Verification
Checked all ten axes of the memory profile, including each unit's scope, assessment, findings, evidence basis and unresolved alternatives. The judgment uses the handed reports and reconciliation, not new source evidence. The supplied profile answers are empty; no predecessor objection settles this judgment.
Storage and form. Files and SQLite are supported for the named retained inventory. Graph, FTS and vector access structures do not require separate substrate values. Grouped storage units contain objects sharing the same substrate and coverage; their notes and citations identify the constituent parts. Form units separate readable bodies/snippets/values, machine-interpreted fields and dense numerical state. The cache's expansion strings remain separate from its symbolic intent/date fields. The profile does not classify dense vectors from their display snippets or infer online model-weight updates. These distinctions are supported by MEM-OBJ-vault-notes, MEM-OBJ-file-record, MEM-OBJ-chunk-record, MEM-OBJ-folder-centroids and RT-OBJ-llm-cache. Unresolved provenance or consumer activation does not itself invalidate known substrate or form.
Lineage and agency. Imported incoming content, compiled derivatives and move-trace-derived updates have distinct recorded paths. Original authorship, weight provenance and telemetry producers remain unresolved rather than acquiring an authored value from adapter labels. Automatic agency is attached to software transformations and admission, not to the mere physical write. Generic caller-controlled content, replacements, withdrawal and migration decisions retain unresolved human control. Starting setup, indexing or a migration is not treated as per-content human approval. See RT-RTE-note-admission, RT-RTE-setup-apply, RT-RTE-para-migration and MEM-OBJ-cli-event.
Authority. Knowledge at client delivery, ranking/routing at retrieval and placement, learning at the centroid-update consumer, and validation/enforcement at append's mtime check are supported separately. Grouped units name the retained parts and distinguish their effects; the learning finding does not confer learning authority on every centroid consumer. Optional preview inspection stays afforded, while untraced log consumers keep the axis partial. No instruction value is inferred from external model interpretation, and static HTTP/read-only controls are not substituted for use-derived memory authority. See MEM-RTE-vault-readback, RT-RTE-query-search, MEM-RTE-placement-feedback and RT-RTE-note-admission.
Curation. Identity extraction supports reduction of retained content and replacement of the derived view. Synthesis is supported by category/association promotion, not merely checkbox stripping or lost qualifications: the reconciled findings of EPI-RTE-identity-extract survive on MEM-RTE-identity-context. Feedback revision/subtraction, archive withdrawal with a retained body, hard deletion/database clearing and afforded telemetry pruning support the other emitted operations. The profile preserves soft-delete and maintenance uncertainty and does not mistake transient search deduplication for retained-memory deduplication. See MEM-RTE-note-withdrawal and MEM-OBJ-cli-event.
Read-back and selectors. Requested content returns remain pull. Automatic supply of cached policy, profile, registry, centroids and selected update inputs is distinguished within those chains rather than counting every tool return twice. Query-hash lookup selects an actual cached result; registry matching and moved-file matching select retained parts. Semantic placement compares new-content embeddings to retained centroids. Profile availability and fixed extraction gates support coarse supply, while text predicates support lexical selection. Each signal names its trigger, input and selected part. Untraced consumers remain unresolved. See RT-OBJ-llm-cache, MEM-OBJ-vault-profile, RT-RTE-index-refresh, MEM-RTE-identity-context and MEM-RTE-placement-feedback.
Trace learning and source. The local wired yes follows the automatic move-fed centroid write through its later placement consumer. Event-stream origin is supported for the filesystem move, while the origin of content represented by old vectors remains a separate unresolved unit. Neither raw correction-log retention nor CLI storage APIs establish another qualifying learning route. Partial assessments preserve possible additional origins and consumers without inventing session-log, tool-trace or trajectory values. The inconsistent centroid keys/counts and limited feedback eligibility constrain aggregate semantics and benefit, not existence of this pathway. See MEM-OBJ-folder-centroids, MEM-OBJ-placement-corrections, MEM-OBJ-cli-event and MEM-RTE-placement-feedback.
Reconciliation's identity, health and feedback supersessions preserve the cited findings; no unresolved cross-report conflict changes a value. The workflow account also preserves the distinction between software admission, persistent effects and successful delivery. All emitted findings remain wired or afforded, not observed or causally supported. The profile's explicit unresolved units are faithfully scoped uncertainty, not additional verification limits. No unsupported comparison value, false complete-coverage assessment or material omission was established.
