Verification
The handed public synthesis supports publication. I checked its substantive statements against the supplied records, applied the five identity supersessions, and compared its Limitations with the settled report and profile verification limits. No unresolved inter-report conflict requires carriage. No synthesis refusal was supplied and its author's answers file is empty. This judgment concerns the exact handed text, not a proposed correction. No source reads, new evidence or target execution were added.
The opening makes the account readable without the supporting members: it identifies the knowledge-system purpose, shipped functional boundary, frozen revision, cutoff and implementation/design evidence basis. It explicitly separates whole-system scope from exhaustive inspection and implementation from operation or benefit. This agrees with the boundary and Source register.
The compilation progression preserves the consequential conditions in RT-RTE-source-ingest: enqueue is not completion, extraction precedes clipping and sanitization, model proposals precede Python effects, and retained drafts need further eligibility. Its object distinctions agree with MEM-OBJ-page-content, MEM-OBJ-page-metadata, MEM-OBJ-source-sidecars and MEM-OBJ-search-vectors. The route-specific admission account does not upgrade staging, file promotion, active status or generic client action into universal human review. Automatic activation and state-preserving direct edits support the contrast with EPI-CLM-active-review.
The checks account preserves different targets and forces rather than treating them as one truth test. Annotation fallback, reference-integrity lint, truncated adversarial criticism, optional warning thresholds, cached-page gate bypass and error-derived empty warnings are supported by EPI-RTE-citation-annotation, EPI-RTE-structural-citations, EPI-RTE-adversarial-review and EPI-RTE-warning-gate. The semantic audit is correctly credited with an evidence-consuming support assessment and consequential consumers, while withholding source truth, page-wide acceptance and automatic production gating. Its timestamp-key limitation and the canonical cache identity agree with EPI-RTE-faithfulness-audit and MEM-OBJ-faithfulness-cache. The account does not infer checked derivation, novelty or complete absence of acceptance from indeterminate model transformations.
The later-consumption account retains selection and delivery limits: active/stale ordinary retrieval, routing-constructor differences, replacement help/live context, budgeted text, citation/context mismatch and history-free answer-cache keys. These follow RT-RTE-wiki-query and MEM-OBJ-response-cache. It distinguishes raw-history reload from stored-summary delivery, and it expressly carries the settled additional language-filtering omission rather than implying character trimming is exhaustive. The distinct context-pack, cross-wiki and exported-bundle selectors preserve their different eligibility and budgets under RT-RTE-context-export, MEM-RTE-cross-wiki and MEM-RTE-session-context. Automatic session enrichment and standing guidance are not collapsed into requested knowledge retrieval.
The representative workflow remains one source-supported chain. The account preserves conditional discovery membership, prior reading, per-call confirmation, the difference between permission and exact-content human review, non-vetoing structural rescans, ungated dismissal, compensating rollback and plain-text termination without independently verified completion. These are supported by WF-RTE-content-health, MEM-RTE-health-history and RT-CLM-confirm-scope. Provider-native actions, imported skills and shell hooks remain outside the registry's claimed effect boundary; local path checking is not presented as universal isolation (RT-RTE-provider-delegation, RT-RTE-extension-loading, RT-CLM-effect-boundary).
The assessment leads with the supported imported-session write route rather than hiding it behind missing benefit evidence. It distinguishes that trace-learning contribution from improved future capacity. The four theory-builder conditions, criticism-driven improvement, reflection, autonomy and self-improvement remain separate bounded questions, consistent with the epistemic bounded conclusion, MEM-RTE-session-ingest and RT-BAP-workflow-guidance. The self-improvement paragraph identifies the maintenance boundary, independent accuracy objective, implemented warning-responsive change and later search channel, then withholds exercised causal dependence and successful improvement. The evaluator is not strengthened beyond substring coverage (EPI-RTE-answer-evaluation). Proposed evidence and implementation changes are stated as conditions for revising the assessment, not as established benefits or adoption advice.
Finally, the Limitations table carries both settled local inventory limits with their consequences: additional language-based eviction prevents complete context-selection comparisons, and scaffold-zone replacement prevents complete route-level curation comparisons while leaving existing-entry revision supported. The latter agrees with MEM-RTE-scaffold-guidance. The remaining rows preserve selective coverage, source-fidelity uncertainty, incomplete acceptance/theory assessment, approval identity, initialization and coherence gaps, summary/overview nondelivery, stale caches and verdicts, scoped withdrawal/restoration and external execution limits. These qualifications leave the positive implementation findings intact without asserting absence, exhaustive coverage or observed success. No additional record fault or material public-text defect was found. Faithfully scoped uncertainty already carried by the synthesis is not a new verification limit.
