Reconciliation

Boundary and evidence

The reports share the frozen boundary and Source register. Implementation and attributed design establish their routes; no supplied execution or causal comparison establishes activation, reliable compliance or improvement. Whole-system target scope does not make specialist inspection exhaustive. Uninspected alternatives remain limits rather than absences. This reconciliation uses the supplied members and their evidence passages; it required no source reads. No analyst correction answers or declined objections were supplied.

Duplicate identities

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-memory-record is superseded by MEM-OBJ-memory-content. Both identify MemoryRecord.content, the natural-language caller/extractor-produced text passed through encoding to storage and later model consumers. The epistemic insertion-constructor passage and memory content-field passage establish identity. This connects the epistemic inventory, extraction, retention and mutation findings to the memory object without changing their warrant judgments. The memory object also covers raw fallback blobs and consolidated replacements; these are not thereby verified assertions.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-feedback-lessons is superseded by MEM-RTE-feedback-lessons. Both identify Flow feedback distillation into unified memory and later recalled-content pre-review of compatible outputs. Their shared recall-query passage, lesson submission and output-replacement descriptions establish the same producer, retention chain and later consumer. The epistemic ledger's transformation finding connects to the memory route and MEM-BAP-feedback-review. Supersession changes no finding, inspection limit or operation status. Both current routes explicitly allow other public memories into review context; the route identity does not imply exclusively lesson-derived context.

Valid containers, parts and distinct referents

The remaining overlaps do not establish whole-record identity:

  • EPI-RTE-memory-extraction, EPI-RTE-consolidation-check and EPI-RTE-plan-application describe separate stages of MEM-RTE-memory-encoding. Shared fallback and fast-path passages connect them. The memory container additionally covers embedding and deduplication. Its findings remain valid with the stages separated, so no split supersession is warranted. The epistemic ledger separates checking, disposition and retention functions without declaring additional route identities.
  • EPI-RTE-memory-selection describes RecallFlow ranking/exploration and tool formatting within MEM-RTE-memory-recall. The latter additionally covers automatic callers, shallow selection, scopes/slices and budgets. Their common formatter passage connects delivery behavior, not equal route boundaries. Retain both.
  • EPI-RTE-memory-mutation covers caller update/forget and reset routing within MEM-RTE-memory-maintenance. The memory record adds reset-all behavior and CLI/TUI inventory. These are bounded and broader accounts of explicit maintenance, not identical whole routes.
  • EPI-RTE-knowledge-import describes base ingestion/query; MEM-RTE-knowledge-context extends that chain through string-source/storage handling to task-prompt delivery. Their source-add passage connects the ingestion segment. Neither supersedes the other. MEM-OBJ-knowledge-chunks is retained payload, not either route.
  • EPI-OBJ-consolidation-plan is a transient proposal containing actions, reasons and possible replacement text, not stored memory content or MEM-OBJ-memory-metadata. EPI-OBJ-memory-match wraps a record with score/reasons/gaps; it is not the stored content, metadata or MEM-OBJ-memory-vector. Shared fields do not establish duplicate object identity.
  • EPI-OBJ-feedback-lessons identifies distilled payload entering the general memory-content population, not that entire population or the feedback route. It is distinct from RT-OBJ-trained-agents, whose role-keyed pickle suggestions have another producer and selector, and from configured RT-OBJ-skill. Feedback themes or eventual model consumption do not identify these objects.

MEM-RTE-feedback-lessons declares containment in RT-RTE-flow-execution. MEM-RTE-output-replay declares a retained-output entry into RT-RTE-crew-kickoff. Neither is a duplicate of its enclosing route. MEM-RTE-checkpoint-restore instead spans Crew, standalone RT-RTE-agent-kickoff and Flow consumers; it is not wholly contained in one. MEM-OBJ-runtime-state is the checkpoint reconstruction payload, distinct from MEM-OBJ-flow-state's UUID snapshots and pending-feedback state. UUID hydration does not by itself skip completed methods as checkpoint resumption can.

Runtime and workflow connections

The workflow account and annotations specialize kickoff, RT-RTE-agent-delegation and RT-RTE-output-guardrail; workflow declares no competing records. Code schedules configured tasks while the manager model selects intermediate delegation. Recipient preparation bounds the available coworkers. Direct coworker agent execution returns an observation to the manager without independently running the outer Task lifecycle. Therefore the outer gate checks the manager's candidate, not necessarily each coworker result. Separate task frames restrict transcript transfer, not process authority or persistent effects.

Workflow adds validation-error retry context, ordered-check replacement limits, later hook mutation and last-truthy-output aggregation. These qualify progression and delivery without contradicting RT-CLM-output-validation, which already limits its contract to configured Task progression. API return is the selected delivery boundary, not verified receipt or immutable artifact certification. Delegation and successful recovery remain unobserved.

Independent convergence and integration dispositions

The previous reconciliation's source-selection disagreement is not present in the current records. EPI-RTE-feedback-lessons, its ledger row and EPI-OBJ-feedback-lessons now explicitly distinguish distilled lesson lineage from the broader review-context population. The epistemic route supplies the deep-recall predicate admitting public records regardless of source, agreeing with MEM-RTE-memory-recall, MEM-RTE-feedback-lessons and MEM-OBJ-memory-metadata. Both positions currently state that learn_source controls private-record visibility rather than excluding public non-lessons. No current dependent finding requires the old exclusive-source interpretation. The shared conclusion remains bounded: the reviewer receives selected content as lessons, not necessarily exclusively feedback-derived content or authenticated provenance. No correction-answer disposition is inferred from this textual change.

Independent reads in MEM-CLM-retention-limits and EPI-RTE-plan-application converge on update reconstruction omitting source/private while retaining other fields. A limitation claim and an application route are distinct records. The memory claim states the default-field privacy/provenance counterexample; the epistemic route states omitted propagation and limits warrant. Neither establishes an observed leak or backend-wide transaction guarantee. The transient plan's reasons do not thereby become retained rationale available to later models.

Both recall accounts distinguish relevance ranking from factual warrant and identify formatter omission of explicit evidence gaps and source fields. The memory route adds unchanged re-search selector inputs and final ranked-record return. The epistemic description of intermediate missing-information reports does not claim those reports reach the foreground model. These accounts converge rather than conflict.

The memory integration issues require no runtime correction. Task memory saving precedes the Task gate, whereas standalone saving follows its own gate; memory encoding and the epistemic guardrail ledger preserve that distinction. Rejection does not retract prior memory or tool effects. RT-CLM-tool-veto covers intercepted RT-RTE-tool-dispatch, not automatic memory saves, direct APIs or arbitrary Flow bodies. Maintenance's differing read-only checks do not contradict this local hook contract.

RT-RTE-crew-training and memory annotations connect raw outputs/feedback to evaluated role-keyed instructions and RT-BAP-training-instructions. This is retained instruction adaptation, not provider-weight training or per-suggestion human approval. The reports independently leave exercised causal dependence, objective improvement and formulated theory criticism unestablished. RT-RTE-context-summary and its memory annotation agree on history replacement and next-invocation summary consumption without guaranteed lossless recovery. RT-RTE-skill-disclosure and RT-BAP-skill-instructions concern configured instruction loading, not automatic trace-fed skill writing. These consumers differ from recall-selected MEM-BAP-memory-context.

EPI-RTE-test-scoring adds model-score reporting, not training admission or Task progression. EPI-RTE-eval-gate and EPI-CLM-eval-exit add local CLI status consumption of an opaque hosted verdict, not duplicate Task validation. These additions do not contradict the runtime's selected forcing cases. Neither deployed CI gating nor remote judgment quality is established.

Backend merge/deletion, non-string parsing, custom persistence, pending-feedback continuation, checkpoint fidelity, adapter/file consumers and incomplete wrapper/TUI inspection remain named coverage limits. They prevent complete durability, withdrawal, provenance, isolation or recovery conclusions without negating the positive routes. No unresolved cross-report disagreement remains in the supplied findings; faithful uncertainty is retained rather than promoted into a conflict or settled by a stronger status.
