Exocomp synthesis verification

Verification
The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked its substantive statements against the complete supplied boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members, their annotations, reconciliation supersessions, and the accepted report and profile judgments. No refusal or previous synthesis-verification was supplied; the synthesis answers file is empty. No source read, target execution or additional evidence was needed. This judgment concerns support and faithful qualification, not a repetition of deterministic form or quotation checks.
Progression and consequential qualifications
The opening correctly identifies the enclosing runtime, frozen commit, cutoff and whole-system functional boundary without claiming exhaustive inspection. Its distinction between implementation, declared design, unused historical artifacts and unobserved operation agrees with boundary and evidence. It does not attribute provider internals, host isolation or distribution success to the target.
The request and delegation account is supported by RT-RTE-planner-chat, RT-RTE-contractor-work, RT-CMP-planner-model, RT-CMP-coder-model and MEM-OBJ-agent-messages. First-choice response handling, sequential dispatch, tool-free return, separate child conversations, selected report delivery and retained transcripts are not promoted into completion or correctness guarantees. The child/default-model statement remains separate from parent bookkeeping and immutable model identity.
The selected Go-feature workflow remains an instructed lifecycle over implemented mechanisms. The synthesis gives the Define* dispatch obstruction its material consequence: delegation cannot establish production of the new specification artifact expected by later workers. This is supported by WF-CLM-project-phases and MEM-RTE-requirement-update, while preserving direct-method capacity and existing-record consumption. Its scenario assessment does not silently reconstruct a successful end-to-end workflow from those remaining capabilities.
The account of immediate file effects, allowed host programs, lexical rather than symlink-resolving checks and unenforced semantic role restrictions is supported by RT-RTE-file-admission, RT-RTE-program-execution and RT-CLM-role-separation. These are capability and enforcement findings, not observed escapes. Installed tools and tool-specific HasMethod predicates, including the Answer exception, are correctly distinguished from literal role-array membership. Direct clients bypass model selection and the chat busy-state gate without bypassing downstream dispatch predicates; deployment exposure is left unresolved. See RT-OBJ-role-grants and RT-RTE-client-tools.
The answer account faithfully carries the settled entry-point distinction in EPI-RTE-human-answers: qualified Answer and released Ask/Choose results have generic advisory message delivery, whereas only bare-name embedding use reaches the defective special branch. Browser asynchronous validation and Waiting do not establish delivery. The synthesis neither revives the older normal-route obstruction nor equates answer arrival with authentication, epistemic acceptance or mandatory write approval.
Testing capacity is acknowledged before its evidence limits. Structural Signoff and unchecked bug closure remain distinct from behavioral certification, and Changelog Remove remains event append. EPI-CLM-correct-results, EPI-RTE-symbol-check, EPI-RTE-signoff-disposition, EPI-RTE-bug-closure and the canonical MEM-OBJ-changelog-entry support these conclusions. The two reconciled duplicate objects are not used to strengthen evidence or erase qualifications.
Delivery, retained context and independent properties
The report-presence versus exit-status distinction and the three delivery boundaries agree with the workflow account and RT-RTE-contractor-work. A possible status-1/nonempty-report path is not presented as an observed failure or proof that the planner accepts false claims. Cancellation and report rejection are correctly separated from rollback of already applied files.
Recovery, operator display and diagnostics agree with MEM-RTE-session-recovery, MEM-RTE-operator-display and MEM-OBJ-debug-snapshot. Restoring content does not revive processes or guarantee backup integrity. Source-first requirement reconstruction, empty Behavior and unimplemented-only persistence preserve the consequence for original intent, rather than presenting implemented status as an archived acceptance decision. See EPI-RTE-requirement-refresh, MEM-OBJ-requirement-behavior and MEM-RTE-project-records.
Customization preserves the actual consumers and entry points. Project template registration does not prove fresh-child template execution. Catalog refresh, loaded-object replacement and separate helper/bare-name system-body delivery are not conflated. The bounded embedded-YAML skill-grant absence is not expanded to absence of implementation or external customization. See MEM-RTE-role-discovery, RT-RTE-skill-loading and RT-ABS-skill-grants.
The learning discussion leads with the supported partial contribution: Inquire affords an automatic trace-fed summary that can be retained and consumed later. It preserves missing default grants, omitted execution evidence, unchecked summary preservation and the original transcript. RT-RTE-agent-inquire and EPI-RTE-inquire-projection support that contribution without establishing improved future capacity. The subsequent conditions 1–4, criticism-mediated improvement, reflection, autonomous theory-building and self-improvement findings remain separately unestablished, not asserted absences or a single negative grade. The account does not infer these properties from persistence, model-selected actions or operator installation. Its concrete evidence and system changes identify what could alter the scenario assessment without product ranking or adoption advice. See RT-RTE-build-install and the epistemic bounded conclusion.
Carriage of settled limits
The Limitations table faithfully carries both profile limits. Its partial curation row names separately unclassified role-template replacement and refreshed same-name loaded-skill replacement, cites MEM-RTE-role-discovery and RT-RTE-skill-loading, and withholds complete revision-mechanism comparisons without withdrawing supported existence findings. Its grouped-unit row preserves the distinction between Inquire input and output authority, changelog duplicate admission and date ordering, and diagnostic envelope and prose forms. It cites the affected records and prevents part-by-part or consumer-by-consumer counting and universal attribution of grouped force or form.
The remaining table rows retain operation/provenance, dependency, host/distribution, initial human-control, restoration, fidelity and acceptance-coverage uncertainties with inspected boundaries, prevented conclusions and resolving evidence. The accepted report judgment declares no limits, and reconciliation establishes no remaining unresolved conflict. The table does not convert uninspected alternatives into absence or complete coverage. Its uncertainties and the body's conditions leave the central implementation and scenario conclusions supported. No additional record fault or publication defect was established.
