Reconciliation

Boundary and evidence

The four reports share the frozen whole-system boundary and SRC-1 in its Source register. Their selected inspections differ; whole-system inclusion does not mean that any analyst audited every included route. No report supplies observed execution or causal comparison. This reconciliation uses the handed members only; no additional source reads were made. No correction answers or declined objections were supplied.

Identity and containment dispositions

No duplicate supersession is established. The following apparent overlaps retain distinct referents or valid containment rather than replacement:

Independent convergence

Runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow agree on the inspected manual sequence: converted Markdown reaches a provider under an instruction; typed validation precedes row declaration; reconciliation supplies a conditional database-delivery path. See RT-RTE-manual-extraction, EPI-RTE-module-check and the workflow verification account. Workflow's “typed acceptance” concerns structure; it does not contradict epistemic's distinction between operational admission and evidence-consuming factual acceptance. All retain the lack of an independently inspected later manual-content consumer.

The reports also converge on separate limits for maintenance and reliance. RT-RTE-live-maintenance maintains state rather than endorsing its assertions; RT-RTE-preview-update withholds planned target actions rather than sandboxing arbitrary effects; RT-RTE-drop-app has different failure handling from ordinary cleanup. MEM-OBJ-tracking-info adds commit-phase and tombstone evidence without extending these guarantees to atomic cross-store rollback.

EPI-CLM-fresh-context records a public claim, not a stronger implementation status. Text and session search establish shipped delivery channels, not answering-agent use or benefit. Memory's unresolved checkpoint provenance, metadata-reader gap, alternate-producer gaps and arbitrary caller control remain limits, not disagreements. Epistemic's additional entity and contributor-check inspections extend areas memory left uninspected; they do not refute memory's bounded findings. No report establishes improved future capacity from local retry feedback alone.

Cross-report dependency conflict

Unresolved conflict: EPI-RTE-pair-proposal, RT-OBJ-component-memoization and MEM-OBJ-function-memoization leave different accounts of the pair-decision retention mechanism. Epistemic's retention ledger says internal persistence follows the runtime component memo object; its resolver component passage shows a decorated memoized function. Memory distinguishes function entries from component memoization using separate schema types and describes function-return persistence through MEM-RTE-function-reuse. Runtime's cited object describes component-return reuse, not function-entry persistence. These positions do not dispute the declared memoization affordance, but they prevent a unified attribution of pair-decision retention to a specific internal memo object on the supplied cross-reference. This reconciliation does not replace the epistemic dependency or decide whether the component reference was intended only as broad engine context.
