Agent-R reconciliation

Reconciliation
The reports connect within the builder/improvement plane and partial loop fixed by the boundary. They distinguish collection, conditional revision-data construction, external training intent and separate evaluation. No supplied execution or causal evidence closes the training loop. This reconciliation uses only the pinned members; no additional source reads were needed.
Record identity and containment
Amendment: EPI-RTE-dataset-rewrite is superseded by MEM-RTE-dataset-rewrite. Both identify SRC-1, mcts_utils/llm_server.py, function rewrite: caller-supplied revise_log rows undergo content-only positional extraction and are saved through save_json. Their owner, endpoints, selection, overwrite behavior and lack of shipped caller agree. Both retain implementation conclusion status afforded and operation conclusion status uninspected. The epistemic ledger's architectural status implemented describes inspected implementation, not stronger activation evidence. This identity connects the memory account of dropped loss/feedback fields with the epistemic account of preserved strings, omitted unmatched trailing content and unknown optimizer effects. Both declarations remain; neither finding is replaced.
Other overlaps are containment or different functions, not identical whole referents:
- MEM-OBJ-extended-node and MEM-OBJ-node-statistics separate interaction content from symbolic score/tree metadata inside RT-RTE-tree-collection. EPI-OBJ-env-score covers environment observations, reward/done and sampled aggregates across those parts. SRC-1,
mcts_utils/webshop/mcts_ws.pyandmcts_utils/mcts_raw.py, supplies their import, clamping and aggregation evidence. The epistemic object is neither the whole interaction-content object nor the whole metadata object. Its mixed container remains valid alongside the memory parts; no supersession or missing-part conflict is required. - EPI-OBJ-revision-feedback identifies the judgment/reasons/action/observation feedback part of MEM-OBJ-revise-feedback, which also covers high/low path logs, task fields and mode metadata. SRC-1,
path_collection.py, supports that scope difference. Neither whole referent replaces the other. Both distinguish retained reasons from their immediate prefix-selection consumer and from the static correction cue. - EPI-OBJ-revise-log covers the message list including role/loss framing. MEM-OBJ-revise-log isolates conversation content; MEM-OBJ-loss-flags isolates training-selection booleans. SRC-1,
path_collection.py, supplies the same construction evidence. The combined epistemic object is not wrong once these parts are separated, so it is not superseded. All remain distinct from their route container, RT-RTE-revision-export. - EPI-OBJ-conversation is the converted output object, not either declaration of the rewrite operation and not the original revision message list. The rewrite amendment does not erase this output-form distinction.
- EPI-RTE-reward-check isolates environment evidence production within collection. EPI-RTE-critique-check, EPI-RTE-prefix-disposition and EPI-RTE-conversation-splice isolate checking, software disposition and construction within export. Their respective SRC-1 passages distinguish these steps from the enclosing runtime routes. RT-BAP-verifier-prefix describes the disposition's consumer, channel, force and horizon, not a duplicate route. None supersedes a valid runtime container.
MEM-OBJ-final-result is the retained product of RT-RTE-agent-evaluation, not a duplicate evaluator or tree object. MEM-CMP-context-helpers covers different SciWorld functions from RT-RTE-sciworld-action. MEM-OBJ-progress-file is an optional integer storage capability, not collection's existing-filename skip mechanism. These records have no identical counterpart among the supplied declarations. Workflow declares no records; its annotations add handoff and delivery fields to the runtime routes.
Independent convergence and integration dispositions
The workflow account, memory's annotations and the epistemic ledger converge on RT-RTE-tree-collection: the model proposes, software selects successors, the external environment supplies outcomes, and completion-only saving hands a recursive tree to a separately invoked builder. Memory adds that reloading reconstructs children and message mappings without parent/environment reconstruction. This qualifies checkpoint use without contradicting runtime or workflow: neither claims a complete resumable environment/search checkpoint. Source evidence is retained in the collection route and the two memory tree objects.
All reports preserve the threshold defects and unenforced same-parent selection of RT-RTE-revision-export, supported by SRC-1, path_collection.py. Good-only and no-critique modes change construction, not the type of environment threshold values. Runtime's wired implementation status is accompanied by explicit reached-comparison failures; workflow's conditional downstream description and epistemic's implemented architecture do not claim successful export. Early returns remain distinct from successful nonempty delivery.
Memory's additional SciWorld alignment and comma-parsing limits in MEM-OBJ-extended-node constrain export interpretation without disputing the runtime's action substitution. The actor response can differ from the executed action; retained text alone therefore cannot certify the resulting trajectory. Incidence remains unobserved, not an established cross-report defect.
The critique check, prefix disposition and splice records connect to RT-BAP-verifier-prefix and the memory feedback/conversation parts. The reports agree that judgment text controls prefix length, reasons persist separately, and software inserts a stock thought and fabricated wait acknowledgement. The epistemic distinction between an unentailed inserted admission and copied branch text does not contradict memory's mixed-lineage account or workflow's untested splice. No report grants the judgment correctness-certifying or checkpoint-admission authority.
The rewrite amendment preserves memory's integration warning: omission of MEM-OBJ-loss-flags and feedback in the exposed converter must not be attributed to every intended training input. Conversely JSONL retention does not establish that reasons or masks reach an optimizer. Both rewrite declarations leave the actual training caller and schema interpretation unresolved.
Memory directly assessed auxiliary SciWorld helpers beyond runtime's initial coverage; epistemic leaves those auxiliary routes unassessed and expressly avoids a system-complete negative. These are different inspection scopes, not contradictory findings. Missing checkpoint lineage, external initialization contents and retained prefix provenance remain bounded unknowns, not evidenced absences.
RT-ABS-training-machinery and RT-CLM-iterative-training connect all four accounts' training limits. The former records a searched absence of shipped training/configuration/promotion machinery; the latter retains declared intent and unestablished organization-change, live-consumer and later-behavior links. Separate evaluation and caller-selected MODEL_DIR loading do not supply those links. No report establishes trained memory authority, exercised self-improvement or demonstrated benefit.
Cross-report disagreements
None identified in the supplied versions. Memory reports no correction to runtime; epistemic splits functions and adds conversion rather than replacing runtime findings; workflow's annotations preserve the same ownership and failure boundaries. No correction answers or declined objections were supplied. The overlapping records above require one route-identity amendment, not selection of a stronger status or correction of an analyst's finding. External warrant, execution, training and causal uncertainties remain limitations rather than unresolved conflicts between these reports.
