Verification
Checked all ten axes of the memory profile, including their inventory boundaries, unit assessments, positive findings and evidence bases. The judgment uses the handed runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow records. Superseded epistemic body, metadata, trace and access-reinforcement records were resolved to the canonical memory records through the supplied reconciliation. The remaining runtime containers and epistemic functional parts are distinct rather than duplicate payloads. No source reads or new quotations were needed.
Storage and form. The storage_substrate: known assessment is supported for the named note, trace and index inventory. MEM-OBJ-memory-body, MEM-OBJ-memory-meta, MEM-OBJ-trace-events, MEM-OBJ-markdown-index and MEM-OBJ-machine-index establish filesystem persistence and freshly derived in-memory access dictionaries. Adjacency fields do not require a separate graph-storage finding. The form units distinguish readable prose from symbolic envelopes, terms, fields and graph consumption. Afforded external interpretation is not upgraded to observed use. The saved YAML export's symbolic representation does not imply a reload route. These distinctions support representational_form: known without claiming complete external host knowledge.
Lineage. The partial axis preserves acquisition, caller authorship and deterministic local derivation without treating them as interchangeable. RT-RTE-memory-write and EPI-RTE-content-retention support caller-supplied prose and import; EPI-RTE-maintenance-rewrite supports derived descriptions and repair fields. Initial filesystem provenance remains unresolved. The trace-to-prose unit does not infer trace extraction merely from unverified source IDs. This uncertainty does not suppress the known local derivations of indexes and metadata.
Behavioral authority. The partial inventory distinguishes external reference/advice from inspected selector effects. EPI-RTE-recall-selection, MEM-OBJ-memory-meta and MEM-OBJ-machine-index support ranking and routing. EPI-RTE-lifecycle-disposition supports the specifically bounded default-recall veto, not universal access enforcement. Raw traces supply reference material and an afforded review-to-update role under RT-RTE-trace-consolidation; its learning-authority finding is not a claim of automatic synthesis or improved capacity. Unknown host interpretation remains inside partial coverage. No validation authority is inferred from fixed package schemas or unconsumed source labels.
Write agency. The partial assessment follows admission mechanisms rather than physical writes. Generic content-supplying callers and initial file editors remain unresolved. Automatic successor selection, generated fields, access increments and maintenance edits have separate positive findings supported by EPI-RTE-write-admission, MEM-RTE-access-reinforcement and RT-RTE-store-maintenance. Starting an operation is not treated as individual approval of its generated changes. Conversely, unknown caller identity is not converted into either manual authorship or automatic semantic admission.
Curation. The partial axis has supported local witnesses for revision, reduction, withdrawal, downweighting and promotion. The retained-description and Markdown-display reductions are tied to content transformations, not machine-index rebuilding alone. EPI-RTE-maintenance-rewrite also preserves truncation's semantic risk; loss of a necessary condition does not by itself establish synthesis. EPI-RTE-lifecycle-disposition, RT-RTE-context-recall and MEM-RTE-access-reinforcement support invalidate, expiry decay and salience promotion respectively. The external trace-to-prose transformation remains unresolved rather than acquiring a consolidation value from the command name.
Read-back direction and signal. The known direction inventory covers requested note retrieval, requested trace review and saved Markdown-index loading. RT-RTE-context-recall, EPI-RTE-trace-review and MEM-OBJ-markdown-index support pull. Ranking, neighbor expansion and response formatting fulfill the request rather than establish a second push operation. The saved YAML export has no established consumer under MEM-OBJ-machine-index. The resulting signal inapplicability is supported by the assessed pull-only shipped delivery inventory, not by treating unknown external host behavior as absent.
Trace learning and source. Both axes retain not-determinable assessments without positive findings or unsupported negatives. RT-RTE-trace-consolidation establishes caller-led review and supplied final prose, not resolved automatic semantic control or checked trace-to-output linkage. MEM-RTE-access-reinforcement establishes automatic durable numerical adaptation, but its recorded inputs are selected IDs and existing metadata; a qualifying recorded trace-fed derivation is not established. Raw event persistence alone is insufficient. The profile does not require demonstrated improvement for a wired classification, nor make trace source inapplicable from an unestablished negative. Event labels and NDJSON encoding do not establish original source content.
The workflow's recall annotation independently preserves delivery to the caller rather than an owned model continuation. Across the axes, wired implementation, afforded external roles and unresolved control remain separate. No observed or causal basis is asserted. The retained uncertainties are faithfully scoped and do not constitute additional publication limits. No material unsupported comparison value or false complete-coverage assessment was found.
