Verification
I checked all ten axes in the memory profile, including each emitted value and basis, local coverage assessments, natural units and inventory-level uncertainty. The judgment uses only the handed members and contracts. No frozen-source files were read, new evidence added or replacement classifications written. The supplied profile answers are empty; no refusal was supplied.
The scope distinguishes accumulated project memory from unchanged package instructions, temporary reports, reconstructed graphs, watcher suppression and excluded host/provider state. Optional qmd state remains included and unresolved rather than inheriting classifications from its displayed snippets. Reconciliation's supersessions were applied to raw originals, source summaries, the contradiction ledger and metadata exploration. The broader epistemic wiki-page container remains a valid container, not a substitute for its separately classified parts. No unresolved cross-report disagreement changes a profile value.
- Storage substrate: File findings concern retained project objects and implemented file reload or copying, not exercised semantic production. Raw acquisition remains claimed. A reconstructed link graph and optional Git initialization do not establish graph or repository substrates. The unresolved qmd store warrants partial axis coverage. See MEM-OBJ-raw, MEM-OBJ-sources, MEM-OBJ-page-metadata, MEM-RTE-metadata-read, RT-RTE-instruction-sync and RT-RTE-qmd-search.
- Representational form: Prose interpreted by agents is separated from fields consumed by fixed association, link and log rules. Neither unspecified raw encodings nor an opaque numerical index receives an invented form. The emitted natural-language and symbolic findings are supported at their stated consumers; the inventory is incomplete at the template-rendering consumption path described in Limits. See MEM-OBJ-raw, MEM-OBJ-topics, MEM-OBJ-page-metadata, MEM-RTE-log-read and RT-RTE-page-create.
- Lineage: Prescribed agent authorship, imported originals, synchronized whole-text copies and implemented template substitution have distinct warrants. The rendered-placeholder path does not upgrade semantic derivation, and authored operation history does not establish trace extraction. Initial guidance/metadata provenance and external index provenance remain unresolved. See RT-RTE-source-ingest, MEM-OBJ-log, RT-RTE-page-create and RT-RTE-instruction-sync.
- Behavioral authority: Knowledge at later agents and standing instruction guidance remain afforded, while text influencing BM25 ranking, reference criteria influencing structural validation and raw-file associations influencing pending notification selection are wired. Fixed scoring does not preclude ranking authority. None of these effects establishes truth, successful host loading, learning or a semantic veto. Opaque qmd effects remain unresolved. See MEM-BAP-wiki-content, RT-BAP-maintainer-instructions, RT-RTE-wiki-query, MEM-OBJ-page-metadata, EPI-RTE-source-coverage and MEM-ABS-withdrawal-gate.
- Write agency: Human source admission and prescribed model admission are separated. Starting ingest or discussing emphasis is not per-content approval. Generic scaffold callers, filing offers, convention co-evolution and opaque index refresh do not settle the remaining admission mechanisms. The positive findings and partial inventory preserve this distinction. See MEM-OBJ-raw, RT-RTE-source-ingest, RT-RTE-wiki-lint, RT-RTE-wiki-query, RT-RTE-page-create and RT-RTE-instruction-sync.
- Curation operations: Claimed summary consolidation and existing-entry evolution are supported as requested transformations, not as implemented semantic edits or observed outcomes. Indeterminate cross-source correspondence prevents assigning synthesis merely from the route's wording. The profile preserves that uncertainty alongside the supported operations rather than suppressing them. See MEM-OBJ-sources, MEM-OBJ-synthesis, RT-RTE-source-ingest, RT-RTE-wiki-lint and EPI-OBJ-wiki-pages.
- Read-back direction: Requested search, expansion and inspection returns are pull. Ranking and delivery within a request are not independent push operations. The qmd adapter's request/return direction is known independently of its unknown storage and algorithm. Host loading of changed instructions remains unresolved, so the axis does not assert complete pull-only coverage. One template consumer is incompletely separated, as noted below. See RT-RTE-wiki-query, RT-RTE-qmd-search, MEM-RTE-metadata-read, MEM-RTE-log-read and RT-BAP-maintainer-instructions.
- Read-back signal: Local inapplicability is supported for the named requested returns. Unresolved guidance delivery prevents global inapplicability; a requested filename, heading or lexical score establishes no push signal. The axis's uninspected assessment does not imply absent push. See RT-RTE-wiki-query, RT-RTE-qmd-search and RT-RTE-instruction-sync.
- Trace learning and trace source: The accepted records establish authored history and document/question-fed writing, not a qualifying automatic trace-fed update with an established later consumer. They also do not supply complete bounded absence across the included update inventory. Both axes therefore retain uncertainty without emitting a system-wide negative or declaring trace source inapplicable. Missing observation is not the reason for withholding a wired value; the missing qualifying input/update chain is. See MEM-OBJ-log, RT-RTE-source-ingest, RT-RTE-wiki-query, RT-RTE-instruction-sync and RT-RTE-qmd-search.
The profile does not claim observed use, causal benefit, semantic acceptance or complete inventory coverage where alternatives remain unresolved. The local omissions below leave all emitted controlled values and their evidence bases supported. They do not change a system-level positive union or justify a negative. Publication can retain them as limits rather than requiring replacement text.

Limits
- The profile's
representational_formaxis classifies changed template guidance at interpreting agents but does not separately classify its fixed-rule consumption by the page renderer. RT-RTE-page-create establishes project-template reading and placeholder substitution, a symbolic consumption path distinct from prose interpretation. See the profile rationale. The axis is already partial, and symbolic form is independently supported at other consumers; its emitted findings remain valid. Withhold complete template-consumer form comparisons, not the positive natural-language or symbolic union. - The profile's
read_back_directionunit for later loading of changed instructions and templates groups an unknown external-host loading path with a known software template consumer. RT-RTE-page-create establishes caller-requested template reading during page creation, whereas RT-BAP-maintainer-instructions does not establish the external host's loading trigger. See the profile rationale. The axis is partial and the grouped unit is uninspected rather than a false known or negative assessment. Its pull findings remain supported, but a complete route-level comparison of changed-template reload is unavailable; do not treat that software read as equally opaque with host instruction delivery.
