Verification

The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked every substantive passage against the complete supplied reports, their annotations and the reconciliation's supersessions. I also checked carriage of both report-verification limits and the profile-verification limit into the Limitations table. No synthesis refusal was supplied; the synthesis answers file is empty. No frozen target source was read, no new evidence was added, and no target, test or provider was executed. This judgment concerns meaning and qualification, not repetition of deterministic reference or quotation checks.

Boundary and progression. The opening independently tells readers what the system does, which shipped surfaces are included, the exact revision and cutoff, and the source-only evidence basis. It distinguishes functional whole-system inclusion from exhaustive inspection, consistently with the boundary. Its operational organization connects intake, admission, consumption and maintenance rather than treating retained files as proof of later model visibility. The description does not strengthen that account into observed grounding or improvement.

Selected workflow and delivery. The ingest account preserves source retention versus source-page inclusion, the new-source authorship condition, bounded handoff, one error-fed repair, immediate client-exception failure and partial caller delivery. Its explicit returned-frontmatter qualification correctly follows the workflow account and annotation: omission of the caller draft flag does not guarantee strict per-page admission; draft warnings alone do not require repair. The account neither treats all checks as bypassed nor equates successful application with finalization. The separate no-op, source-only success, local replacement and Git-commit outcomes are supported by RT-RTE-ingest-authorship. Best-effort exception rollback is not presented as crash-atomic delivery.

Alternate admissions and authority. The deposit passage keeps enqueue separate from canonical commit, caller prose separate from generated plans, and cooperating gate controls separate from protection against uncommitted or noncooperating edits. Its source-deposit and volatile-receipt qualifications match RT-RTE-deposit-commit. The direct digest, local amendment and remote artifact paths remain distinct mechanisms, supported by MEM-RTE-digest-authoring, MEM-RTE-local-amendments and MEM-RTE-artifact-filing. The synthesis correctly bounds gateway doctrine and differing model, HTTP, MCP and scheduler controls to the routes described in the runtime account; it promises no universal isolation or admission gate.

Read-back and warrant. The lexical/dense and multi-domain distinctions, live body reload, derived selectors, draft eligibility, page-level trust, truncation and first-block exception are supported by RT-RTE-retrieve-answer, MEM-OBJ-search-index and MEM-OBJ-section-vectors. Whole-root and JSON exceptions remain local to MEM-RTE-neighborhood-fetch. Citation-presence checks and unknown-ID cleanup are not strengthened into entailment tests: EPI-RTE-citation-check and EPI-RTE-answer-cleanup support precisely the narrower conclusions. The scenario-relative distinction between cited assistance and guarantees of factual acceptance or strict ceilings is warranted. The absence of an inspected proposition/input comparison is not turned into a system-complete absence of knowledge production.

Remote state, maintenance and recovery. Optional research review, opaque provider-visible evidence, abandonment through application failure and warning-only persistent promotion follow RT-RTE-research-query. The briefing collision is a specific retained-output defect supported by MEM-OBJ-artifact, not a verdict about every remote synthesis. Maintenance preserves the distinct licenses of draft finalization, model contradiction diagnostics, deterministic deposit precedence, interpretive annotation, bibliographic warnings and provenance-fed restoration. The caller-derived category and equal-trust string-order countercases follow EPI-RTE-conflict-selection; the absence of claim-specific enforcement follows EPI-RTE-conflict-materialization. Withdrawal is scoped to inspected consumers, and restoration does not imply restored warrant, consistently with MEM-RTE-source-maintenance and MEM-RTE-corpus-recovery.

Feedback and independent properties. The synthesis leads with the supported correction-to-example-to-filter route, including retention and actual selection of rationales, before withholding improved accuracy and controlled original trace-source categories. This follows MEM-RTE-example-correction and MEM-BAP-example-calibration, the canonical correction identity after reconciliation. It does not revive the superseded epistemic correction declaration. Candidate distillation, optional calibration, live bootstrap, gated policy replacement, score display and afforded host skill loading remain separate capacities. Their support is in RT-RTE-policy-distillation, EPI-RTE-filter-calibration, RT-RTE-policy-bootstrap, RT-RTE-policy-edit, MEM-RTE-evaluation-retention and RT-RTE-skill-emission.

The independent theory-builder condition statuses match the runtime policy records. Schema repair and metric selection are not treated as demonstrated content-directed criticism or iteration. Learning, reflection, autonomous theory building and self-improvement are separately qualified. The source-selection self-change pathway is marked wired rather than exercised; missing subsequent causal dependence and missing outcome evidence are kept distinct. No claimed gain is inferred from durable guidance alone. Requested session snapshots and rereads likewise remain instructions, not completed checkpoints or automatic model-window references, as supported by MEM-OBJ-session-state and RT-RTE-session-reanchor.

Carried limitations and materiality. The policy/source-curation inventory row preserves the report-verification limit on direct promotion, legacy conversion and background triage without using those unretained chains as new positive mechanism claims. The vector/reversal row preserves the limit on complete invalidation, exact encoder compatibility and intervening-edit preservation. The diagnostic row carries the profile-verification limit on separate route counts, authority, delivery and trace-origin classifications while preserving the independently supported diagnostic context route in EPI-RTE-contradiction-scan and trace-fed correction existence. These limitations withhold completeness, not the supported selected capacities. The remaining rows faithfully carry source, provider, evaluator, warrant, timing and deployment uncertainties. No unresolved reconciliation conflict requires a further row.

The proposed evidence and architectural changes are conditional ways to alter the named findings, not assertions that those changes already exist or generic adoption advice. No unsupported comparison value, evidence upgrade, complete-coverage claim or consequential omitted operating condition was identified. The existing uncertainty is faithfully scoped; it requires neither an additional verification limit nor a blocker.
