Verification

The handed synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked its substantive statements against the handed boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow records, the reconciliation's supersession and integration dispositions, and the supplied report and profile verification limits. I also read the supplied synthesis answers, which are empty. No earlier synthesis-verification judgment or refusal was supplied. This judgment concerns meaning and preservation of qualifications, not a repetition of deterministic citation or identity checks. No frozen-source files were read, no evidence was added, and no target code was executed.

Boundary, progression and delivery

The public account states SRC-1's frozen revision, cutoff, selective inspection and absence of observed-run or causal evidence before describing the architecture. Its whole-system characterization follows the shipped producer, maintenance and consumer responsibilities in the boundary, without treating external clients or provider internals as Atlas behavior. Declarative present-tense mechanism descriptions are bounded by that explicit implementation basis; they do not claim successful deployment.

The layered storage account preserves the distinction between raw messages, derived propositions, access/lifecycle metadata, numerical selectors, graph content and previous generated answers. The synthesis does not turn vectors into trained local model parameters or signatures into truth authentication.

The representative extraction workflow is a connected shipped path rather than a sequence invented from independent tools. Its code-owned handoffs, joins, selected batch state and downstream completion signal agree with RT-RTE-message-ingestion and the workflow account. Queued push acceptance and import commit remain distinct from extraction completion. Model-score filtering, JSON recovery and an empty fallback remain representation admission, not independent truth verification or proof of an empty knowledge source; see MEM-CLM-import-admission, WF-RTE-fact-admission, EPI-RTE-quality-check and EPI-RTE-quality-admission.

Checkpoint restoration and worker backoff are not promoted to transactional rollback or proven eventual recovery. The synthesis preserves the graph-failure exception to intent completion and uncertainty about live reconciler scheduling from RT-CLM-write-completion. It retains the unresolved cross-worker-job checkpoint horizon from the workflow annotation. A completion signal is explicitly not proof of wiki refresh or answer delivery.

Maintenance, admission and consumer differences

The summary-selection caps and later consumers match MEM-RTE-summary-retention. The public account preserves limited evidence/rationale visibility rather than claiming that summarization retains every reason. Its qualifier-removal and identity-conflation cautions are implementation-supported possibilities, not asserted observed errors; see EPI-RTE-narration-rewrite and EPI-RTE-entity-dedup.

Incremental curation gates are scoped to their actual writer. Full refresh's best-effort frozen lookup, destructive rebuild after archive failure, and selected compiler branches returning twice-failed output are kept separate. See RT-BAP-page-curation, MEM-RTE-wiki-refresh and EPI-RTE-compiler-retry. The supplied report-verification limit is faithfully carried in both the public progression and the Limitations table: nonempty input and below-threshold raw citation coverage can trigger modular narrative rejection, with cleaned results consumed downstream. The synthesis attributes that qualification to verification and does not infer source entailment from citation coverage. The partial cross-variant inventory remains explicit; the selected soft-failure branch is not universalized.

The page/cache distinction also survives the public retelling. New metadata or saved sections do not prove fresh compatibility-rendered text, and rendered full-build output is not conflated with minimal incremental seeds. These claims are supported by MEM-OBJ-wiki-page and EPI-RTE-builder-retention.

For contradiction maintenance, the synthesis preserves first-entity candidate selection, the ten-candidate cap, threshold-based disposition and guarded withdrawal. It explicitly names ordinary BM25 fallback as an unfiltered route rather than implying all default reads exclude superseded content. This agrees with the current reconciliation, which no longer retains the earlier cross-report withdrawal conflict. The only supersession concerns the duplicate contradiction-model component; the synthesis does not depend on treating it as an additional distinct mechanism.

QA, authority and independent property assessments

HTTP's fresh working session and ten stored-message replay remain distinct from MCP's principal-namespaced process-memory reuse. Requested knowledge tools remain pull retrieval, while automatic context supply is attributed to its specific consumer. The synthesis correctly distinguishes prompt budgets and wiki-first guidance from runtime enforcement. Citation identifiers and excerpts remain provenance aids, not assertion-entailment checks. HTTP's authorized-channel binding is not generalized to MCP, and configured remote effects are not presumed mediated by local retrieval guards. The public caveats follow EPI-RTE-citation-annotation, RT-CLM-channel-isolation, RT-RTE-outbound-tools and RT-CLM-untrusted-tools. Provider assignment changes remain configuration authority with non-fatal reload, not autonomous code modification or weight learning; see RT-RTE-model-assignment.

The learning discussion leads with the positive automatic trace-to-durable-artifact-to-later-consumer chains and then withholds improved future capacity and comparative benefit. This is supported by MEM-RTE-summary-retention, EPI-OBJ-qa-answer, MEM-OBJ-chat-history and EPI-CLM-knowledge-quality. The supplied profile-verification limit is carried with its analytical consequence: dialogue's update-consumer learning authority is omitted from a partial inventory, so complete per-consumer comparison is unavailable, without invalidating the already supported positive learning union.

The public text does not infer theory-builder conditions from persistence, compiler retries or computational ownership. It distinguishes the unestablished formulated method-theory route, content-dependent consumption, stated criticism and retained criticism shaping iteration; it separately withholds reflection on Atlas's methods, autonomous theory building and criticism-induced improved capacity. These are bounded non-establishments in the selected records, not exhaustive negatives over available alternatives. The exercised self-improvement discussion separately names the missing causal dependence of subsequent operation on an evidence-responsive organizational change. Structural lint, post-save string-distance comparison, authored harness predicates and stored feedback are not strengthened into semantic truth checks or automatic corrective adoption. The scenario assessments and proposed resolving evidence follow these actual gaps, without product ranking or transfer advice.

The final withdrawal scenario preserves the difference between supersession, hidden/frozen pages, reset and hard purge. Partial failures and unestablished archive/cross-process erasure remain beside the claim, as required by MEM-RTE-channel-withdrawal. The Limitations table carries both supplied verification limits, relevant record uncertainties and prevented conclusions. No remaining unresolved reconciliation conflict or newly established record fault requires another limitation. I found no material unsupported comparison, unqualified absence, strengthened evidence level or misleading coverage claim in the handed synthesis.
