Reconciliation
Boundary and record identities
All four reports use the same frozen boundary and source. The boundary includes the shipped desktop and engine but stops before external coding execution, harness deployment and subsequent production collection. Its complete-artifact, partial-loop classification is consistent with the workflow's delivery boundary and the runtime's handoff account. The Source register supplies implementation, doctrine/design and reported operation; the reports do not claim inspected execution or a causal experiment.
No duplicate supersession is established. The following overlaps are valid containers, material parts or different consumption paths, not interchangeable record identities:
- MEM-OBJ-traces-jsonl names retained telemetry and exported JSONL. EPI-OBJ-span-record names parsed span records and bounded evidence projections. They share source content, but storage/export and model-visible projection are different operative surfaces. Neither replaces the other; the exporter and projection passages retain the intervening transformations.
- MEM-RTE-trace-read covers selection and delivery through overview, query, count, views and raw search. EPI-RTE-trace-projection isolates deterministic lossy projection; EPI-RTE-count-traces isolates cardinality computation and EPI-OBJ-trace-count its returned integer. These are narrower functions within trace access, not replacements for the wider read route or RT-RTE-trace-diagnosis.
- MEM-OBJ-trace-index declares index rows and separate freshness metadata. EPI-RTE-index-reuse declares startup admission of that cache. An object and its eligibility route are not identical.
- MEM-OBJ-agent-context covers local originals, summaries and item lineage across diagnosis, delegation and checkpoint preparation. EPI-OBJ-compaction-summary isolates the summary field and its rendered replay role. The valid mixed context container remains alongside this part, MEM-RTE-context-reload and RT-RTE-checkpoint-emission.
- EPI-OBJ-diagnostic-answer covers proposed final-answer text and downstream selected text. MEM-OBJ-halo-run-turns covers durable user/assistant exchanges and status/order metadata. The answer content overlaps the turn container without replacing it. EPI-RTE-answer-finalization isolates acknowledgement and termination, not the full diagnosis or desktop retention route.
- EPI-OBJ-synthesis-summary is the output of RT-RTE-trace-synthesis, not its model component or the compaction summary. Different inputs, triggers and consumers rule out identity.
- MEM-OBJ-report declares the retained Markdown artifact. WF-RTE-report-materialization declares its preparation, freshness checks, rendering and registration. RT-RTE-report-handoff consumes its path for external initiation. Artifact, preparation and handoff remain distinct; materialization is a valid part of RT-RTE-desktop-analysis, not a replacement for that container.
- MEM-OBJ-evaluation-report covers saved AppWorld evaluation artifacts and distinguishes the immediate tracker. EPI-OBJ-test-tracker isolates criterion results, success and report; EPI-RTE-task-evaluation produces them. Their overlap does not make the output container wrong, and none is identical to the prescribed external remeasurement in the runtime handoff.
MEM-BAP-followup-history, RT-BAP-engine-guidance and RT-BAP-report-prompt also remain separate: retained conversation reaches a later analysis model, system guidance reaches root/child models, and a report-path request reaches an external coding actor. Shared natural-language form does not establish identity. The epistemic loop and benchmark claims concern advertised methodology and attributed results, not the runtime's narrower trace-only and delegation-policy claims.
Independent convergence and route qualifications
The analysts converge on fresh child contexts and limited return visibility. RT-RTE-subagent-call supplies initialization and depth enforcement; memory distinguishes child originals from the returned answer, and workflow annotations assign recovery to the parent interpreting an answer or failure. The host's event visibility is not parent replay of child investigation. No report requires mandatory delegation or a child correctness gate.
Trace synthesis and compaction are both model transformations, but not one memory route. The runtime's oversized-render witness in RT-RTE-trace-synthesis is confirmed by memory's annotation and epistemic projection account. Their shared conclusion is reduced input and unobserved semantic reliability, not an assertion that every summary is false. The epistemic report's indeterminate content relation does not conflict with the runtime's wired implementation status: the fields assess different properties.
For checkpoints, RT-RTE-checkpoint-emission supplies the successful-root, flag-gated terminal trigger. Memory adds that local originals survive but rendered checkpoints omit their backing index; epistemic adds that successful summarization does not check preservation. MEM-RTE-context-reload restores local items, not disposed originals after external replay. These accounts agree on a local capability and a host continuation affordance, not a wired desktop resume cycle or continuous compaction.
Desktop completion, durable answer retention, follow-up selection, report creation and external initiation are separate milestones. RT-RTE-desktop-analysis supplies the non-empty last-assistant fallback; EPI-RTE-answer-finalization isolates protocol acknowledgement. Neither establishes factual acceptance. MEM-OBJ-halo-run-turns and MEM-OBJ-report retain different selectors: history uses index/content regardless of assistant status, while reports require completed/incomplete non-empty assistant turns. The workflow materialization record confirms the report selector and allows later preparation after a write failure. Its description of bridge failure as failure rather than answer admission concerns that terminal event, not deletion of all previously retained non-empty content.
Integration-issue dispositions
The memory integration issues request no supplied-fact correction and propose no duplicate replacement. Their checkpoint, synthesis and history counterchecks agree with the current runtime. The additional originals, status, export-freshness and cleanup qualifications remain local limits. Existing exports are reused by existence; missing exports can be rebuilt while older answers remain. Telemetry clear, run deletion, cancellation and retry do not share one universal withdrawal rule, as MEM-RTE-retention-cleanup explains. Neither runtime nor workflow depends on such a rule.
The trace-only mismatch is between shipped doctrine and the optional grant surface, not a disagreement between analysts. RT-CLM-trace-only retains the blanket skill claim and RT-RTE-repository-inspection its capability counterexample. The workflow account qualifies the representative desktop path: its bridge grants no repository access. The epistemic comparison preserves both scopes. Likewise, RT-CLM-delegation-policy records prompt advice rather than restricted root grants; the other reports do not strengthen it into enforced division of labor.
AppWorld evaluation and external shipping remain separate. EPI-RTE-task-evaluation checks task-output criteria, while memory records saved outcomes and no inspected automatic evaluation-to-instruction consumer. The handoff's ship-or-rediagnose rule is prescribed in the skill, not implemented by this evaluator or shown to load through the desktop link. EPI-CLM-benchmark-improvement retains attributed gains without upgrading them to inspected acceptance or component causality.
Finally, the runtime's separately claimed theory-builder conditions in RT-RTE-report-handoff are not contradicted by the specialists' unestablished operation, improvement and criticism-retention findings. Method prescription, architectural wiring and exercised benefit remain separate. RT-RTE-engine-install changes machinery through host maintenance, not a trace-responsive update. External harness gains do not supply the missing causal links for exercised Halo self-improvement.
No unresolved cross-report conflict or required undeclared part was identified in these pinned inputs. No correction answers or declined objections were supplied for this attempt. Adapter fidelity, task-specific evaluator correctness, provider state, external checkpoint backing-store policy and actual later reliance remain bounded uncertainties, not disagreements. This reconciliation uses supplied member passages only; no frozen-source reads were needed.
