Verification

I checked all ten axes in the memory profile against the handed records, including the unresolved inventory and the reconciliation's two gate supersessions. The canonical gate object and reporting route are EPI-OBJ-gate-result and EPI-RTE-gate-report. The profile preserves the distinction between report retention, effective-history checking and transition admission. No replacement records or source quotations were introduced. Source-read log: none.

Storage and form retain the important operative-part distinctions: SQLite state versus retained files, prose interpreted by readers versus fixed-rule fields, and unknown arbitrary members of open-shaped context. Issue serialization does not become a new form or a graph substrate. Local event/gate state is not silently classified as portable issue JSONL (MEM-OBJ-issue, MEM-OBJ-agent-context, MEM-OBJ-event, EPI-OBJ-gate-result). Grouping the same-substrate or same-form witnesses is coarse but does not upgrade the separately retained unknown alternatives.

Lineage separates caller-supplied content, imported records and mechanically constructed or copied artifacts. Authored lineage does not assert human agency or resolve earlier provenance. The partial inventory does not claim to enumerate every derivation (RT-RTE-jsonl-import, MEM-OBJ-history-backup, MEM-RTE-audit-record).

Behavioral authority follows actual consumers: prose supplies reference material; ancestor text supplies directions; saved filters select query scope; issue state influences candidate order and eligibility; scoped verdicts and retained parent IDs supply admissibility criteria and vetoes. Gate notes are not promoted to semantic verification. Installed-file instruction loading remains afforded rather than wired host behavior (MEM-RTE-state-read, MEM-BAP-inherited-guidance, MEM-RTE-saved-query, EPI-RTE-gate-check, EPI-RTE-gate-admission, RT-BAP-agent-instructions).

The positive write-agency and curation findings have support: software generates bookkeeping and recovery copies; updates revise entries; tombstones and effective-history selection withdraw reliance; ordinary backup maintenance deduplicates and forgets generations. Guided backlog editing remains an affordance, not a completed transformation. Instruction replacement is incompletely represented, as stated below (MEM-OBJ-event, MEM-OBJ-history-backup, MEM-RTE-state-withdrawal, MEM-RTE-guided-context).

Read-back correctly separates requested returns from additional ancestor enrichment. The latter has an actual ancestry-identity selector, eligible source blocks and a two-block budget; it is not merely an identifier printed on a requested file. The automatic enrichment can be push within a caller-triggered chain without being an independently scheduled injection. Unknown host loading prevents exhaustive direction/signal coverage (MEM-RTE-inherited-context, MEM-RTE-state-read).

Trace learning and trace source remain unresolved rather than negative. Raw event retention and explicit audit labels do not establish an automatic trace-to-durable-guidance chain with a later consumer. Compaction terminology supplies no missing chain. No observed operation or causal support is inferred from source wiring (MEM-RTE-audit-record, MEM-CLM-compaction-scope). The partial and unresolved assessments preserve material auxiliary, recovery and distribution gaps; they do not assert complete system coverage.

Limits

• The profile's write_agency unit combining caller admissions and instruction replacement is overly cautious about the force branch: RT-RTE-agents-update establishes confirmation-free, machine-driven admission of the software-constructed replacement. Architectural classification does not require an exercised invocation. Its automatic admission is not separately retained in the profile's inventory. Withhold mechanism-level comparisons of instruction-replacement agency; generic caller admissions remain unresolved. This is a local omission, not a publication blocker: the axis is partial, its system union already includes supported automatic writes, and it asserts neither manual replacement nor absence of automatic replacement.
• The partial curation_operations inventory does not separately classify replacement of recognized older installed guidance by RT-RTE-agents-update, although installed mutable instructions are inside the profile's scope. That route supports revision of an existing instruction artifact, independently of trace learning. Withhold a complete inventory of instruction-maintenance transformations. The emitted evolve finding and other positive curation findings remain supported; this omission adds no new system-level value and the axis does not claim complete coverage.
