Reconciliation
The four reports share the frozen boundary and Source register. Runtime establishes toolkit execution paths and external-agent responsibilities. Memory adds retained objects, reload details and integration issues. Epistemic assesses the warrant and consequential force of those paths. Workflow traces one prescribed ingest to delivery. This reconciliation uses only these supplied members; it makes no additional source reads. No correction answers or declined objections were supplied.
Duplicate supersessions
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-raw is superseded by MEM-OBJ-raw. Both identify the project's human-curated raw/ documents, not the ingest route or a separate copy. Their SRC-1 maintainer-instruction evidence establishes the same input and interpreted consumption. Memory additionally distinguishes document formats and filename-only consumers. The epistemic inventory and import ledger continue to concern that raw input; the supersession does not establish source truth or authenticated acquisition.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-source-pages is superseded by MEM-OBJ-sources. Both identify wiki/sources/ summaries, separate from originals and symbolic association metadata. Their SRC-1 maintainer instructions and source-template evidence describe the same durable summary pages. The epistemic inventory, transformation and retention findings concern this same object. Neither record establishes faithful extraction, verified source warrant or actual semantic writing.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-contradictions is superseded by MEM-OBJ-contradictions. Both identify wiki/contradictions.md, its opposed claims and status/explanation prose. Both use SRC-1 instructions and the demo ledger; memory additionally cites the seed and lexical inspector. The epistemic inventory and semantic-review ledger refer to this same retained ledger. The example open row remains available candidate state, not an authenticated production, acceptance or revision trace.
Amendment: EPI-RTE-catalog-inspection is superseded by MEM-RTE-metadata-read. Both cover CLI/MCP list, backlinks, graph and stats over current page paths, links and counts, with caller-selected arguments, transient reconstruction and no persistence. Both cite SRC-1 CLI/MCP, links and statistics implementation. The epistemic selection ledger's structural license applies to this same route; neither report establishes substantive claim support or exercised model consumption. Their implementation and operation fields remain respectively wired and uninspected, without promotion from implementation to observation.
Containers, parts and distinct identities
EPI-OBJ-wiki-pages groups the referents separately described by MEM-OBJ-topics, MEM-OBJ-synthesis and MEM-OBJ-answers. Full identity with any one memory object is ruled out. The epistemic container describes their common semantic-writing and retrieval account, while memory preserves template, lineage and consumer differences. Its generic findings are not made wrong by that separation, so the container is not split-superseded. The existing memory records supply the separate operative objects; no missing object ID is needed.
EPI-OBJ-source-metadata overlaps MEM-OBJ-page-metadata, but full identity is ruled out. Epistemic isolates YAML raw_file and sources; memory also covers paths/stems and wikilinks with navigation consumers. Source coverage and reference-check findings therefore apply to the named metadata subset, not every access field.
EPI-RTE-log-inspection overlaps MEM-RTE-log-read in recent-log heading delivery and MEM-RTE-metadata-read in stats' parsed-entry count. Full identity with either route is ruled out: the epistemic record covers both consumers, while the memory records divide recent-log delivery from broader metadata exploration. This valid combined parser account need not be superseded. MEM-OBJ-log is the retained input, not another identity for the parser route. MEM-CLM-log-parser is its coverage-mismatch finding, not a duplicate route.
EPI-RTE-contradiction-check declares a diagnostic part of RT-RTE-wiki-lint. EPI-RTE-source-coverage declares the classifier part of RT-RTE-pending-watch, also exposed separately by status calls. Neither part is identical to its enclosing route: lexical diagnosis is not the entire lint/repair protocol, and classification is not notification/polling. EPI-RTE-project-readiness inspects existing paths rather than creating them through RT-RTE-project-init. No supersession follows from these relations.
MEM-BAP-wiki-content and RT-BAP-maintainer-instructions have different authority referents despite a common external agent: subject-matter interpretation versus maintenance guidance. EPI-CLM-compiled-knowledge assesses product/warrant and benefit framing, whereas RT-CLM-agent-bookkeeping allocates work. Full identities are ruled out. Memory's remaining objects and MEM-ABS-withdrawal-gate describe retained state or a bounded absent connection, not duplicate runtime routes. Workflow declares no new records; its annotations add completion and recovery roles to existing runtime identities.
Integration-issue dispositions and convergence
Parser coverage. MEM-CLM-log-parser and EPI-RTE-log-inspection independently identify the same SRC-1 regex limitation: prescribed hyphenated operations do not reach recent-log delivery or stats counts. This limits a complete-history inference; it does not contradict RT-RTE-wiki-query, which requests answer filing/logging but makes no complete-parser claim. Memory's full-log expansion alternative preserves the distinction between retained text and delivered headings. No runtime correction is required by these supplied findings.
Admission and delivery. Memory's unresolved individual human-control question agrees with RT-RTE-source-ingest and RT-RTE-wiki-query: source choice, discussion and filing offers do not establish per-claim approval. Workflow's ingest account makes index/log work part of prescribed delivery, not an implemented acceptance gate. Epistemic's retention-versus-acceptance distinction does not deny those delivery obligations. Batch mode remains a countercase to universal discussion-first control.
Template readiness and diagnostics. MEM-OBJ-answers and MEM-OBJ-page-metadata retain missing or differing template fields. These refine, rather than conflict with, RT-RTE-page-create's direct template write and force override. Workflow's optional scaffold substep leaves semantic integration unfinished. EPI-RTE-source-coverage independently bounds “ingested” to filename association. Lint reports structure after persistence; MEM-ABS-withdrawal-gate supplies the bounded absence of a semantic status-to-retrieval gate, not an absence of manual criticism or repair.
Alternative retrieval. Memory's qmd annotation limits freshness, embedding lineage and cross-backend include_index equivalence. RT-RTE-qmd-search already separates the inspected adapter from external collection behavior. Epistemic keeps that external content relation unknown. Selective search/section delivery is not host compaction, a total-token budget or demonstrated benefit; these reports' uncertainties are compatible, not disagreements.
Revision and improvement. MEM-OBJ-synthesis and the contradiction ledger retain candidate accounts and explanation affordances. They do not close the independently uninspected criticism and iteration conditions in RT-RTE-source-ingest. Epistemic's bounded conclusion preserves those limits. RT-RTE-instruction-sync is a separate policy-propagation route, not demonstrated log-fed learning or exercised improvement. No status is selected across these distinct properties.
No unresolved cross-report conflict is identified in the supplied findings. The dispositions above preserve the reports' separate evidence layers, statuses and prevented conclusions; they do not judge their support or turn their common uncertainties into established absences.
