Reconciliation
Boundary and evidence basis
The supplied members share the frozen revision in boundary. Their inspection scopes differ within its whole-system functional boundary. The Source register supplies implementation, doctrine/design and reported-operation evidence, not observed execution or causal experiments. This reconciliation uses the supplied reports without additional source reads. No correction-answer files or declined objections were supplied; the memory member states its retained-state correction in its integration issues.
Duplicate supersessions
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-user-profile is superseded by MEM-OBJ-user-profiles. Both identify the natural-language user preference profile admitted by the main analysis route, stored in user long-term JSON, read as complete response background and supplied to later profile revision. Although the epistemic declaration names updated_user_profile, its substrate and consumers identify the retained profile rather than a separately retained proposal. The memory declaration adds its data/last_updated envelope and replacement behavior. SRC-1 memoryos-pypi/memoryos.py, memoryos-pypi/prompts.py and memoryos-pypi/long_term.py, with the passages in the concerned records, connect these identities. The epistemic inventory and transformation, guard, disposition, retention and consumption assessments concern this same object; the identity does not turn candidate trait claims into verified traits.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-user-knowledge is superseded by MEM-OBJ-user-knowledge. Both identify extracted private-knowledge lines admitted through add_user_knowledge, retained in embedded symbolic entries in user long-term JSON and selected for later user-background context. The concerned records supply SRC-1 memoryos-pypi/memoryos.py line-wise admission and memoryos-pypi/long_term.py storage-envelope evidence. Epistemic extraction, admission, retention and selection findings therefore concern the memory declaration's object, without establishing item-level truth acceptance.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-assistant-knowledge is superseded by MEM-OBJ-assistant-knowledge. Both identify assistant action/capability statements extracted from dialogue, admitted to the dedicated assistant long-term store and later selected into system-message context. SRC-1 memoryos-pypi/prompts.py, memoryos-pypi/memoryos.py and memoryos-pypi/long_term.py, cited with passages in these records, supply their common extraction, storage and consumer chain. Epistemic extraction, admission, retention and consumption findings attach to this retained content. It is not identical to RT-BAP-assistant-context, which describes its downstream authority path.
Both IDs in each amendment remain declared. Supersession connects referents, not competing findings or status strengths.
Containers, parts and ruled-out identities
- EPI-OBJ-dialogue spans raw QA text across recent storage and later pages. MEM-OBJ-short-term is the bounded recent deque; MEM-OBJ-mid-term includes sessions, original pages and derived summaries. Neither is identical to the cross-stage dialogue object. Their valid overlapping scopes require no split supersession. All differ from the static RT-OBJ-generation-prompts.
- EPI-OBJ-summaries isolates topic and continuity summaries within the larger MEM-OBJ-mid-term container. It is not identical to that container or to the embeddings, counters and flags of MEM-OBJ-memory-access. Model-derived provenance in memory does not contradict the epistemic assessment that semantic preservation or entailment remains indeterminate.
- MEM-OBJ-chroma-storage, MEM-OBJ-evaluation-memory and MEM-OBJ-loco-results are retained parts of RT-RTE-chroma-dialogue and RT-RTE-locomo-evaluation, not duplicate route declarations. Evaluation results differ from dialogue/profile stores. Runtime model components identify providers/encoders rather than their retained vector outputs or extracted propositions.
- MEM-RTE-profile-display covers both raw
/memory_stateinspection and/personality_analysisdisplay. EPI-RTE-personality-display isolates the latter's profile-to-trait interpretation. These are not identical routes, and neither replaces the valid RT-RTE-playground-control container. EPI-OBJ-personality-traits is their transient interpretive output, not the retained profile. The memory finding of lossy display and epistemic negation counterexample concern the same parser without contradicting each other. The material interpretation and its output already have declarations; no missing-part conflict is needed. - EPI-RTE-output-cleaning is a deletion stage within RT-RTE-dialogue-response, not its replacement. Runtime describes a generated/cleaned return, and the workflow account places cleaning before admission. The epistemic witness does not imply that deleted text reaches storage.
- MEM-RTE-direct-update is distinct from RT-RTE-profile-analysis: caller-provided results/direct setters have different guards and can write assistant lines into the bound user store. Its
affordedimplementation finding and lack of an established shipped caller cannot inherit the main orchestrator's invocation or dedicated-assistant-store findings.
Corrected retained state and dependent findings
RT-RTE-chroma-dialogue and MEM-OBJ-chroma-storage now agree on a deterministic new-session backup overwrite. Their SRC-1 memoryos-chromadb/mid_term.py and memoryos-chromadb/storage_provider.py passages trace the shared session dictionary: the provider installs pages_backup, then add_session replaces the same slot with an object lacking it. Their memoryos-chromadb/memoryos.py passages identify the backup-fed consumers. Heat extraction consequently has no initial pages, and response chain enrichment cannot recover their overviews from that backup, independently of metadata-save success. Vector-page dialogue can still be retrieved subject to dependency success. Later merge-created backups can retain newly merged pages but do not reconstruct the lost initial backup.
The memory integration issues explicitly withdraw the previous positive backup account and connect the correction to runtime. Thus the previous reconciliation's account of merely open insertion subtleties no longer describes these supplied versions. Stable-ID collection add behavior remains a separate dependency uncertainty; neither analyst uses it to qualify the source-established overwrite or to certify idempotent merge, reload equivalence or atomic withdrawal.
The epistemic ledger delegates ChromaDB route-owned fields to the supplied runtime record and assesses keyword/profile consumption without asserting intact new-session backups. Its direct utility inspection and unassessed deep insertion internals do not conflict with the corrected route. Its general retention conclusions do not establish an uninterrupted ChromaDB raw-to-profile chain: the cited route now supplies the explicit backup gate. The selected workflow account concerns JSON dialogue, not ChromaDB maintenance. No supplied dependent finding requires the superseded intact-backup account.
Independent convergence and integration dispositions
Request and delivery. RT-RTE-dialogue-response and the workflow account place retrieval fan-out/join, prompt construction, completion, admission and return under Python ownership. Workflow inspects the relevant bodies but annotates the existing records rather than declaring duplicate routes. Empty-list substitution on retrieval failure and provider-error text entering admission are implementation findings, not observed incidents. Delivery means library return, not provider success, prompt compliance or durable commit.
Admission and warrant. RT-RTE-profile-analysis, its memory annotation, the epistemic ledger and its workflow annotation connect the same proposals, shape/length guards and processing markers. The epistemic error-sentinel case is a consequence of those guards, not a disagreement about their implementation. A skipped proposal can coexist with analyzed flags; a raised future is a different control path. Epistemic implemented and runtime wired belong to different status vocabularies, not competing strength claims. Neither establishes evidential acceptance or benefit.
Migration and maintenance. RT-RTE-memory-admission, its memory annotation and the workflow distinguish pre-append migration from no-loss recovery. Saving shortened recent storage before successful downstream insertion leaves a loss window. Summary fallback repairs organization, not the whole transaction. JSON query ranking differs from maintenance heat in MEM-OBJ-memory-access; evaluation access mutation lacks the product save/rebuild step in MEM-OBJ-evaluation-memory. These refinements do not contradict the variant-scoped runtime routes.
Read-back authority. RT-RTE-mcp-access and its memory annotation agree that requested data delivery does not close the external host's answer/admission loop. Internal generation instead uses RT-BAP-user-context and RT-BAP-assistant-context. The epistemic ledger preserves those different message positions without treating either as a truth license. Loaded-content provenance, host use and actual activation remain unobserved rather than absent.
Evaluation and benefit. RT-RTE-locomo-evaluation, MEM-OBJ-loco-results and the epistemic bounded conclusion separate offline token-set F1 from runtime admission and method revision. This does not contradict the workflow's lack of a per-turn answer oracle. RT-CLM-dialogue-benefit retains attributed gains without reproduced scores or component causation. Retained-content updates do not establish weight training, improved capacity or exercised self-improvement.
No unresolved cross-report disagreement was found in these supplied versions. Provenance, dependency, execution and inspection limits remain local; they do not require choosing a stronger status or rewriting an analyst's finding.
