Verification

I checked all ten axes of the memory profile: scope, positive findings, evidence bases, natural units, coverage assessments and included unresolved alternatives. This judgment uses the handed reports and reconciliation, not new source inspection or execution. No replacement record or quotation is introduced. The reconciliation's profile, user-knowledge and assistant-knowledge supersessions are respected through citations to MEM-OBJ-user-profiles, MEM-OBJ-user-knowledge and MEM-OBJ-assistant-knowledge.

  • Storage substrate and representational form: Files, process collections and vector access have recorded operative witnesses. Text payloads are distinguished from symbolic envelopes/control metadata and distributed numerical selectors. Some inventory units group objects or forms, but their findings name the supporting parts and share coverage; they do not classify an opaque alternative from its display. Dependency-internal representations remain uninspected. External weights and static shipped prompts are excluded from accumulated memory rather than assigned memory values (MEM-OBJ-short-term, MEM-OBJ-mid-term, MEM-OBJ-memory-access, MEM-OBJ-chroma-storage, MEM-OBJ-evaluation-memory).
  • Lineage and write agency: Imported exchanges, trace-derived content and compiled selectors have supporting paths. Unknown initialization, loaded-vector origins and alternative-caller control remain local uncertainties. Automatic orchestrated admissions are not mistaken for manual approval merely because a person could initiate the workflow. The direct updater's unresolved caller provenance is not upgraded by its exposed write capability (RT-RTE-memory-admission, RT-RTE-profile-analysis, RT-RTE-playground-control, MEM-RTE-direct-update).
  • Behavioral authority: Response context and standing guidance are separated from learning at update consumers, ranking at retrieval/retention consumers and eligibility controls. Fixed scoring code does not remove ranking authority from retained inputs. Analyzed flags supply operational validation and enforcement, not factual warrant. MCP-host and operator reliance remain unresolved rather than inferred from delivery (RT-BAP-user-context, RT-BAP-assistant-context, MEM-OBJ-memory-access, RT-RTE-mcp-access, MEM-RTE-profile-display).
  • Curation operations: Recorded compression/extraction supports consolidation; replacement and overview updates support evolution; tier migration supports promotion; capacity/LFU removal supports decay. The alternative profile updater retains an afforded basis. No synthesis is inferred merely from unchecked interpretation, no deduplication from collection insertion, and no history-retaining invalidation from destructive clear (MEM-OBJ-mid-term, MEM-OBJ-user-profiles, MEM-OBJ-evaluation-memory, MEM-RTE-direct-update, EPI-OBJ-summaries).
  • Read-back direction and signal: The named response, tool, display and scorer chains support requested pull. Automatic selection and formatting inside those requests do not independently establish push. Uninspected remaining consumer alternatives prevent a system-wide pull-only conclusion. Consequently signal is locally inapplicable on assessed pull chains but unresolved globally, with no emitted unsupported signal value (RT-RTE-dialogue-response, RT-RTE-chroma-dialogue, RT-RTE-mcp-access, MEM-RTE-profile-display, RT-RTE-locomo-evaluation).
  • Trace learning and trace source: Automatic conversational transformations produce durable summaries, profiles and facts with later consumers. This supports wired yes and session-log sources, without observed improvement or weight training. Imported benchmark conversations retain their conversational origin. The answer/reference ledger's scoring consumer does not establish a feedback update; its cautious unresolved classification emits neither an unsupported no nor global source inapplicability (RT-RTE-memory-admission, RT-RTE-profile-analysis, MEM-OBJ-evaluation-memory, MEM-OBJ-loco-results).

I independently rechecked the predecessor's ChromaDB objection and the author's correction. The revised behavioral-authority inventory now separates response text, ranking inputs, maintenance controls and update inputs. The maintenance-control unit includes wired routing, validation and enforcement. Its analyzed-flag eligibility criterion and exclusion force are supported by the retained merged-backup branch and the extraction filter in MEM-OBJ-chroma-storage and RT-RTE-chroma-dialogue. This repairs the previous false completeness claim, not merely its prose description. The dependent axis note and rationale preserve those effects and keep downstream learning authority separate.

Across lineage, curation, authority and trace-learning findings, the profile preserves the deterministic new-session backup overwrite. It does not infer an intact initial-page extraction chain from persistent vector text. Surviving merged-page backups and summary production support the bounded positive routes; collection-add behavior and metadata/vector durability remain separate uncertainties (MEM-OBJ-chroma-storage, RT-RTE-chroma-dialogue). No unresolved report conflict requires choosing a stronger finding. All emitted bases remain implementation-level wired or afforded, not observed or causal. Faithfully expressed provenance, inspection and operation uncertainty does not require an additional verification limit.
