Reconciliation
Boundary and method
The four reports share the identity and source-only evidence boundary in boundary. This reconciliation connects their pinned records, not target execution or effectiveness. No analyst correction answers or declines were supplied. The supplied reconciliation refusal identifies an overstated strictness disposition; the corrected workflow now supplies the per-update draft-selection evidence. This reconciliation corrects that dependent disposition without changing the other identity or convergence findings. No source files were read for this reconciliation; the cited members supply the evidence passages.
Duplicate supersessions and retained distinctions
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-source-text is superseded by MEM-OBJ-raw. Both identify canonical raw markdown bodies and mutable source metadata, with natural-language assertions and symbolic identifiers/retraction state. The epistemic record's current filter-prompt strings are a delivery of that retained input, not a separately identified source object. SRC-1 src/gateway/filter/semantic.py supplies its formatting passage; the memory record and MEM-RTE-source-maintenance supply metadata-preserving maintenance passages. The affected findings are the epistemic object inventory and acquisition, relevance, admission and retraction ledger rows. Their source-warrant and extraction-fidelity limits remain unchanged; the supersession does not claim that every converter or sidecar was inspected.
Amendment: EPI-RTE-filter-correction is superseded by MEM-RTE-example-correction. Both trace explicit caller label/rationale correction through permitted raw-frontmatter changes, a pinned example and later selected filter prompting. SRC-1 src/gateway/ops/filter_correct.py supplies the epistemic correction-block passage; SRC-1 src/gateway/ops/ingest.py supplies the memory example-selection passage. Both retain unresolved human identity, selective rather than universal delivery, and no observed improvement. The affected epistemic adaptation ledger row and bounded conclusion keep those findings. Memory adds selector and overwrite detail without replacing correction with policy distillation or claiming a live policy rewrite.
The remaining overlaps do not establish whole-record identity:
- EPI-OBJ-page-text includes retained wiki prose, current answer text and delivered context; MEM-OBJ-wiki identifies retained wiki bodies and metadata. The former remains a valid content container with a transient answer portion absent from the latter. Neither is identical to RT-OBJ-plan or RT-OBJ-intent, which are admission envelopes. SRC-1
src/gateway/ops/answer.pysupplies the AnswerResult passage, whilesrc/gateway/ops/committer.pysupplies canonical page serialization. No supersession or split is proposed. - EPI-OBJ-eval-results groups wiki judgments, retrieval measurements, calibration metrics, lint findings and conflict acts. MEM-OBJ-eval-results covers persisted wiki evaluation runs/trends; MEM-OBJ-provenance covers recovery provenance and separate contradiction acts. Their intersecting fields do not make the records identical. The epistemic inventory and ledger already separate the result functions and consumers. The combined object remains valid; no replacement by incomplete parts is proposed. SRC-1
src/gateway/evaluate/runner.py,src/gateway/ops/status.pyandsrc/gateway/ops/contradiction.pysupply the linked result and consumer evidence. - EPI-OBJ-policy-text spans editorial criteria, corrected examples, generated skills and requested session checkpoints. MEM-OBJ-examples and MEM-OBJ-session-state describe particular retained artifacts, not that whole guidance container. Producer routes and MEM-BAP-example-calibration are likewise not the guidance object. No supersession is proposed. SRC-1
src/gateway/filter/policy.py,src/gateway/filter/semantic.pyand.claude/hooks/precompact-snapshot.shsupply the respective content, consumption and requested-checkpoint passages. - EPI-RTE-wiki-evaluation traces the golden judgment and persistence mechanism. MEM-RTE-evaluation-retention additionally traces later status display. The first is a narrower function of the second's valid chain, not an identity requiring supersession. Both use SRC-1
src/gateway/evaluate/runner.py; the memory result record adds the concretesrc/gateway/ops/status.pytrend consumer. Neither is RT-RTE-policy-edit, whose deterministic gate has a different admission consequence. - EPI-RTE-retraction-monitor and EPI-RTE-retraction-warning separate bibliographic acquisition from dependency warnings. MEM-RTE-source-maintenance includes both and explicit source supersession through reingest. That container remains valid; the epistemic parts do not cover all of it. SRC-1
src/gateway/pollers/pubmed_retractions.py,src/gateway/lint/retracted_citations.pyandsrc/gateway/ops/reingest.pysupply their different transitions. No supersession or split is proposed. - EPI-RTE-orphan-selection, EPI-RTE-depath-recovery and EPI-RTE-resolution-revert separate cleanup selection, deletion/restoration and annotation withdrawal. MEM-RTE-corpus-recovery spans these and partially inspected reverse-merge handling. Its wider recovery account is not wrong when these functions are separated, so no split supersession is proposed. SRC-1
src/gateway/ops/remediate.py,src/gateway/ops/reverse_merge.pyandsrc/gateway/commit_gate.pysupply the selection, saved-content reload and reversal passages.
The epistemic declarations explicitly retain these runtime containers: EPI-RTE-citation-check is part of RT-RTE-ingest-authorship; EPI-RTE-answer-cleanup is part of RT-RTE-retrieve-answer; EPI-RTE-filter-calibration is part of RT-RTE-policy-distillation; and EPI-RTE-conflict-selection and EPI-RTE-conflict-materialization are parts of RT-RTE-deposit-commit. Each has a distinct check or consumer, rather than an identical end-to-end route. None warrants supersession of its valid runtime container.
Other memory declarations identify additional selectors, outputs or separately exposed operations, not duplicate runtime records: MEM-RTE-neighborhood-fetch, MEM-RTE-demand-feedback, MEM-RTE-digest-authoring, MEM-RTE-local-amendments and MEM-RTE-artifact-filing. MEM-OBJ-search-index and MEM-OBJ-section-vectors are derived state, not the encoder component RT-CMP-qwen3-embedding. EPI-RTE-retrieval-measure is a measurement dependency, not policy replacement or ordinary answer retrieval. EPI-RTE-contradiction-scan is a model diagnostic and retained scan route, not deterministic deposit precedence. Workflow declares no new records; its annotation preserves the runtime route identity.
Independent convergence and integration dispositions
Authorship and delivery. RT-RTE-ingest-authorship, the memory annotation and the workflow account agree that source admission survives authorship failure, models return proposals, and local application is not a CommitGate Git commit. Workflow adds the new-source with_plan and wiki_written branch, the 20,000-character repair-response cap, immediate failure on a client-call exception, and the outer warning's omission of a saved rejected-plan path. SRC-1 src/gateway/ops/ingest.py, src/gateway/plan.py and src/gateway/cli.py supply its passages. These qualify delivery without contradicting the runtime's saved-plan capability or one error-fed repair attempt. The corrected workflow additionally establishes that returned page frontmatter can enable draft validation independently of the caller flag: is_draft = bool(front.get("draft")) or draft. Its retained passages from SRC-1 src/gateway/ops/apply_plan.py and src/gateway/validator.py show that missing sections and detected uncited claims then become warnings, while other checks remain active. Its SRC-1 src/gateway/ops/ingest.py passage shows that application success, not warning-free strict validation, determines whether repair runs. Thus caller flag omission, successful application and CLI delivery do not establish uniformly strict admission. This complements the runtime's draft-admission finding rather than contradicting it. The triage skill's displayed command lacks --with-plan; workflow does not treat the instruction to announce pages as activation of authored ingestion.
Admission and grounding are route-local. Memory integration issue 2 extends the runtime's existing distinction between plans, deposits and drafts with direct digest, question and artifact writers. MEM-RTE-digest-authoring, MEM-RTE-local-amendments and MEM-RTE-artifact-filing therefore qualify RT-CLM-gateway-only, rather than contradicting a runtime assertion of universal validation. EPI-RTE-citation-check and EPI-RTE-answer-cleanup independently distinguish citation shape/membership from semantic support. The epistemic comparisons of EPI-CLM-retrieval-grounding, EPI-CLM-answer-grounding and EPI-CLM-citation-provenance are mismatches between target doctrine and inspected routes, not disagreements between these reports.
Read selection and retained feedback. Memory integration issues 3–4 distinguish empty demand-trigger output and selective example reuse from autonomous research and automatic capture of all filter decisions. MEM-RTE-demand-feedback connects retrieval misses to RT-RTE-deposit-commit, not to RT-RTE-research-query. Its retained empty-body passage from SRC-1 src/gateway/demand_ledger.py explains why queue work does not establish enrichment. MEM-OBJ-examples and the superseded correction record preserve uncertain legacy/automatic producers alongside known prompt reuse. The runtime distillation route does not require every past decision to be automatically captured.
Calibration and evaluation. EPI-RTE-filter-calibration directly inspects the calibration implementation that RT-RTE-policy-distillation leaves locally uninspected. It adds a capped source classifier, binary-label comparison and advisory candidate metrics, not observed quality or live installation. This is additional inspection, not a conflicting status to be selected over the runtime's uncertainty. Memory's calibrator annotation agrees that readiness logs a recommendation rather than running distillation. Likewise, wiki judge trends reaching status do not make them the evaluator gates of RT-RTE-policy-edit. Each retains its own evaluator domain and consequential consumer.
Withdrawal, trust and recovery. Memory integration issues 5–6 and 8 converge with the epistemic maintenance/reversal records: bibliographic signals advise review without universal read exclusion; trust is page-level ranking rather than a losing-line truth decision; selection-time cleanup checks do not establish apply-time graph safety. The epistemic deposit-precedence record adds the equal-trust old/new string comparison and caller-derived new-side source category. These refine RT-RTE-deposit-commit, whose deterministic admission account does not claim factual adjudication or authenticated source categories. Partial reverse-merge inspection and dense-vector invalidation remain limitations, not evidence that every recovery path fails.
Artifact retention. Memory integration issue 7 remains a distinct output finding: MEM-OBJ-artifact and MEM-RTE-artifact-filing identify the briefing download/wrapper .md collision and empty explicit source list. RT-RTE-research-query covers corpus/query synthesis filing, not this artifact function. Its retained wiki output finding does not require the downloaded briefing report to survive wrapper writing.
Host context and guidance. Memory integration issue 9 agrees with RT-RTE-session-reanchor: scripts wire instruction delivery, while writing, committing, rereading and verifying a checkpoint require host/agent compliance. The epistemic ledger's doctrine only row concerns the requested snapshot/checking operation; the runtime's wired field concerns the hook-to-instruction route. Neither claims completed checkpoint creation or mechanical truth validation. These differently scoped fields are not a reason to strengthen either report. MEM-OBJ-session-state, RT-BAP-session-state and RT-BAP-domain-skill keep requested/afforded later consumption separate from activation. The hook and CLAUDE mtime predicates remain distinct as reported.
Remaining limits and conflicts
Memory integration issue 10 and the epistemic coverage table retain available but uninspected included operations. The boundary's whole-system classification is a functional inclusion boundary, not a declaration that every handler or retained claim was assessed. Workflow deliberately selects authored ingestion without the caller draft flag, not a uniformly strict ingestion path. Its corrected account and annotation on RT-RTE-ingest-authorship retain the independent effect of model-returned draft frontmatter on each update's validation. SRC-1 src/gateway/ops/apply_plan.py and src/gateway/validator.py supply the passages in the workflow account. Strict section/citation vetoes additionally require absent or falsey returned draft metadata; the selected flags alone do not establish that condition. The workflow cannot close the broader coverage inventories either. Missing traces, remote corpus/model internals, goldens' provenance, exact weights and host context behavior remain local limits. Positive inspection of one evaluator or read-back path does not remove another report's scoped uncertainty or establish learning, reflection, theory building or improvement.
No unresolved cross-report disagreement was identified in the supplied findings. The two supersessions resolve identities only; the retained container/part distinctions and integration dispositions do not adjudicate support or amend analyst values. No missing required part was identified that prevents connecting these records. Report verification must still judge their evidence and coverage; this reconciliation supplies neither that judgment nor a public synthesis.
