Verification

I checked every axis, its included units, positive findings, evidence bases and coverage assessments in the profile against the handed records and annotations. Reconciliation establishes no supersessions. Containers and material parts therefore remain independently citable; none of their overlaps warrants replacing one record with another. The judgment concerns the declared acquired-memory boundary, not all runtime storage or static guidance. Source-read log: none.

Correction disposition. The supplied correction answer is supported by the changed authority unit, axis note and rationale. The profile now classifies retained conversation as knowledge, not instruction. MEM-OBJ-halo-run-turns and MEM-BAP-followup-history support historical questions and diagnoses supplied as conversational context, not standing directions. The profile retains the unresolved caller-supplied system-guidance alternative and does not use excluded static engine prompts to replace the withdrawn finding. The predecessor's blocker no longer applies; no dependent passage continues to assert the withdrawn instruction value.

Storage substrate and representational form. Files, SQLite and loaded in-memory access structures are supported by the identified telemetry, sidecar, turn, event, report and evaluation parts: MEM-OBJ-traces-jsonl, MEM-OBJ-trace-index, MEM-OBJ-halo-run-turns, MEM-OBJ-halo-run-events, MEM-OBJ-report and MEM-OBJ-evaluation-report. Interpreted prose is separated from fixed-rule metadata and scores. Arbitrary attributes, executable payload interpretation and provider state remain unresolved rather than classified from readable displays. The local checkpoint backing structure is in memory; unspecified host persistence prevents a complete substrate classification. MEM-OBJ-agent-context and RT-RTE-checkpoint-emission support that distinction. Remote inference weights are excluded machinery, not evidence of use-acquired parametric memory.

Lineage and write agency. The profile distinguishes imported telemetry, deterministic local derivations, explicit user-authored questions and trace-derived diagnostic/compaction text. Known downstream derivation does not resolve arbitrary initial provenance. MEM-RTE-telemetry-admission supports software normalization and admission; RT-RTE-desktop-analysis supports automatic answer selection and retention, not per-answer human approval. Manual agency is confined to the user's decision supplying retained question content. Report and evaluation persistence and successful-unit compaction are software admissions, supported by WF-RTE-report-materialization, MEM-OBJ-evaluation-report and RT-RTE-checkpoint-emission. Unknown caller control and opaque provider mechanisms remain included uncertainties.

Behavioral authority. Trace evidence supplies knowledge at diagnostic consumers and learning input at the durable-answer production path; later selected answers supply knowledge to a follow-up model. These are separate effects, not observed improvement. MEM-RTE-trace-read, RT-RTE-desktop-analysis and MEM-BAP-followup-history support the chain. Index offsets and rollups route access; retained freshness fields provide a validation criterion and enforce reuse versus rebuilding, as EPI-RTE-index-reuse establishes. Turn/status/locator metadata selects content without endorsing it. Activity display supplies evidence to human readers. Report and checkpoint knowledge at later external consumers remain afforded rather than wired. No accepted record establishes a retained ranking input with relative-priority effect, and the profile does not emit ranking or a bounded absence claim.

Curation operations. Compaction reduces selected items into summaries; report selection combines a reduced projection of retained conversation. These support consolidate without requiring checked semantic faithfulness. EPI-OBJ-compaction-summary preserves the unchecked-preservation qualification without negating implemented reduction. Same-key telemetry replacement, answer overwrite and stale-report rewriting support evolve on existing entries. Cleanup supports decay through removal, not invalidation with retained history or guaranteed propagation to all recipients. MEM-RTE-retention-cleanup retains those limits. The profile does not infer synthesize from a tool name or an unseen answer, nor dedup from primary-key handling.

Read-back direction and signal. Requested trace retrieval/export and report access are pull. A new analysis question triggers automatic selection of previous turns for the next root model, so that history operation is push; the new question is not a request for the selected old material. Automatic terminal report projection and explicitly requested preparation remain distinct operations despite sharing a renderer. MEM-OBJ-halo-run-turns and WF-RTE-report-materialization support actual run-bounded selection of retained conversation, hence identifier targeting, with separate coarse chronology/role/status/content filtering. Printed checkpoint item IDs alone do not establish targeted push. Pull-only units have local signal inapplicability; unresolved checkpoint-host and provider directions prevent system-wide inapplicability or completeness. The profile preserves those unresolved branches.

Trace learning and trace source. Execution evidence feeds automatic diagnosis, durable answer admission and wired later follow-up context. This supports the scoped wired yes without parameter training, epistemic acceptance, benefit or autonomous self-improvement. Optional compaction consumes recorded conversation/tool items and produces summaries, but host retention and continuation delivery are only afforded; the profile does not upgrade that complete learning chain to wired. MEM-OBJ-agent-context and RT-RTE-checkpoint-emission establish session-log and tool-trace inputs on that branch. Timestamped execution spans support event-stream input on the diagnosis branch; its partial source unit preserves unresolved mixed prompt/output provenance. These findings classify source content, not merely adapter names. Saved evaluation reports and prescribed external shipping do not establish another automatic durable update, and no bounded absence record warrants a local no.

All ten axes retain partial coverage where their inventories include unresolved alternatives. Some units group several named local parts or mechanisms, but their findings identify the relevant part/effect and share resolved coverage; those groupings do not imply that one witness resolves an opaque alternative. Local known assessments are bounded to the named inspected parts. The profile's unknown provenance, arbitrary payloads, provider state and host persistence qualifications travel with the extracted values. They are faithfully scoped uncertainties, not additional publication limits. No unsupported emitted comparison value, false complete-coverage claim or consequential cross-report conflict remains. Implementation warrants support wiring and affordance only; none is upgraded to observed operation or causal benefit.
