Verification

I checked all ten axes in the memory profile against the handed runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow accounts, applying the supplied profile definitions. Reconciliation resolves the duplicate contradiction object to MEM-OBJ-contradiction-block; the distinct EPI-RTE-contradiction-marking remains usable. No cross-report disagreement requires a stronger or weaker classification. The profile adds no source evidence. Source reads: none.

  • Storage substrate: files, SQLite and its in-memory alternative, browser memory and changed configuration files have recorded wiring. The operative database parts remain distinct despite sharing a substrate. RT-OBJ-knowledge, RT-OBJ-atlas-db, MEM-OBJ-messages and RT-RTE-config-reload support those findings. Unavailable provider/module state prevents complete enumeration, not these positives.
  • Representational form: the profile separates prose at interpretive consumers from paths, record fields and checkpoint predicates at fixed consumers. Rendered extraction metadata has its own model-consumption path. MEM-OBJ-record-payloads, MEM-OBJ-progress-state, RT-RTE-extraction-summary and MEM-RTE-conversation-replay support the splits. Numerical provider computation is not evidence of accumulated parametric ATLAS memory.
  • Lineage: authored, imported, compiled and trace-derived paths are supported separately from unresolved initial content and generic caller provenance. RT-RTE-knowledge-edit, RT-RTE-record-import, RT-RTE-file-extraction and MEM-OBJ-extract-log establish these paths without licensing source truth or semantic fidelity.
  • Behavioral authority: knowledge delivery, lexical ranking, durable-update inputs, cursor routing and enforced skips name concrete retained parts and consumers. RT-RTE-knowledge-enrichment, RT-RTE-mcp-query, MEM-OBJ-extract-log and MEM-OBJ-progress-state support the emitted forces. Grouped consumers are coarse but their stated effects remain supported. Conflict prose is not an enforcing invalidation, and excluded static guidance does not supply an accumulated-memory instruction finding.
  • Write agency: model/software admission is automatic despite user initiation; explicit browser file decisions and user-turn submission support manual findings. Generic API/configuration callers retain unresolved control. RT-RTE-chat-tools, RT-RTE-knowledge-edit, MEM-RTE-conversation-replay and MEM-RTE-record-pruning support the distinctions. Read selection is not substituted for checkpoint write agency.
  • Curation operations: revision and physical forgetting support evolve and decay. Duplicate avoidance remains claimed rather than wired semantic deduplication. MEM-OBJ-record-payloads, MEM-RTE-record-pruning, RT-RTE-knowledge-enrichment and RT-RTE-knowledge-edit support those mappings. Missing model input/output instances leave consolidation and synthesis unresolved; a model-generated update or conflict label alone establishes neither.
  • Read-back direction: automatic engine file selection, chat index delivery, history projection and scheduled metadata delivery support push. Requested file/data/checkpoint/configuration returns support pull. RT-RTE-knowledge-enrichment, RT-RTE-chat-tools, MEM-RTE-conversation-replay and RT-RTE-extraction-summary support this union. The local inventory omission below does not change it.
  • Read-back signal: incoming-information lexical scoring and availability/budget filters support separate inferred-lexical and coarse findings. Full-index delivery, role-filtered history and timestamp-window metadata selection support coarse findings. RT-RTE-knowledge-enrichment, MEM-RTE-conversation-replay and RT-RTE-extraction-summary name the actual selector inputs and delivered parts. A literal requested path does not support identifier-targeted push. Pull-local inapplicability does not erase opaque alternatives.
  • Trace learning: scheduled processing-metadata updates, automatically derived progress controls and the trace-fed chat-save branch have automatic writes, retained behavior-shaping outputs and later consumers. RT-RTE-extraction-summary, MEM-OBJ-progress-state and RT-RTE-chat-tools support wired yes findings under the supplied definition. The checkpoint finding does not require learned parameters or improved capacity. The partial chat-save unit preserves alternative provenance. Raw replay is not upgraded into a qualifying derived write or assigned an unsupported local no.
  • Trace source: processing/synchronization outcomes support event-streams; recorded conversational turns and current tool feedback support session-logs and tool-traces on the partial chat-save branch. MEM-OBJ-extract-log, MEM-OBJ-progress-state, MEM-RTE-conversation-replay and RT-RTE-chat-tools establish these origins. Unspecified document/text inputs are not universally recast as events or traces.

Every axis remains partial. That assessment preserves initial-provenance, generic-admission, semantic-transformation and opaque-state uncertainties beside the affected units. Wired findings establish implemented capacity, not exercised selection, successful durable writes on every invocation, model compliance or benefit. In particular, MEM-OBJ-contradiction-block preserves the applied-flag/no-op qualification, while RT-CLM-additive-knowledge prevents promoting additive policy to a storage invariant. No unsupported comparison value or complete-coverage assertion requires a blocker.

Limits

  • The profile's read_back_direction inventory has no dedicated unit for the external MCP operational-record request/return route in RT-RTE-mcp-query, supported also by MEM-OBJ-record-payloads. Its named requested-read unit covers chat and editor consumers, not that distinct host channel; see the profile rationale. The axis already expresses partial coverage, and other recorded requested returns support the emitted pull finding. Publication can retain that finding and the push/pull union, but consumers should withhold a complete route-by-route inventory of operational-record read-back, including transport-specific comparisons. This does not license attributing the excluded external host's later memory or actions to ATLAS.
