue: external blockers are removed before the visible limit; claim eligibility and assignment are rechecked inside the write transaction. Same-actor reclaim is conditional on exclusivity. Neither a ready result nor an actor string establishes a lease or authenticated ownership.
- RT-RTE-close-issue: the CLI close-policy check, storage transition enforcement, explicit bypass and later auxiliary metadata are separate consumers. MCP validates closure and supplies a non-bypass update. The report preserves the exceptions rather than claiming universal semantic acceptance or complete auditing.
- RT-RTE-mcp-request: request policy refresh, write/sync authority and pending-merge checks precede the mutation closure; finish handling can report a committed mutation with export pending and retry disabled. Registration contains seven tools, twelve resources and four prompts, not seven mutation tools.
- RT-RTE-jsonl-import: dedicated import writers and relation synchronization are not interactive create/claim/close replay. Foreign-key restoration follows the apply transaction. The report's restricted admission and rollback conclusions hold.
- RT-RTE-triage-prompt, RT-RTE-agents-update and RT-RTE-upgrade-binary: respectively return selected data/guidance, replace recognized older instructions after the applicable confirmation/force path, and checksum-gate executable replacement. None establishes downstream compliance, semantic approval or improvement.
The source passages and force descriptions in RT-BAP-agent-instructions and RT-BAP-triage-guidance support delivery to external readers, not internal model execution. RT-CLM-work-cycle accurately attributes the blurb's weaker status-only claim instruction. RT-CLM-explicit-sync correctly identifies a source-native contradiction: the skill says never automatic, while create and MCP perform automatic export attempts. This is not an unresolved disagreement among the analysts.
Retained parts and later consumers
I checked every memory declaration, its annotations and its consumer qualifications. SRC-1 src/model/mod.rs, src/inheritance.rs, src/cli/commands/show.rs, src/cli/commands/update.rs, src/mcp/tools.rs and src/mcp/resources.rs support the distinctions among MEM-OBJ-issue, MEM-OBJ-dependency, MEM-OBJ-agent-context and MEM-OBJ-event. Prose interpretation, fixed selection predicates, mutable ancestor instructions and mutation traces do not acquire the same authority merely because they share a database.
MEM-RTE-inherited-context and MEM-BAP-inherited-guidance correctly restrict delivery to opt-in ancestor bookends and distinguish structured show from text-only update enrichment. MCP detail handlers do not add ancestor blocks. MEM-RTE-state-read preserves the difference between loading events and emitting them: show_issue loads up to twenty and projects ten, whereas the issue resource omits recent_events. Scheduler candidate filtering/capping precedes fixed scoring. MEM-RTE-guided-context correctly treats all three additional prompts as projected current-state context plus instructions, not automatically retained recommendations. Direct reads of src/mcp/prompts.rs confirm row/sample caps, description-length/default-priority proxies and the status period's guidance-only effect. These are not token budgets or evidence of semantic quality.
SRC-1 src/cli/commands/query.rs confirms MEM-OBJ-saved-query and MEM-RTE-saved-query: persisted filters are decoded, merged with invocation overrides and passed to list, rather than replaying saved results. src/cli/commands/audit.rs confirms MEM-OBJ-audit-entry and MEM-RTE-audit-record: caller records and normalized coordination evidence are appended, while label admission looks up a parent ID. That lookup does not establish a semantic learning consumer.
MEM-OBJ-gate-result and MEM-RTE-gate-report agree with the more detailed epistemic records below. SRC-1 src/cli/commands/gate.rs identifies these as local auxiliary metadata, not ordinary issue JSONL. src/storage/sqlite.rs, src/sync/mod.rs, src/sync/history.rs and src/cli/commands/history.rs support MEM-OBJ-history-backup and MEM-RTE-state-withdrawal: tombstoning, hard purge, export omission and file restore have different effects. Deduplication, throttling and rotation prevent a per-edit backup guarantee; protected pre-salvage copies differ from ordinary history. Restoring verified JSONL bytes is not restoration of DB-only evidence or host context. MEM-CLM-compaction-scope is supported by legacy model fields, the physical compaction path in src/config/mod.rs and the explicitly conditional doctrine in docs/COMPACTION_RETENTION.md. The candidate's name does not establish semantic summarization or activation.
Epistemic checks and workflow delivery
I checked EPI-OBJ-issue-text, EPI-OBJ-issue-state, EPI-OBJ-gate-result and all five epistemic routes against SRC-1 src/close_policy.rs, src/storage/sqlite.rs, src/cli/commands/gate.rs, src/cli/commands/lint.rs and src/cli/commands/delete.rs. The ledger distinguishes acquisition, retention, checking, disposition and operational use without inferring lifecycle integration from storage.
The complete gate chain in EPI-RTE-gate-report, EPI-RTE-gate-check and EPI-RTE-gate-admission is supported: scope is rechecked at report insertion, history is folded by case-insensitive gate/provider within the current transition revision, and violations reject guarded non-bypass updates. The current-state mirror is not the enforcing history. The pass-then-fail, other-provider-pass and old-revision examples follow from the inspected fold and predicate; they are source deductions, not executed tests. Provider labels and notes do not authenticate reviewers or verify the underlying task. The report correctly restricts entailed results to represented-state predicates and structural checks.
EPI-RTE-lint-check correctly distinguishes template presence from adequacy and structured diagnostics from human/quiet warning exit handling. EPI-RTE-delete-state describes operational withdrawal, not epistemic refutation. The product wording in EPI-CLM-issue-tracking supports the named tracker role, not autonomous truth discovery or measured benefit.
The workflow account and WF-CLM-session-delivery match SRC-1 doctrine in docs/AGENT_INTEGRATION.md, .claude/skills/br/SKILL.md and src/cli/commands/agents.rs. The full skill actually connects show, stronger claim, external work, reasoned closure, queue re-query and Git publication. Closure rejection and post-commit metadata handling match src/cli/commands/close.rs. The report keeps tracker closure, export and external Git delivery separate and does not invent a worker handoff or successful execution.
Relations, omissions and stopping decision
I checked the two supersessions and all stated overlaps in reconciliation. Both gate-object declarations denote the same local scoped result/history, and both gate-report routes denote the same report operation. Supersession preserves memory-specific portability findings rather than replacing them with stronger evidence. Broader issue prose, selection state and maintenance containers remain valid beside narrower epistemic scopes. No supplied declaration asserts a Part of: relation; I found no missing required containment relation to the records supplied to its author, or a combined record requiring a corrective split. The reconciliation dispositions cover the memory integration issues, preserve the sync mismatch and report no unsupported inter-report conflict. There is no unresolved conflict requiring a separate disposition.
Omission questions were selected from the tracked top-level tree, CLI dispatcher, MCP registration and producer/consumer dependencies, not just quoted anchors. First, could an alternate shipped driver or inherited instruction consumer invalidate the caller-led account? MCP tools/resources and CLI show/update tracing support that account while exposing the already-recorded delivery differences. Second, could planning/ranking or retained evaluation turn the tracker into an internal semantic evaluator or trace-fed method updater? Scheduler candidate-to-score tracing, the four prompt producers, gate consumers and scoped searches for interaction-log references in src/ and scripts/ establish additional fixed selection and report-consumption behavior, not that stronger conclusion. This corroborates the reports' bounded findings; it is not evidence of repository-wide absence. Third, could recovery or compaction justify complete memory portability? Import, export eligibility, purge and history tracing instead confirm the stated counterexamples and conditional activation distinction.
Further omission expansion stopped because these selected challenges have supported dispositions, no identified material contradiction remains, and the reports already withhold complete recovery, auxiliary-state provenance, installation-route equivalence, exhaustive evaluator coverage and cross-endpoint ranking comparisons. Available but uninspected acceptance/capacity, maintenance and distribution branches remain possible additions, not evidenced absences. Their presence does not invalidate the positive issue-memory, conditional admission and caller-led workflow findings. All route implementation statuses remain source-supported wired; operation remains uninspected. No absence record, observed-operation claim or causal claim is emitted. Existing scoped uncertainty is retained, not converted into a new verification defect.
