Reconciliation
Identity and containment
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-contradiction is superseded by MEM-OBJ-contradiction-block. Both declare the same Markdown block emitted by _applyMarkContradiction into a knowledge file, with the same current/new values, source/date and verification request. Both retain the same construction passage from SRC-1, src/ai/knowledge-engine.js, and identify later file-reading models or humans as interpretive consumers, without deterministic truth-selection force. This is object identity, not selection of a stronger finding. The epistemic inventory and contradiction ledger refer to this same part; their epistemic assessments remain those of the epistemic member. Both IDs remain declared. The insertion route EPI-RTE-contradiction-marking is not superseded: it describes the operation producing the block, not the block itself.
No supersession of RT-OBJ-knowledge by the contradiction part is warranted. The runtime object is the shared file container, including ordinary assertions and other writers; the two contradiction declarations name only one material part. Likewise MEM-OBJ-record-payloads, MEM-OBJ-extract-log and MEM-OBJ-progress-state are distinct parts of RT-OBJ-atlas-db. They have different lineage and consumers: logistics queries, hash/statistics/metadata consumers, and future acquisition selectors respectively. Their declarations retain SRC-1 storage and consumer evidence at src/atlas.js, src/ai/extract-pipeline.js, src/module-loader.js and the built-in module paths. The database container remains valid alongside these parts.
MEM-OBJ-messages is neither database nor knowledge-file identity. Its cited SRC-1 src/ui/pages/chat.js passage establishes browser module memory. MEM-RTE-conversation-replay is a later-request history part of RT-RTE-chat-tools, not a duplicate of its whole model/tool loop. MEM-RTE-record-pruning is independently callable cleanup, not the admission operation RT-RTE-record-import. Import mentions expiry without declaring cleanup as the same referent.
The remaining epistemic route declarations also preserve distinct parts or operations. EPI-RTE-field-mapping assesses candidate transformation before import admission. EPI-RTE-derived-results assesses fixed-rule computations within RT-RTE-mcp-query, with partial exposure through chat, rather than replacing the whole returning service. EPI-RTE-evaluator-tools concerns independently invoked developer/setup checks; RT-RTE-config-reload concerns installing configuration and routing changes. Their shared mention of test-ai is not referent identity. The epistemic declarations retain the relevant SRC-1 passages at src/mapper.js, src/atlas.js, src/validate-models.js and src/ui-server.js.
EPI-CLM-knowledge-enrichment concerns automatic source-to-KB updates, new facts and contradiction detection in SRC-1 README.md. RT-CLM-additive-knowledge concerns non-overwrite policy in src/ai/knowledge-engine.js; RT-CLM-data-layer concerns data-layer scope in src/atlas.js. These are related claims, not duplicates. Workflow declares no new records; its annotation addresses the existing chat route. No other identity between declarations is established by the supplied members.
Connected findings and integration dispositions
Applied flags and durable warnings. Memory's first integration issue qualifies engine and scheduled-enrichment result interpretation. MEM-OBJ-contradiction-block and EPI-RTE-contradiction-marking agree that an unreadable or missing target silently returns while enclosing application can report applied:true. Both retain SRC-1 implementation/test passages. RT-RTE-knowledge-enrichment distinguishes returned per-update status from source wiring and unobserved consumer effects; RT-RTE-extraction-summary describes logs reporting applied-update counts. Neither requires every reported application to have written a warning. The connected account therefore keeps returned flags, durable artifacts and later delivery separate; this qualification does not create a cross-report disagreement.
Extraction inputs and database lineage. Memory's second integration issue connects MEM-OBJ-record-payloads, RT-RTE-file-extraction and RT-RTE-knowledge-enrichment. Runtime already states that per-record failures and silent upsert returns weaken durable-count claims. Memory's enrichment annotation adds that in-memory extracted entities still feed the engine after those failures and that only ten records per group enter new-information summaries. Its SRC-1 src/ai/extract-pipeline.js and src/ai/knowledge-engine.js findings do not depend on all entities being durable DB rows. Epistemic assesses this transformation as indeterminate, not warranted derivation. No dependent report requires the stronger DB-to-KB lineage that memory warns against.
Immediate enrichment versus scheduled metadata enrichment. RT-RTE-extraction-summary, its memory annotation and the epistemic ledger agree on the SRC-1 src/modules/knowledge-enricher/index.js metadata string: filename, counts and timestamp, not extracted fact bodies. MEM-OBJ-extract-log is the retained metadata input; MEM-OBJ-progress-state is the selector checkpoint; neither is the derived Markdown. Immediate entity/raw-text enrichment and scheduled metadata enrichment remain separate inputs to the same engine. A wired trace-fed update does not settle semantic fidelity or improved future capacity.
Pruning activation and withdrawal. Memory's third integration issue distinguishes the source-comment startup claim from the established administrative caller. MEM-RTE-record-pruning retains its bounded SRC-1 src/ and bin/ caller search and deletion passage. RT-RTE-record-import describes configured/admin retention without requiring a startup call. The epistemic freshness ledger likewise does not require startup activation. The reports connect on changed query eligibility and independently managed Markdown withdrawal, not automatic startup or coordinated retraction of every derivative. No runtime correction is implied by this issue.
Chat history, current-run evidence and delivery. RT-RTE-chat-tools, MEM-RTE-conversation-replay and the workflow annotation converge on the SRC-1 src/ui/pages/chat.js role/content projection: later requests resend conversational text, not earlier tool-result blocks. Workflow adds the inspected src/ui/lib/api.js HTTP rejection path and distinguishes display previews from full current-run provider results. This adds delivery/recovery detail without contradicting runtime's endpoint-error account or memory's replay of rendered errors. Model continuation after tool errors and another user send after terminal failure are different recovery points. None of these reports establishes independent final-answer verification.
Shared mutation authority and policy scope. Runtime, memory and epistemic connect RT-RTE-knowledge-enrichment, RT-RTE-knowledge-edit and chat saves to the same file writer. Runtime's additive-policy counterexample supplies SRC-1 src/ai/knowledge-engine.js evidence; memory distinguishes explicit browser saving from generic API and model admission; epistemic distinguishes these operational permissions from evidence-consuming truth acceptance. Human adoption in the editor is not inconsistent with epistemic's finding that generic API saving records no semantic acceptance criterion. Workflow specifically keeps chat saving outside engine review. The mismatch is between policy and executable scope, not disagreement among the reports.
Configuration, modules and opaque alternatives. Memory's remaining integration limits rely consistently on RT-CMP-llm-client, RT-RTE-config-reload and RT-RTE-module-lifecycle: served weights are unpinned, existing module contexts can retain old registry references, and unavailable external plugin code may add state or behavior. Epistemic retains those limits rather than declaring universal absence of evaluation, adaptation or provider learning. Workflow's selected-client chat account does not assert universal live routing propagation. These are local unknowns, not conflicting statuses.
Cross-report disagreements and evidence limits
No unresolved disagreement is established between the supplied reports. The duplicate contradiction object is handled by the amendment above; the memory integration issues are compatible qualifications or retained limits, not corrections to findings the other members require. No correction-answer or declined-objection input was supplied, so no disposition of such an objection is inferred.
All four reports share the boundary's source and evidence limits: SRC-1 implementation and doctrine/design, with no supplied deployment KB, provider outputs, observed runs, executed test results or causal comparisons. Route-level wiring, advisory prompt force, enforcing software admission, unobserved reliance and unestablished benefit remain separate findings. This reconciliation neither upgrades statuses nor turns inaccessible model processing into absent behavior. It used the supplied members only; no frozen-source reads were needed to resolve their connections.
