Verification
The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked every substantive passage against the handed boundary, analyst records, reconciliation supersessions and accepted verification limits. I read the complete supplied contracts and members. No refusal or previous synthesis verification was supplied; the synthesis answers file is empty. This judgment concerns support and public meaning, not a repetition of deterministic citation or quotation checks.
Boundary, admission and maintenance
The public opening states the frozen revision, cutoff, source layers, included shipped surfaces and external exclusions. It does not equate the whole-system functional boundary with exhaustive inspection. The distinction between memory service and task agent follows the boundary, RT-RTE-memory-roundtrip and RT-BAP-core-skill. The runtime map preserves local/direct/UI enforcement differences and does not turn startup instructions into prerequisites.
The admission account correctly separates RT-OBJ-thought from MEM-OBJ-thought-content. Hash and reference checks support representation integrity, not factual truth or authenticated authorship. The runtime account and RT-RTE-memory-roundtrip support the consequential warning that canonical writes precede fallible derived work. The synthesis preserves adapter and flush conditions rather than asserting unconditional durability or all-or-nothing failure.
Extraction remains transient candidate production, separately followed by caller admission. RT-RTE-memory-extraction, EPI-RTE-extraction-schema and EPI-OBJ-extracted-thoughts support structural validation and metadata normalization, not semantic endorsement. The synthesis preserves indeterminate generation and the distinction between declared review and an actual review gate.
Maintenance claims have route-specific support in MEM-RTE-correction-update, MEM-RTE-markdown-exchange, MEM-RTE-agent-copy, RT-RTE-state-maintenance and MEM-RTE-chain-withdrawal. The public text neither equates lexical supersession with truthful correction nor promises universal stale-content suppression. Loss of graph exclusions on transfers and administrative deletion qualify ordinary retained history without undermining the positive admission/read-back account.
Numerical updates, selection and continuation
The strongest positive contribution is stated before its limits: conversation text can feed automatic durable numerical/symbolic retrieval derivatives that later search consumes. MEM-OBJ-embedding-vector, MEM-OBJ-retrieval-state and MEM-RTE-derived-update, together with the raw-message and evaluator writers, support that local trace-fed classification. It is not strengthened into trained weights, semantic lessons, observed activation or improved future capacity. Mixed provenance and incomplete backend freshness remain explicit. The inference-component paragraph separately preserves model-artifact and fallback limits from RT-CMP-fast-embed-provider and RT-CMP-extraction-model.
Requested recent/ranked context, lexical bundles and event push are correctly distinguished by RT-RTE-memory-roundtrip, MEM-RTE-bundle-read and MEM-RTE-webhook-delivery. The synthesis does not call graph connectivity warrant, page limits token budgets, or current-event push historical read-back. Its Python paragraph carries all consequential consumer qualifications: no current-input targeting, unreliable original speaker reconstruction, unused session isolation, empty history on retrieval failure and no-op clear. Scope tags and ancestor traversal are not presented as demonstrated identity isolation.
The summary paragraph preserves read-only candidate selection, optional separate authorship, and unchecked Summarizes coverage under MEM-RTE-summary-selection. The retained report-verification limit adds the Compression-role positional-reference convention; the public paragraph and first limitation row faithfully carry its effect on coverage-bookkeeping comparisons without claiming an implemented summarizer or observed compaction.
WF-RTE-session-continuation supports the representative workflow and the scenario-relative assessment. The public text makes its endpoint a retained continuation marker, not an application fix. It preserves the same-open-chain example, held target index, structural assertions, incompatible handoff conventions and caller-owned recovery. Readers are not led to infer restart, autonomous dispatch or diagnosis acceptance from a persisted intention.
Instruction evolution and independent properties
RT-RTE-skill-admission, MEM-OBJ-skill-body and EPI-RTE-skill-withdrawal support version reconstruction, conditional covered-path signatures and readable revoked content with separate status. The synthesis preserves the actual downstream consumer's responsibility; neither newest nor signed is treated as best or safe.
The learning and theory discussion is explicitly scoped to unavailable live content and episodes. Its four theory-builder uncertainties remain distinct: localized content, content-dependent decisions, content-directed criticism and criticism shaping another round. It does not infer a system-wide architectural absence from missing runs. Improved future capacity, reflection and computational ownership remain independent uncertainties, consistent with EPI-CLM-fleet-improvement and the epistemic bounded conclusion. The self-improvement passage states the memory-system boundary and project horizon, identifies the missing objective/update and later-use causal chain, and distinguishes operator-directed RT-RTE-release-update from memory-derived improvement.
MEM-RTE-retrieval-evaluation and the epistemic evaluator assessments support the substring, neighbor-evidence and abstention qualifications. No measured performance, generated-answer accuracy, causal component effect or diagnostic-driven successor is claimed. Proposed evidence and guarantee changes are prospective, not reported findings.
Reconciliation and limit carriage
I applied all seven handed duplicate supersessions without replacing their declaring reports' assessments. The synthesis uses canonical memory records for the shared content, body, candidate, withdrawal, summary, bundle and evaluator referents. Distinct extraction-schema, Markdown-import and skill-withdrawal subroutes are not silently merged. No unresolved inter-report conflict requires a further public limitation.
The Limitations table carries both accepted verification limits with their affected record citations and prevented conclusions: incomplete compression conventions/bookkeeping and the partial grouped storage-substrate unit. The latter does not imply that each derivative occupies every substrate; per-part counts, co-location and complete backend inventories remain withheld. These are existing limits, already adequately carried, not new record faults. The remaining rows preserve the reports' execution, semantic-provenance, enforcement, later-consumer and evaluator boundaries. Those uncertainties do not invalidate the local positive route findings or assert complete coverage.
Source-read log: none. No named ambiguity required reading beyond the supplied members. No new evidence or corrected synthesis text is introduced. I found no material unsupported public conclusion, unsupported comparison value, false absence or complete-coverage claim requiring repair, and no additional unresolved issue requiring a new limit.
