Verification
I checked all ten axes, their unit scopes, positive findings, evidence bases and coverage assessments against the handed reports. I applied the supplied reconciliation: page bodies and faithfulness-cache objects resolve to memory; faithfulness auditing resolves to epistemic; cross-wiki and masking routes resolve to memory. Complementary findings survive those identity resolutions. No source reads, replacement records or new quotations were needed. The profile author's answers file is empty; no predecessor objection determines this judgment.
The profile's accumulated-memory boundary excludes fixed package prompts and model weights while retaining uncertainty about integration-boundary state. Its partial assessments do not assert complete coverage, absence of alternative mechanisms or observed benefit. The following checks support publication, subject to the local inventory limit below:
- Storage substrate: Files, SQLite, vector access and reloadable in-process search structures are supported by the separate retained objects and retrieval mechanisms. SQLite persistence and vector access describe different aspects of the same embeddings rather than two independent stores. Unknown peer backing and native integration state remain unresolved. See MEM-OBJ-search-vectors, MEM-OBJ-response-cache, MEM-RTE-backup-restore and MEM-RTE-cross-wiki.
- Representational form: The profile separates prose from fixed-rule metadata and dense numerical representations. A readable summary or archive manifest does not classify opaque payloads. The parametric finding concerns stored dense page representations, not parameter training. See MEM-OBJ-page-metadata, MEM-OBJ-chat-messages and MEM-OBJ-search-vectors.
- Lineage: Imported acquisition, conversational trace extraction and subsequent compilation have recorded paths. The broad compilation unit does not resolve initial authorship, extraction fidelity or embedding provenance. Its supported union is not an assertion that each artifact has only one lineage. See MEM-RTE-session-ingest, RT-RTE-source-ingest and MEM-RTE-scaffold-guidance.
- Behavioral authority: The findings name actual effects: prose supplies context, purpose supplies standing guidance, retained features affect ranking, lifecycle and warning fields constrain admission, and keys/pointers select later work. Imported session content has learning authority at the update consumer separately from its output's knowledge authority. The wired purpose and afforded external instruction-loading findings retain distinct bases. Audit CLI enforcement is only the process-result effect, not an invented automatic page veto. See MEM-BAP-retained-content, EPI-RTE-warning-gate, EPI-RTE-faithfulness-audit and MEM-RTE-scaffold-guidance.
- Write agency: Automatic model/software admission is not made manual by workflow initiation. The confirmed CLI masking branch separately supports manual agency. Generic API callers and session confirmation clients do not establish human control, so their unresolved units are justified rather than unsupported negatives. See MEM-RTE-sensitive-mask, RT-RTE-candidate-admission and WF-RTE-content-health.
- Curation operations: Overflow compression supports consolidation despite retained raw logs. Existing-entry replacement supports evolution; lifecycle withdrawal supports bounded invalidation; draft activation and candidate movement support promotion. Neither the word synthesis nor source deduplication alone establishes the corresponding controlled operation. Semantic uncertainty does not invalidate the emitted positives. See MEM-RTE-session-context, EPI-RTE-lifecycle-admission and WF-RTE-content-health.
- Read-back direction and signal: Requested page/context/export delivery remains pull. Automatic session-history enrichment and standing control supply are separately identified push operations. Session identity selects actual stored turns; recency and budgets then coarsely filter them. Cache identity selects retained decision/control entries. Lexical or vector ranking within a requested knowledge return is not reclassified as push. See MEM-RTE-session-context, MEM-OBJ-response-cache and RT-RTE-context-export.
- Trace learning and trace source: Filtered session turns feed automatic durable page production with a later eligible answering consumer. This supports wired yes and session-logs without observed improvement. Explicit tool/thinking exclusions do not support tool-traces or trajectories. Summary persistence without established later semantic delivery is insufficient for a second qualifying chain; other control histories remain unresolved, not system-wide negatives. See MEM-RTE-session-ingest, MEM-RTE-session-context and RT-RTE-wiki-query.
Broad grouped units reduce route-level granularity, but their notes identify the mechanisms, consumers and differing warrants needed to interpret the emitted values. No unsupported positive, evidence-strength upgrade, complete-coverage assertion or bounded-absence claim requiring correction was found.

Limits
- The curation inventory does not separately classify the known revision of existing scaffold-generated guidance. In the profile's frontmatter,
curation_operationsgroups overview/scaffold generation with semantically unresolved general compilation; the curation rationale likewise leaves this branch coarse. MEM-RTE-scaffold-guidance establishes replacement of scaffold zones while preserving user zones in existing purpose/index content. This is an additional supported existing-entry revision mechanism, independently of whether generated claims are novel or faithfully preserved. The axis is already partial and already emits wired evolve for other revisions, so its extracted system-level finding remains valid. Withhold complete route-level comparisons of scaffold curation; this local omission does not undermine the emitted union or imply absence.
